Wakeboarding and the obstacles were fun, staff were nice and encouraging except one of the girl staff with the dyed gray hair showed no care when my boyfriend fell off the line, he was out there 10+ minutes I believe 15, I asked the lady how long did he have to wait out there and she proceeded and acted like she didn’t hear me, another lady came over and I told her about him being out there for too long ! she told the lady with the gray hair to go check up on him and her response was “he’s just swimming” he was SPLASHING AND WAVING HIS BOARD CAUSE HE WAS OUT OF BREATH FROM HIS FALL KNOCKING THE WIND OUT OF HIM, AND COULDN’T SWIM . it was obviously something wrong with him and many others witnessed this . she took her time going to get him and didn’t really want to go get him . everything was great overall .

Quest Waterpark and Wakeboarding is a lot of fun and quite the workout! I’ve been 2 times and really enjoy the obstacle course. That’s actually the only thing we did this time. Some of the inflatables could use a little more air but you’ll have a great time. They also have a giant slide and wakeboarding that you hold on to the cables above the water. No reservations needed and it’s better and more affordable than the course on Lake Travis.

This review is for the camp. Brought my two boys here for 3 days while we were visiting from out of town. Couldnt get a call back to book and had to call twice on my own after being promised a call back. No biggie. Both kids came back sunburned. I should have known when talking on the phone with one employee who randomly mentioned how much sunscreen lathering they do. In my experience when anyone volunteers unsoliscited information, its because they have experienced issues in the past.I was right. My younger son didnt want to go back as a result and they wouldnt refund the money. They did accommodate allergies which is why they are getting 2 stars. Not sure how one expects a 10 year old to be responsible for their own sunscreen.

We had a great time wakeboarding at Quest. We went on a Friday and pretty much had the whole park to ourselves. If youre not a wakeboarder they have rope swings, a blob, and an inflatable water park. Beware the sun. There is shade provided but in a busy day it will be taken quickly. Im sure they allow you to bring tents.

A little bit out of the way so can be difficult to find, but well worth the time traveled for great fun on the water. The staff was amazing and unbelievably friendly, very much willing to help you get up to pro level in one outing (maybe not quite pro). With there deep knowledge and helpful attitude you will be delighted to spend some time here at quest.

Awesome experience! I have never wake boarded before and I felt that there was a fun and knowledgeable staff that helped me get goin in just a few minutes. The prices were very fair for what the experience gave my family. Overall, I definitely recommend Quest for a summer family trip, or a fun field trip for camps and schools.

This place feels like a hidden gem. Its down a few dirt roads, but is so worth it. We did the Ultimate Quest package which pretty much gave our group free reign of the place and it was so worth it. The slipnslide ramps, obstacle course, rope swings and blob are amazing. And then theres the wake boarding. I was brand new and got instruction on their beginner cable and then made my way to the cable circuit. They employees were very patient and gave great advice and were excited when we succeeded. I love this place and will be coming back.Bring your pup if you have one, they get to run around off leash all day!!!

Amazing staff and fantastic experience overall. Their food truck has one of the best food around. It’s a little tough to find Quest at first because of it’s location but when you find it you’ll know it’s a hidden gem. Wake boarding has been on my bucket list for some time now and I’m so glad I’ve finally conquered it thanks to the staff being so helpful and friendly. The entire place seemed like a paradise: rescued dogs that were so friendly, overwater obstacle course, thrilling slides, a huge blob, rope swing, wake boarding, food, music.. all you can name! Definitely going again

Really cool place and I still consider it a hidden gem because I have yet to come and it be unenjoyablly crowded. The slides are knockoffs of BSR and not quite as good, but they are alright and they have less rules than BSR. The obstacle park is super cool and you can easily spend hours there so recommend getting the day pass. The blob is also super cool and haven’t seen it anywhere else. Prices here aren’t too bad for what you get. Speaking for everything but cable park which I haven’t done.

