Pretty good ambience, like the music.Love the whole mood there.A nice place for entertainment & fun in Bakersfield.Though it’s very new it has already gained popularity.They have some nice Non Alcoholic beverages.And yeah they have a nice banquet type place where they host private parties, so if you are looking for a place to host parties hit them up.

Great place. When they open back up fully its a fun place for the whole family. They have games for the kids, a bar and full restaurant and lots of TVs

The staff was wonderful. They are not able to open games inside, bowling and laser tag. They have really good food and some fun outdoor games

We had an amazing experience tonight for my book club. There were hardly any other people so we could sit wherever we wanted. The tables were appropriately spaced out due to concerns regarding the pandemic. Our waitress was nice, the food was great, as were the drinks.

Great atmosphere and beautiful environment with a wide variety of activities for the whole family. They establishment has bowling, video games, laser tag, billiards, rope course, karaoke and TVs for the games. We did the bowling, billiards, and games. The only food we had was the buffalo wings which were pretty good. The bartenders in the rear of the building at the bar were friendly and accommodating. The drinks are made well and taste the way drinks are supposed too. They offer law enforcement discounts so be sure to inquire about it. The only dislike is the ridiculous cost of bowling on weekends of $42 dollars a hour.

The place was amazing, the staff is super nice and kid friendly. I was a little upset that the prises on the prizes were very high. For and m and m packet was 30 tickets. But the rest was greate, I love it.

This place was cool. Went with wifey on a double date and the drinks and food were good. If you have a big group I suggest you go earlier in the day on the weekends, because it practically turns into a nightclub as it becomes late and somehow you are still seeing kids EVERYWHERE! The venue is nice and clean though.

So without it being properly oiled, all I can say is its fun for now, and well see how they hold up to, at least, league standards.The gaming area is also pretty neat with its variety of games and attractions - their rope gym and laser tag are actually pretty cool.And the food is good. Weve had a few different plates and appetizers and have yet to be disappointed.Cant wait to see if this place lasts, hoping that it does without going downhill.

2020 Blvd shines they checked our temps at the door everything was super clean not a spot on the glass even. Our food was ready to go right on time and just like always tasted amazing! I cant wait to go back and have a drink play a couple games you guys are doing amazing.

(This review is for the restraunt and service only)First off. I had the carrot dangled in front of my mouth. I went to the wing fest 2 or 3 weeks ago. Hands down the boulevard won for a real saucy wing. We were excited to to back and get them at the actual restaurant. We are seated right away but oddly the host just placed the menus down and walked away without saying anything else. Tlwe already knew what we were getting, well we thought we did. The waitress came and took our drinks and I went ahead and ordered the food right then. We just wanted the delicious wings we had at the wing fest. Craziest thing ever. The waitress said we no longer service that sauce anymore.... really? Well Im over that rant. The regular wings are just wings but the spicy garlic was amazing, Its still a buffalo sauce but with a twist, plus the nachos were a 6 out of 10. Now our food came order was half wrong. Then our waitress was nowhere to be found. She did apologize because they only had 2 servers but still. This comes down to management and ownership to choose a sauce at a festival that you dont even use at your own restaurant. Had to ask for the check and our drinks were empty. The Aesthetics and the breast of the place seemed really nice. This was my first time there.P.sI still want the thai sauce for the wings.

Beautiful family entertainment center with something for everyone. Definitely cool for a date night. No one under 21 admitted after 9pm and door security asked to see my ID before I was allowed to come into establishment. All of the staff was helpful and respectful. The decor very bright, attractive and modern.

Hosted a bachelor party / Super Bowl Watch Party and everything at The BLVD was excellent! Booking was fast and very easy, check-in for our group was simple and the food and drink service was very good. Although it might be obvious to some, this location near the freeway is very easy to get to for folks coming from out of town. All in all a great experience and my friends and I look forward to having more events at The BLVD.

