Community is great, and the ladies at the leasing office are always very friendly and helpful. Also I would like to add that maintenance is pretty fast at responding to any problems that arise. No complaints, easy 5 star!

Its predominantly a spanish-speaking community. All the residents are good-natured and extremely nice. The management is always on top of any problems. Theyre securityis always on ready to patrol whenever needed. They respond as promptly as possible.

Friendly Staff! Nice Place

I have a friend who lives here and the abuse to the residents is out of control. They constantly tow cars for no reason and implement nonsense parking rules. I’m sure there is some predatory towing happening here. The managers just handed out a new community parking rule memo and at the bottom with tiny letters it says that the document belongs to A&A Wrecker and Recovery, LLC which happens to be a towing company. If you are manager of this place you should be aware that some of your practices are illegal or vs human rights...

Movie was good but so packed we had to sit way down front.

Some of the best patient focused care in Austin, I highly recommend checking it out.

Stonegate is one of the best placest a child could ask for my family and I have almost lived here for over than a year and I cant think of a happier place to be this is like my dream house and neighborhood.

Its OK its quiet I live there

Very nice mobile home comunity. Primarily Hispanic community where hospitality is fantastic and people here are genuine. Overall crime rate in the area seems low medium. There is a decent bus route and transit system seems adaquit so getting to work isnt as challenging as other areas ive seen.
