So this place is a ton of fun, the bartenders are interactive and friendly even during Covid they still have a great attitude when the bar isnt packed. Its nice and clean well that is until some drunk people star spilling their drinks. They dont have a great beer selection but if shots and mixed drinks are your thing ot doesnt matter. Overall great place for a fun night out or just to hangout during the day.

I used to love this bar when it was Jose’s, recently I had a terrible experience. For some reason the bouncer at the side door was only letting people in that were fair skinned. Me and my friend went in the line at the same time and for some reason she was let in and I was stopped and told I “cut the line” and could not enter. As soon as I left the line people were let into the establishment. So disappointing, definitely will not be patronizing this bar anymore.

Had a great time until some rude blonde worker slammed on the bathroom door until me and my friends left the bathroom. they had a rule that only one person could go at a time. she was furious that we were in there and said “let’s go” to get us out. it was very strange. it was fun downstairs but weird upstairs.

Great party place! At times it can be a little crowded but you can definitely get your buzz on! One of the few bars left where people will randomly take their clothes off to celebrate!

What a horrific experience, I’m from out of town so me and my friends went here because it looked cool and wow the bartender walked up to our table with 4 waters??? Like I didn’t order water, then the guy asks what we want to drink??? You gave us water Though, then the guy decides to stand on bar pouring tequila down throats if bar patrons! What a guy! Man I haven’t been to a place with bartenders that attentive and nice, if I wanted nice service I would have gone to some Bum bar. Definitely a great place to kick it with buds.

This place has ruined my liver and I have flashbacks due to hearing certain music now. Twisted tea has been poured on me multiple times as well. I will be back, this place is my second home.

I despise this place. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and I was gifted with a 2 for 1 drink and food special in conjunction with exceptional service from the bartender. I go out expecting to be serviced poorly. Definitely a one star place.

A small place, but GREAT food! Simple, affordable, good service, but tight on the space. Reminds me of a hole-in-the-wall style Mexican spots, in terms of size, Id go to in S. California, with a city feel.

This guy walks in claiming Im an old friend. Ive never met this guy. We asked for shots and we got served ice cold delicous twisted tea. Great Odens Raven!!! Let me tell you about this place.... it was OK.

Im writing this review while still sitting at the bar during my first experience here; thats how bad this place is. The bartender greeted me immediately and asked what I wanted, assuming that I already knew. After staring at the menus and being harassed by the attentive and friendly bartender for nearly 20 minutes, I nervously blurted out the 2nd item on the drink menu since 2 is my lucky number. He told me happy hour had just started so I didnt get to pay full retail for my drink. I hope this place finds its identity soon. I see a lot of golf references all over but there is not a golf course in sight. With descriptions on the menu like kickin orange dippin sauce, and prices like $8.02, $9.43, and $7.54 on the menu, it almost feels like Applebees already has its foot in the door.P.S. $4.01 for tomato soup + $6.13 for grilled cheese does NOT equal $9.20!P.P.S. I had to actually REACH for the toilet paper in the bathroom! How tall do think I am? 51?

It was so hot outside yesterday they had the audacity to have cold drinks with the air conditioner on. How ridiculous!!!

Tacos are sooo good. Wings are soooo good. Chips and Salsa served with drinks. Everything is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. Happy Hour prices make ordering easy (because you can just get one of everything!!!)

Smelled weird and the service was pretty bad despite there being a number of bartenders and only a handful of patrons.

So, I walk in this place on East Cross Street. I’m always looking for a good time, it looked new, and I went in. First thing I noticed was a sign saying “There is NO gambling at the One Star Country Club”.I thought it was a bit odd, but went in and sat down anyway. As soon as we sat down, we got what must be the house special, a round of Natural Light with some wings. But it all went downhill from there. The server took forever to come back to our table, but I finally managed to flag her down and voice my displeasure. Apparently, she couldn’t take constructive criticism and replied “you’ll get nothing and like it!” Put off, I said “thank you very little”. With that, she looked at my wife and sneered “This is your wife huh? Hey Baby, you must have been something before electricity.” I was dumbfounded and I could only lash out at her attire, since she was wearing a distinctive hat, and I said “What, when you buy a hat like this I bet you get a free bowl of soup, huh?” In reality, it looked good on her…Anyway, an argument ensued and I see this guy who looks like the GM himself. The flowing robes, the grace, bald… striking! So, I shout across the bar, “Hey Don, could you scare up another round for our table over here and tell the cook this is low grade dog food? I’ve had better food at the ballgame, you know?” Well, he hauls off and whacks me, a big hitter the GM, right on the base of my glacier-like skull. Then the GM says “Gunga galunga… gunga, gunga lagunga.” My guess is he was doing shots before I called him over.This was clearly the worst service ever. I was done, paid my tab and started to leave. As we left, our server grabbed my arm, and said “Hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know?” I quickly diffused the situation and said “there won’t be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness.” She seemed content with my tip and said “So I got that going for me, which is nice.”This place deserves One Star! #conservestars

Ordered thru Grubhub. Restaurant forgot to add our order after notifying us and driver order would be complete in 40 minutes. Driver notified us of mix-up not the restaurant. Food was very salty . Chips were like fried cardboard. Not ordering from here again.

Bartender was fun he had very interactive personality

I was walking by No Way Jose on Saturday night and I witnessed the employees of this restaurant forcefully and unnecessarily push women out of their front doors and further down their steps. Two of the women, who approached the bouncers calmly and in tears, were actually shoved by a man hand-to-face, as the other employees stood there and laughed. I was in shock. Once a couple of bystanders gathered to express outrage at these actions, the employees continued to mock the women who were physically assaulted, with no apology for their actions nor respect for these women whatsoever. The employees actually tried to discredit what we all saw happened, and said with large grins on their faces, even if these girls were hit, theres nothing they can do about it because we are friends with the police and they have been drinking. In complete disgust, I had to share this story with future patrons because I refuse to support an incredibly sexist business who can confidently harm their customers, especially females, while hiding behind a corrupt relationship with the police. It is 2015, women should be able to go out on a Saturday night and feel safe enough to not be struck in the face for the entertainment of a few men.