Our hostess was awesomealthough we had some technical difficulties on one of our lanes, it was however, fixed by your awesome staff.. everyone was welcoming and tentative. In the beginning I was skeptical about ordering food or let alone tasting it because I’ve had friends tell me that it’s not all that good for the price. BUT, we didn’t have any problems and we liked the pizza. Service and overall experience is awesome so I give you all a BIG 5!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN

Food and service was great, got the tri-tip sandwich and hubby got the pizza. Had a blast playing laser tag and the arcade games are fun, though some are pretty expensive to play. Came during the NYE event and the music was great without being overbearing or obnoxiously loud. Only thing that was completely unacceptable was that there were kids at a 21+ event. Even if it wasnt an event, I was under the assumption that after 9pm, kids are not allowed anyways. It clearly stated online that there would be no kids, so I was quite surprised to see kids roaming around. Even if their parent rented the VIP room, they should stay in that room or not be allowed to come at all. As an adult and a parent, there are times where I want to be in a kid free environment. If I knew that kids were going to be there, would have brought mine so they could have had fun playing the games too. Wouldnt mind coming back during the kid friendly hours, but not so sure during adult only hours because it seems they dont truly exist.

We booked my sons 11th birthday party on 2/23/20 & had the best experience from the booking process til the moment we left. Our hostess was so caring & helpful. The food was amazing. And everyone enjoyed themselves. We invited a lot of people who had never been before and had such a blast! We will definitely plan all our parties at The Blvd!

Great place to take my nieces and nephews for a short game of bowling. They offer a lighter bowling ball at the counter when you check in. They have a great arcade and games for kids and adults like pool and shuffle board. They also have a fairly good selection of food and drinks. The prices are mid to high ranging but the portions seem to be on the big side. It was a great way to kill some time and take a break from the holiday tasks and chores with family. I will be come back again when I am in the area with family or business.

The kids had a great time! Servers come to your lane and take your food/ beverage order. The arcade has great new (all working) games. Theres laser tag as well. They also have a restaurant type of scenery to the side when you walk.

Very eager to try this place. Seemed as if they were a bit understaffed and rushing everything out. Food was just okay. Buffalo chicken sandwich didnt have buffalo sauce on it. Waited 40 minutes for our check and had to ask for a manager. Always heard great things about the BLVD and their food.

Super fun place! Reasonably priced. Dont play the Crane/stuffed animal game. My son clearly had the toy with a tight grip, but the crane decided it wasnt going to deliver the toy. It released its grip on purpose before getting it to the drop box. What a scam!!!

Flight fit and fun!! My kids had a blast. They got a good workout and would love to go again.

It was great to have something to do with the grandkids while they visit since so much is still closed. They were very good with social distancing rules and everything was being sanitized completely and regularly.

The food is good. The games are fun. Arcade games in the back next to the bowling lanes are cool. Plenty of fun activities. Only draw back is that the place is always packed so expect to be waiting in line.

We sat waiting for someone to at least take our drink orders after being seated. Waited for 20 minutes before we decided to leave. I would understand it happening once, but this is the second time in two visits this has happened. I understand food taking a while, but a waiter/waitress just coming by and asking if weve been helped would have been nice. It didnt help that they were not busy at the time either. Im giving them two stars because the arcade side had wonderful customer service. Ill probably give this place one more chance before I just give up on them completely.Update: Third times the charm. Our third visit to the restaurant was the best visit we have had. The server was prompt and courteous and never left us wanting. My only regret is that I cannot remember the servers name to thank her in this review. I only hope all our future visits go this well.

Server was a female originally, we asked for another server because she wasn’t the best she gave the kids menus with no crayons and said she had to find crayons when we asked her for them. She also served the drinks over our shoulders, the table we sat down at had bubble gum stuck to it. We really enjoyed bowling and the chicken fingers were surprisingly delicious. Definitely didn’t want the Panko breaded fish and chips, went with the boneless wings instead and they were equally as good as fingers but they were fried too hard. Fingers had a delicious light breading, nachos were mediocre barely any cheese fondue, jalapeño were all at the bottom of the plate and the chicken portion was skimpy in the nachos. Overall 4 ️ after we got the new server we asked him for crayons and he grabbed them and brought them back so fast which puzzles me why the first server couldn’t find them. Happy hour prices are fair 11-3pm small portions otherwise. Food was prompt even after us switching areas, will definitely return for happy hour whenever I come back to Bakersfield.

