Nice park, lots of walking trains, well maintained paths. Bring bread if you like feeding the ducks. They also have a fenced dog park. Lots to do.

My kids & I love going here to get some exercise- walking, skateboarding, basketball, etc. My youngest loves the small splash pad area as well as the playground. The pond is cute, has a little gazebo, & the ducks are fun to watch.

Nice and huge park. They even have splash pad with gates so that your kids are safe they can’t get out. Whenever your kids get hot they can cool down and get splash by water fountain. They have big fields for soccer, baseball. If you want to celebrate your kids birthday. They have nice bbq place and shaded picnics table.

Beautiful park with picturesque views. It has a large open, gated dog park and jungle gym nearby. Large fields for multiple soccer and baseball games. This park has a splash pad and larger play area next to it, with shade! Thats really important in The Valley of the Sun! This place has some pretty impressive statues and very clean bathrooms for a public park. Oh! And a lot of Poké Stops for Pokémon Go!

Went to FriendShip Park for softball games, and the fields appear to be well maintained. There is also ample room for warm-ups. The park appears to be quite large (even a full size football field with Goal Posts and all), but I did not get to see it all to tell you of all the amenities

Its a great park for a morning walk. The picnic area is shaded. There are 3 different playgrounds and a nice pond with ducks. It has 3 fenced in areas for the dog parks and at this park if seems they abide by the dog leash law which I noticed they dont at the Goodyear Community Park. Its a very nice park.

The wide open fields allow for any sport to be played but remember follow the park rules for safe and fun activities! For fishing lovers shock out these catfish I pulled out of the pond!

Went here to use the dog run. They have 3 good sized runs. Biggest thing was people who dont clean up after their pets.

This park is awesome. It has everything for the whole family. Playground, splash pad, basketball ball courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, tables and grills. Nice family vibe. Love it.

I was not aware there was a dog park near my house. I loved it my dog loved it. There is lots to do for the whole family a splash pad for the little ones. Lots of room to run around.

Friendship Park is one of the nicest parks around. Nice trails! Theres a tot lot, a small pond for fishing, open fields, many seating area, etc. You can make a full day out of a visit to Friendship Park.There lots of ducks around the pond! They dont move for humans. They may even follow you.

Plenty of options for playgrounds and sporting activities, also space to plan birthday or other events. Kept clean most of the time and has splash pad in the summer.

This park is really nice a good family environment. We did not know that there is a splash pad at the rear of the park. We also go to the small lake at the park to feed the ducks. The park employees keep the park really clean. I could go on and on about this park one of the cleanest parks that I seen in a long time.

Friendy but visitors can be more clean about there dogs poop,plenty bags available.Park would be more enjoyable

Awesome park! Reminds me of Kiwanis park in Tempe. Huge park, multiple areas for working out and playing. Basketball court, playgrounds, fitness area, and splash pad. The splash pad is fairly small compared to larger parks and it’s not really shaded but so fun! My toddler had a blast

We went to the movie in the park and had so much fun!!!! The before kids music and the attractions were all very family friendly.

Plenty of things to do and places to visit. Plenty of parking and a good amount of resting areas. Has nice artwork, architecture, and a wide range of wildlife including turtles. Would definitely visit again and feed the ducks!

By far my favorite part to go to here in the Avondale area, the people here are friendly and talkative, they have two different big playgrounds jungle gym type areas. The parking lot is huge and space yes, the soccer fields are big and the grasses well-watered, the maintenance here does a great job. Usually I come here for Pokemon go and its my favorite area of all to go to for Pokemon go events.

Had a large playground for both young and older kids. a water splash pad and basketball hoop.. and this is all neat the Ramadas where you bbq.. great for birthday parties! im sure there is more.. i just stayed in this area with my family.

This water park was very nice .. My daughter-in-law had her sons birthday party over there today and the rest of the family enjoyed the day just playing basketball and playing at the play ground and playing in the splash park with their children and other children .. Its a very nice friendly park .. I give it give stars up .

Decent playground for the kids. But literally no shaded seating for adults. Would be smart of them to invite food trucks to come hang out on weekends to offer refreshments.

I usually meh.. My reviews.. Becuase most places are just meh... Bt friendship park is different from the pound to the splash pad, no matter if your alone for a walk, on a date or with the kiddos and family this is a great park.. And there are geese and ducks to feed.. The only thing i ask is for people ti clean up after themselves and keep the park clean if not for us as humans lets do it for mither nature and the animals who cant.. 5 yahs!!!!!

Great area to bring the family. There are many covered areas to sit and get out of the sun. Theres a large, fenced in, splash pad for the kids. They even have areas with barbecues and electrical outlets to rent for parties.

This is a great place to come when you in the west valley clean and safe please pick up your dog items dont be filthy animal please this is a good park

Me and my little 4-legged buddy enjoy it here. We go here at least 2x every week. It is clean, and people are friendly. One loop takes us approximately 20 minutes to walk. The loop is large enough so we can actually enjoy our walk! And my buddy has lots to check out. Theres also a dog park here in case you are interested!

Love coming here with my kids and boyfriend. It has alot of stuff for the kids to do. A playground, splash pad, basketball, ramadas, place to BBQ, fishing area, small baseball field, a large area for picnics or soccer. Its a place to bring the family.

My children grew up going to Friendship Park and now they are all grown up. The park has changed so much since then. A splash pad how awesome. Its a great place to make happy memories with the kiddo and all the eat and play areas are shaded plus you can take a picture with the matal elephants too.

Great family park in Avondale. Clean, safe and, well maintained. Staff is great and they do a fine job of keeping the park nice. A great place to spend the day.Nice fishing as well. Was able to catch my personal best channel catfish here! The Bass are not too big but they are fun to catch. Fun sunfish here to catch as well. Please pay attention to the community fishing board rules and regulations. If you catch a Crayfish, keep it!

The playground and the splash pad are so much fun, but my kids found a loose razor blade near the bathroom today. Definitely not the cleanest or safest of parks, in my opinion.

We had an awesome time at the splash pad! Opens at 10am and its gated so you dont have to worry about a kiddo running off.The dog park is sub-par at best but the park has a ton to offer outside of that!

This park is my favorite one to take my daughter too. There is a lot to do for kids. They have 3 different playgrounds in different areas. There are things for young kids and the older ones. Ive seen equipment be closed for maintenance so it is nice to see they maintain it. My daughter loves this park!! There are also ducks here at the little pond area.

Spacious, has two sides of the park Pond-side which has a pond and small play place, and a splash pad side that has obviously a splash pad and a bigger play ground with swings. There was a big soccer field and basketball park. All was well maintained and clean. We went on a Su day and there was a delightful lady making all the kids balloon animals and swords and crowns, no charge just accepting tips.Definitely will be back again.
