Have relatives that have lived her for decades. Always seems well kept and clean. No complaints while visiting.

Very nice mobile home park...many friends live there...great location & well kept

It’s a very nice community, there’s a pool and a cozy place to host parties or get-togethers. The only downside is the street surfaces. The roads through the neighborhoods are terrible and unkempt with multiple large deep size holes in the middle of the roadway.

By far the finest trailer park this side of the Mississippi! They have the absolute finest selection of double wides that this hilljack has EVER seen. I know that we all cant be the best assistant 3rd shift manager at the Tacobell (humble brag) and live here, but if you can afford your own little slice of paradise here I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful mobile home community

We have been in Deer Run Estates over 22 years. We LOVE Deer Run Estates. Tom & Gail & John Webb have been so kind and very helpful to us. The pool & club house are so very nice and they want people to keep things neat and clean. You will Not fine a more beautiful Mobile Home Park to live in.

Its a nice place for younger and older people. There is a pool for residents to use and a playground for kids.