I have been going vegan now for health reasons. Finding something to eat out can be hard. I was happy to find the BLVD has a black bean patty you can substitute on the burgers. It was really good!

This place is fun but Everytime Ive ever bowled here, the wait staff never answers service requests. You have to call them over or go hunt for them. Usually no wait staff is nearby to help. Service sucks. Games are fun and food is good.

Food was great. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was light and crispy, and the chips were delicious as well. The kids had a blast playing laser tag and the draft beer was a really nice touch. We bowled and hung out while the kiddos enjoyed the arcade. Only reason for the four stars is the price. We blew through nearly $400 for the evening. (One game of bowling for four was nearly $60). Dinner for four adults and two kids was $200 with a tip. So, lots of fun, great food, great beer. But, be prepared to pay for it.

Came here for a birthday party, the event host was great, food was good and the host kept the party on track. Great atmosphere for family, only down side...center island bar, had poor house keeping counters are not being wiped down nor the surrounding tables. Food all over the ground.

Great place to have fun

My family and I always look an excuse to come here. Their food is fantastic. I am a huge fan for the Garlic Parmesan wings but their regular Buffalo wings are fantastic as well. In fact everything we have eaten here was very good and their drinks are always on point.Their games are very fun for adults and children. I personally have not experienced the laser tag but I hear from family that it was a blast.If I had to have a negative point I guess it would be that on a weekend thos place is PACKED!! But I guess thats because everyone agrees with my above assessment and review of The BLVD. I would highly recommend this place for a family looking for a fun night or a group of adults also looking for fun.

Karaoke RoomThe cost of the Karaoke room is $50 for an hour. The song book is ripped up and pages are missing. The speaker system is low quality and needs a lot of adjusting on the bass and treble knobs to get a decent sound. Make sure you check the mics for the low battery light. The room gets very hot. When we asked about AC we were told that there is no AC in the room. There are no fans or anything to cool you down.If you bring good energy, then your group will have a good time in the karaoke room. $50 is too much, however, for the ripped book, low quality sound and stuffy experience.

I went the first time a few days ago and it was amazing. The environment is lively. Theres a lot of young people(not teenagers or children). Theres laser tag, bowling,and ropes obstacle at a very affordable prices. The atmosphere at night is just incredible. I would definitely come here more regularly.

Fun place to spend some time with friends, kiddos, and family. Billiards, arcades, bowling, theres a bar and although the Dip Trio was fantastic, I found the menu a bit limited, also it comes with very few chips/pita bread that goes along with it, and refill will cost you $4 each time, we took about 3 rounds of chips and didnt even finish the dips.Overall fun place, recommended!

Laser tag is is my favorite, but the staff around the bowling area arent very watchful. We were sat at a lane and the tables were filthy, we asked the staff once they finally came where we were if they could pick up the dirty dishes and food trash and he said yea let me send someone over, which after 10 min or so someone did finally come over but they cleaned the table in the lane in front of us and left and didnt come back, so I moved all the dirty dishes and food trash off of our table and to the table he had just clean so we would have a place to set our drinks and food once it arrives and after about 5 or so minutes another waiter cleaned the table I asked if she could wipe ours down due to food and drink that was spilled on our table. Other then that we had a blast.

I enjoyed the entertainment with the food and drinks but the barista was so so rude! Very disrespectful and had a really bad personality and when we spoke to another employee about the situation they said oh yeah we get that a lot about him and went in his way.

I celebrated my daughters Marleens14th birthday party at Boulevard and found it to be the most exciting and fun place to take a group of teenagers to explore and entertain their imagination, bowling, laser tag, arcade games and karaokie by the time the kids were done they were exhausted and ready to go home and go to sleep to me that sounds like a win-win. While the food was tasty enough, the steak dinner was so small it looked like a diet plate-there were about 6 tiny slivers (1.5 x 3?) of meat, a bit of cauliflower and a giant baked potato... For $17.00.

This is a very fun place to visit. There are bowling allies, arcade games, and food places, all inside. Its affordable, unless you run out of money on the card, you just need to put more money into it to continue playing.

