Great shape compared to other courses in the area. New 18 hole course is interesting to say the least. Par 38 on front and 34 on back. Four holes from the old inside 9. Im addition, they have a 4 hole mini course plus a beautiful short game practice area.

Great location on the water with lots of potential. Unfortunately it is aging. Needs influx of $$ for renovations and maintenance. I will say the greens ARE WELL kept and great speed. Layout again is great but needs TLC which means $$$.

Salvation Army event was fabulous

First time playing there,some beautiful views. Evidently course is being refigured.Could have used some more directional signs,but Im sure they are set up for members. Hopefully will have another chance to play there in 2021.

Attended a meeting here and the service was awesome. The server was exceptional.

My daughter was to have her wedding reception there in April 2020, but the Covid changed those plans. We then had rescheduled to October 2020, but, as you can guess we had to postpone again! Everyone at the club has been so supportive thru this time. The new date will be in the spring 2021. Hopefully things will work out this time! It has been a very stressful time, needless to say. But the event coordinator, Vickie, has been an angel, very understanding and accommodating thru it all. The club is so attractive with lovely views and a great staff. I would recommend Sparrows Point Country Club to anyone planning a special event.

Im from Pennsylvania and visit their deaf golf tournament.well I see all of fairway look not well green not much. It is November.

Course was in average shape and pro shop was empty. Hardly anything to buy in there.

Yes i worked there i liked it for the first 6 months but if you knew the type of people that worked there are not country club expectations. If you are paying the money to be a member there you want full quality service. The people that show up to work high on drugs is insane. Having your friends and family there you dont want bad time you want them to come back. The servers flirt with the members and that is not appealing at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY LOL

2019 has been a tough year for golf course superintendents. The greens roll true and are in the good shape, but invasive rhizomes have attacked most of the fairways rendering the course a real challenge. Layout is fair and fun. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next year. Lots of folks out working to maintain their 18 hole course and the inside 9 today. They are definitely trying.

Great New Years Eve party! The Straight Ahead Band was totally awesome!

I was a member for 2 1/2 years. I had AMAZING times here....in the summer. The other 9 months of the year, its a giant waste of money. There really isnt anything to do in the winter. They say, oh, but you get to eat at our restaurant. And the restaurant is good, but there are a million good restaurants in Baltimore, where I dont have to pay $200+ a month to eat at. Then to top it off, they want their members to pay extra because they fall behind on their bills. Do a pool only membership again, and Ill be back in an instant. They did this 2 summers ago, and they actually made money and didnt have to ask their members to pay more. But I cant justify paying that much money all year for 3 months of fun.

My husband and I are social members because we dont golf, but we spend most of the summer enjoying the pool. Its well maintained, rarely crowded, and surrounded by beautiful views. We really enjoy the buffet dinners and themed events. Food and service is always exceptional!

My sister and brother-in-law are members. Weve spent several Thanksgivings here. Its a very nice club with excellent food and service. Golf, swimming and many other things to do can be found here. Highly Recommended!

The wait staff were polite and attentive. The food was good, but the wait time for food was extremely long. We were there during a slow time on Sunday and it took about 30 minutes for our food to be prepared. We werent in a rush, but thats still a long time to wait.

Breakfast with Santa was very nice.Wonderful buffet and omelet station. Santa had gifts for all the children. They also have Chistmas crafts for the children to take home.Great way to start the Holidays with the kids.

Only 27 hole course in Baltimore. In addition great place to dock our boat while we eat,swim, or play tennis!

I was invited to a wedding reception here and it was simply beautiful. The grounds, right on the water, are great for pictures for your wedding or just for your guests to walk around and enjoy.The venue itself is surrounded by glass on three sides, offering great views of the grounds. The food was excellent, particularly liked the chicken, that fit a buffet was nice and juicy.The staff was attentive and helpful without getting in the way of the guests or the party.About the only negative was the bathrooms, they were outdated and simply werent up to par with everything else.

Live next to the golf course and they dont even let ya walk your dog down the main strip glad they are losing half of it. Makes for a good picture spot tho lol.

I worked there for 19 years. Just quit because of the chef. The club is a nice place members are nice golf course is beautiful. Employees ther are awesome the new GM is a nice. They have alot of events for families a kids room nice pool, Good food I loved working there not here to do any bashing because i quit. If youre looking for a nice family friendly place or just a place to golf this is the place. Not a lot of people will walk out or a job. And still say nothing but nice thing about the place. Cant bashes a place because of one bad apple.

I worked here as a cook i loved my job and the people I worked with. The kitchen boss ED WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL PERSON I EVER MET. I therefore quit my job cause of the bad way he treated me. I couldnt take it anymore.b hes very ignorant and hIates people n trust me he showed it towards me. I did everything he said and more theres no reason why anybody should be treated the way he was to me..... just a warning if you are thinking about getting ajob in the kitchen..

I was 17, just graduated from high school and Culinary arts at the Dundalk Regional Vocational Center. This was a very high end establishment, frequented by a lot of people from Bethlehem Steel and the Sparrows Point Shipyard. Sadly both have shut down . I can only imagine that impact on the club. It was a great job and I remember the chef, cook, waitresses and a lot of the customers, fondly. All of them were so kind to the employees of the club. . I just celebrated my 64th Birthday and it behooves me to have posted this as part of my bucket list. I grew up in West Inverness and could walk to and from work. I never feared for my safety, both of my brothers also worked there as well as some good neighborhood boys, the Kerfoot brothers, the Stansbury brothers, they all looked out for one another. It was a fondly loved first job and led to my being hostess, restaurant manager and assistant banquet director at the Holiday Inn.I had a good carer in the hospitality business.Miriam Wagner Huntsberger.
