One of my favorite galleries in Baltimore is this converted, two-story carriage house tucked behind a lovely garden, just off of one of the citys famous alley streets. The first floor is devoted to showing and selling new fine art work by emerging and established local artists at very reasonable prices. The shows are curated by the owner Maxine Taylor, a very talented artist in her own right, who keeps her studio on the second floor. Check the website. There is always something exciting happening there.