Awesome place. Perfect for kids, lots of arcade machines and things to do. Finger food is good too. Not too ecpensive. One thing to have in mind: if you arrive with kids before 10 pm youre ok, but after 10 they check ID, so...plan in advance. If not going with kids, well its a good place for grown ups too, plenty things to do. Try fish and chips you wont be disappointed. Good selection of beers. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent, shared a sandwich and a burger. Burger was really well made, and the sandwich tasted great. Both the regular and sweet potato fries were great too, came with ranch on the side which I wasnt quite used to. The arcade had a lot to do, no issues with any of them, lots of fun. Prizes seem worth it too, quality stuff for the most part. Staff were friendly and helpful, really quick to have service and help. This place is gonna be a regular stop for sure.

Basically it was very similar to a Dave & Busters. If youve never been to a D&Bs, its a restaurant, that has a bowling alley, that serves alcohol, has a ton of ticket based video games. Plus all your standard Skiball, Basketball, Ball toss games as well. The food isnt terrible, the beer selection wasnt bad. I havent tried the bowling alley yet. Usually get stuck in the arcade area. Did I mention they have a pretty cool laser tag arena? Oh, I cant forget the obstacle course that sets above the arcade floor area. It has a lot to offer.. But definitely bring your wallet.

When here with a large party, service was good, food was tasty, bowling was fun, and laser tag was awesome and probaly the most fun out of everthing. With a full two story maze with cover, the laser tag is sure to entertain you.

Was in town from Long Beach visiting family. The food was ok but the waitress was either busy or frustrated with our group... many people showed up late so the tables were occupied for a while. Anyway, I had to ask the waitress several times to correct the price of my food and she was sure the price was correct until she finally went and grabbed the menu and came back and took the bill and fixed it.This restaurant also has the annoying policy of charging an automatic gratuity, which they cannot legally make you to pay.We went bowling, the bowling was fine. Lanes are pretty crowded and its hard to move the bowling assist ramp, we had a 2 and 4 year old bowling so we used them. Waiter in the bowling areas was attentive. Good selection of bowling balls.Arcade area has a good selection and prices are good.

Its a fun place to take the family. We went on a less busy night with the kids. The waitors could pay a little more attention. We had to hunt ours down every time we needed her. They seem to huddle by the cashregister and chit chat instead of paying attention to their people. So other than that it was a great experience thats why only 4 stars.

The drinks and appetizers were amazing and I dont say that lightly. My lavender mule was the best mule Ive ever had and my wifes Wildflower blended drink was delicious as well. Im a stickler when it comes to Ice tea and I have to add that it was fresh and crisp. The mozzarella steaks, yes steaks, were so delicious and their marinara sauce was so robust and flavorful with fresh basil adding a delicious pop. The potato skins were also very delicious paired with ranch. The fish and chips came out piping hot and moist, it was excellent. The custom Burger was great. The only bad experience dining was my full rack was dry and tough but the manager removed it from my ticket. My waiter Ralph Z was very welcoming and kept my table happy throughout, very professional. My children loved the games, there was a lot to do and the prizes were great. Its not like other places where 500 tickets gets you a finger trap. There was plenty to choose from and my kids came home with a lot of toys. I would have spent about $20 more here than at my usually place but with drinks and appetizers my wife and I spent more than planned but the value is there. It can be affordable or you can spoil yourself a little. My family will definitely return.

Horrible customer service. Was in contact with Shannon here for events - she seemed so put off by helping me in arranging an event in a couple weeks. Asking me for personal information without explaining what she needed it for. Laughing at some of my responses. Breathing big sighs as she explained (or lack thereof) the process. We didnt make it past a second phone call because she had such a bad attitude. My advice to your business - provide better customer service, and dont employ people who clearly hate their job. Shannon was a disappointment as was the service provided.

Cool for children more like a dave and busters time of feel.. we wanted to bowl but it was impossible with some many teams and no open lanes for just anyone.. food was really good but other than that ok

I had my daughters 13th Birthday party at the Blvd in there VIP birthday area and everything was absolutely perfect from the set up to the food and the host was A1. If your looking to have an unforgettable experience then definitely book your party with the Blvd.
