Bathrooms were Not to bad I thought it was gonna be like a Freddy Kruger movie, surprisingly not. Good job park workers for keeping it nice and clean.
Nice park. Always have our Easter Egg Hunt out here.
Me and my wife stopped by on our way through Bakersfield, so our baby could spend an hour outdoors before we put her back in her car seat. This is actually a nice little park that suffers from members in the community that dont seem to care about maintaining it, which is a shame. The lawns are extremely well kept, there are a lot of benches and tables, theres a variety of fun play equipment, much of which is difficult to find in more recently constructed parks (such as the four person teeter totter, one of which I havent seen in years), and theres a mini-water park that well definitely make sure to stop by if we ever pass through Bakersfield in the summer. Its just a shame that there are members in this community that seem to delight in vandalism. The bathrooms are in awful condition, with graffiti and intentional destruction everywhere, and there are segments of the rubber underneath the swings that is peeling up, and it looks as though it was done intentionally by teenagers who enjoy being destructive. That being said, Id still stop by this park again, I just wish everybody in the community was proactive in keeping their public spaces maintained.
To many homeless that camp out in the sump next to the park. A lot of trash. I wouldnt feel safe taking my child there!
Park full of homeless, but the playgrounds are nice
This park was awful reserved a space and was not told that the water park would be closed for repairs and could not call or reach anybody for assistance
Entertaining
Sucks ass
Its nice