We sent my 16 year old and his friend there for a week of Summer Wake Board Camp. They came home the first day and said it sucked. They were stuck with 10 year olds and didnt have fun.I suggested that my Wife contact them and she did. Apparently they took to heart that their job was to entertain these kids and give them a FUN experience. They came home the second day and both agreed that it was much better. They had been separated from the younger kids and had much more fun. Apparently they helped send off some of the younger kids and found it funny when one hit his head (hey, thats how kids are).At the end of the week they were both sore (which is great, it got them doing something physical) and had some blisters on their hands (even though we got ski gloves for our kid). They also both want to go again sometime for a day visit. This an example of a facility taking constructive criticism and using it to make everyone happy. Well be going there soon for a day visit.

Okay. I’m giving this place 4.8 stars. It’s redneck wakeboard clubs meets suburbia Austinites haha. It’s cute little place. The owners must be former pros. They seem to have a lot of fun on the grounds there is a blob, wakeboard cable course. A huge slide launching you into the water. A water obstacle course. This place has all the makings of a hugely successful place. Yet. It’s always quite and quaint maybe that’s part of the gem of being off the beaten path and hard to find as so many others have complained about. The prices are fair. They have numerous daily specials. They will coach and teach you as need. The staff was really helpful to one of my sons that was struggling to get up on cables with wakeboard. All in all this place is great. My one complaint is the “WET DOG” aroma odor in the building for check in and their dogs are everywhere. I love dogs. But that aroma was really strong. Dogs are friendly though and will play in the water with you as well

Friendly, accommodating staff in a family friendly type atmosphere where fun clearly rules. The park was rideable for less experienced and younger riders while still providing ample opportunity to shred for the expert level rider (NOT me, I just watched to see how its done). We had a super fun day and will certainly return - likely with our children to open their eyes to the world of water sports that we love.

Decided to go for Fathers Day to try something new. I had never heard of a cable park before seeing something about it online. You rent your equipment (reasonable prices and a variety of options) and then go directly into the lake by holding onto a cable. No problems, no hassles, just fun.The staff was incredibly awesome and helpful. As first timers we had no idea about anything, they answered any questions we had and made sure to guide us beforehand so we wouldnt wipe out just a few feet into the cable ride. The water was a whopping 85 degrees which made it even more enjoyable. The best part is that its not filled with obnoxious college kids and instead with people who are there to just have a good time!I definitely recommend going if you want to try something new. I will definitely be back!

This place was awesome. I love everything about it, the people i brought loved it and including the atmosphere was awesome as well. the only thing i did not like was one of the employees (Carson) was very rude to some people who were trying to learn how to wake-board. There was about 3 kids over there waiting for him for 40 minutes and when he finally came over he was talking to the kids rudely not helping them learn how to do it and talking to them like they were dumb, one kid ended up standing after his 3 try but didnt stay up long at all and Carson made him go to the other part to (the more advanced side) go ride, saying yeah it seems like you already know how to do this and you lied about it so its time for you to go to the other side and the kid told him that he still needed help (which he did because it was his first time) i think Carson needs to be trained on his customer service and the way he presents himself to people, even to the adults he was very rude. but other than that Aaron was awesome, nice person and helped out my family learn how to wake board and the blonde hair guy (sorry didnt get to get his name) he broke his leg but he was awesome as well very nice and professional . i will definitely come back to this place again!

My experience here was very mixed. The staff is engaging when you walk in the door but for the most part that ended after we paid with some exceptions:The good: Wakeboarding is super fun! I definitely plan on pursuing this as an activity. Its a challenging sport with loads of potential for growth. I was a skateboarder and a diver in my youth, in many ways wakeboarding can be a glorious mix of both. The owner seems to always have a genuine smile on hand and appears to be extremely helpful to noobs like myself. Its both intimidating and awesome seeing what the talented folks can do on the jumps and rails. They do have a training line to help you learn the basics which is great. The bad: I feel like we were sold on the blob/obstacle course thing. It was very boring considering that my friend and I were the only people on it. We ended up using only 20 mins of the hour we had available then moved on to the wakeboarding. The training wasnt all that great. The trainer seemed tired and disinterested. She was nice and threw out some suggestions but there really needed to be more aid and encouragement. She wasnt terrible, just seemed tired. That training was part of the hour we purchased. Its tiring for new people like myself so we decided after 30 mins to take a break then try the actual course. The clock was still ticking though and that was not clarified when we stated that we were going to take a break. Some amazing wakeboarders showed up during this break and we were just waiting, somewhat intimidated considering we had no instruction on how to approach the actual course. Staff kept walking by with no acknowledgement. I finally worked up the nerve to go up and ask for help and was told my time had run out but i could go once, with some attitude... The owner was super nice and immediately helped but of course I immediately face planted. I came out and asked if I could go again which after a heavy sigh from the girl operating the pulley said fine... Second face plant of course and by then I was embarrassed enough to stalk off, put my stuff away and leave.Overall it could be awesome. There are some good staff and the owner genuinely seems like a great guy. The up sale on the obstacle course is understandable but for me was already a waste of money. The wakeboarding experience was fun but lacked in guidance that is necessary for for a first timer to walk away feeling good about spending the money. I wish these folks the best and hope they can improve in the realm of customer service.

