Staff, great. Drinks, great! Food, great!. Venue, great! Three shows i have attended so far and all have been great. Viewed them from the VIP area and being visually abovethe crowd is amazing, you dont miss a single thing. The most important thing is.... Clean bathrooms. I dont know if they clean them hourly or what during shows but they are clean the entire night and that is very telling of a venue that cares for its customers and for itself. I will definitely be attending more shows here in the future.

Nice venue. The parking garage was connected to the same building. Felt very safe to walk. Wish there was more security at the front. They didnt search anyone, just looked in purses with a flashlight. It was winter time and people had coats on that could have hidden anything on them. Got to stay safe these days!

Fantastic club with an accommodating staff. They still let the old school fun happen in the pit here at metal shows. From a performers point of view: great backstage staff, helpful security guys on stage, decent private dressing room with digital lock on the door, anything you need just ask. Pretty decent sound although not the best Ive had by far but also not terrible. Being last after a whole day off chaos is difficult for any sound guys and they did great. The energy here was just fantastic.

The whole crew at soundstage is amazing. Great acts almost daily. Sound is crisp and loud. My wife and I take advantage of the upgrade section and the view is personal and always great. Service is outstanding and the food and drink is always on point. Security is into what they do and extremely respectful. A big shout out to Dave, Autumn and Josh! Keep it up!

It’s a unique experience going to the sound stage. Sort of dumpy with a raucous crowd... it’s fairly clean but also a bit Dingy. Booze prices weren’t bad. Sound was good and the security folks were easy going. Def recommend for a small venue artist. If someone more popular comes by, it’ll be a mess.

Concert started at 7 and doors were open at 6 to give you time to grab a drink & merchandise. There are 3 separate bars which made it convenient to grab a drink without going too far from your spot in the crowd. Fair prices & large bathrooms that were well stocked. Dirty floors, but thats to be expected at a music venue.

My second trip to the Sound Stage in a month and a half. First time we had seats, small venue, not a bad seat in the house. Second time it was standing only. Saw an old band from the late 80s early 90s. Makes me old, the band was great, crowd was good, but the average patron age was upper 40s and 50s. Im too old to stand that long! Still give it a good score, just be prepared to stand if you are older!

Great venue for live music. In a time where it is harder and harder for venues that host rock n roll to stay open, Soundstage perseveres by offering plenty of excellent shows (both large national touring acts, and local/regional acts). More of an underground feel than Rams Head Live (right down the street). The sound is good, the layout is excellent (a large square area with no obstructions to the view), bartenders are swift, and I honestly dont have any complaints.

The place gets a lot of good acts. They used to have draft beer but now its only served in cans. The bar staff is friendly. Its cheaper to call in and buy your tickets than to buy them at the door. Actually there are no tickets, you pay when you get in and there is no re-entry. For the more popular shows there are no tables and chairs. You have to stand and hold your drink the whole time.

My wife and I joined the Harry Potter event at sound stage. The coordinator and everyone were incredible. However the main reason I gave four stars was solely due to a bartender that night who was rude to both me and my wife at Separate occasions that night and strangers my wife and I began to hang with. Besides that I will return but not to the brunette bartender.

If I could give less than 1 star, well believe me that I would. For starters, the staff here were extremely rude to me. I was very nice with them at first, telling them my wife had grabbed an uber to meet me there after she had finished at work. I had already entered however and they would not let me leave to walk my pregnant wife across the street to where my car was parked to stash her bag without buying another ticket. Being that pregnancy is considered a medical exception, I find that it was very unfair and furthermore, the lady on the inside would not give me her undivided attention while I was asking her questions to get some information. At this point, I was extremely irate. This is the most egregious treatment I have ever received and they are extremely unprofessional. My advice is to save your money and go to the closest place to see the band you most desire playing. These people are a joke. Lets not kid ourselves here, sure we come to enjoy music but a huge part of that experience is exceptional customer service, which this place lacks. I have been to many venues. I excell in human relations and can tell you that, I have been treated much better by staff at other concerts.

Staff was cool, friendly, and helpful! Parking was easy. Was really let down by the sound and technical issues. Everyone raved about the sound. I used to go to so many venues back in the day up and down the east coast. I came up for The Crystal Method, was ready to get blown away given the intense driving sounds he always throws down... I dont think the equipment was up to the task. Arrays kept going out like they were being clipped by massive amounts of distortion. I got hit with a lot of highs and lows and what was in the middle just got compressed out making vocals nearly unrecognizable. I walked out of there feeling like I was boxed in the ears then had them stuffed with cotton. Hope the venue can resolve any technical issues they had that night for the next show. 3 stars. Maybe next time?

Great venue with unique artists and excellent pricing (and nearby parking isnt too expensive). Drinks are pleasantly cheap and food is served, which is nice. One thing that was a little strange was that as I handed earplugs to my friend in front of two of the security team, they asked what I had given him because they thought I was handing out something illicit. I am not sure what might have inspired this concern, but it was addressed easily and they were polite about it. Overall, its a highly recommended venue.