I visited Quest ATX last weekend and was blown away---I had no idea Austin had such an amazing wake boarding facility! The staff are all super friendly and excited to show you around. Instead of being pulled by boat you are pulled by a cable system. The course is a large circle so you dont have to stop every lap, which is cool. Beginners can get there bearings just riding the wake while the more adventurous have their pick of ramps to practice tricks on! The only downside is that you have to use port-a-potties but they plan on putting in bathrooms soon and they were clean when I was there so it really was no big deal.

NOT the same as behind a boat, but thats not why its getting 2 stars. And not saying I didnt have a good time (but Im very easy going), but definitely did not meet expectations. So the bad:First off, not great directions since its on an unmarked road on Google Maps and theres no signs to continue on it all the way to Quest. Some folks working there (blonde hair, camo shorts on 8/14) were just not very helpful or welcoming.During mid-day summer, the kid campers there slow down the entire line, youd think they would give priority to the ones who arent there all day, all summer.Theres no clear system of order - we walked up to the dock, not knowing how to get on the cable and the employees (blonde girl and tatted guy) just kinda looked at us without saying anything - maybe they assumed we had done it before? They shouldnt assume anyway.Majority of the time, youre just trying to actually get up from the start or trying to hold on around the whip lashing turns, then you wait in the water to get picked up.The cable kept getting stuck so for 30 of our 120 minutes, we couldnt even keep the line moving to wake board. Yes, you still pay full price. The good: When you get up, its exciting!MOST (Kristina, Carlo, and the brunette girl) employees were very friendly and gave us great tips. They have $15 for Ladies night including the rental. $15 seems more reasonable, if only it were that all the time.Especially not worth the $25 uber/Lyft each way. So dont make the trip if youre visiting Austin. It was recommended to us by two super stoked guys - not what Id recommend to anyone. All in all, not worth $100 for two people to get up on a wake board, have no wake to play on, go in circles, and have a stiff neck for three days from all the yanking and falling. Weird experience, probably never need to do that again.

What an awesome wakeboard park. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun to be around for people of all skill levels. I ended up getting an Annual pass my second or third time out. The facilities have a very chill and barebones vibe, but are still very well equipped (they even have a small bar with some great beer on tap), and the awnings over the picnic table area help get you out of the sun in between sets or when youre watching your buddies shred. I hit this place up as often as I possibly can.

What a blast! This place is awesome. First cable park experience, but been wakeboarding for years. I dont really have anything to compare it to since this is the only one I have been to, but I thought it was great. The staff was helpful and fun, the park had a lot of features, and basically no line. The place isnt pretty or fancy, but when it comes to riding, it was great. I went Friday morning at 9 for the early bird special and by noon I was sun burnt and tired, so I called it quits, but Ill definitely be back again.

My niece came to visit me for two weeks and I needed something to keep her entertained while I worked. Enter Quest ATX summer wakeboarding camp. It was pretty awesome. The staff were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing and the cable park is pretty cool. I was skeptical that a small lake (read glorified pond) could entertain an energetic 11 year old for 4 hours. She came home tired every day and by the end of the week was demonstrably more skilled. She absolutely loved it, and hopes to come visit again next to attend their summer camp. Its affordable for what it is and they regularly have groupon deals, probably because its relatively new and a little out of the way. I dont expect that to always be the case though, cheap and fun entertainment.

This was our first time at the cable as we normally ride boat. It was a blast! We were from out of town so we had to rent our gear, the advanced boards were CTRL with hyperlite bindings.
