I have not been a member here but enjoyed as a guest several times. Their driving range across the street is my favorite. The course is great, a vast hill and difficult course. Not for amatuers. The facilities and staff Ive found to be great as well. Its a unique course for sure.

Played here about 5 times through Club Corp and once at a tourney through my sisters company. Beautiful and well kept course, very challenging on certain holes.

Wicked course for a novice - bring plenty of balls cause youll need them. Really fun and after playing definitely hit up the club house for some great eats!

Small but well equipped country club with a golf course, gym, pool, playground, golf shop, babysitting service, restaurant, bar, locker room, meeting areas, and a bit more. The facilities are nice but showing their age. The staff are incredible, gracious, helpful, and patient! They are five stars. The restaurant is decent with a typical selection of appetizers and entrees. This is a good place to hold a wedding reception. We didnt use the golf course so I cant comment on that.

Love this little club ️ especially the family social events! We were there last week and our toddler got a pony ride as part of Rodeo Night. We are very thankful for Macy, Perla, and Leah who make us feel welcomed and cared for. Also the yoga classes are a very nice addition

One of the best golf courses around also one of the hardest. You can loose a golf ball on every hole so if your having problems with your swing then you better bring plenty of balls. Yall have fun

I have nothing but good things to say about this course. Every hole looks like a signature hole. Glenn is the best starter that Ive ever met in my entire life. That man needs a raise immediately. Either that or he needs some kind of an award for his superior customer service.

This is the most friendly, welcoming and affordable Country Club in Austin! It has an excellent restaurant, a nice pool, activities for children, a superb fitness center, well-kept tennis courts and a renovated golf course.

We’ve been members of two country clubs in Austin and one in Houston, and this is the worst in the golf category because the club allows outside players through Golf Now and other groups and has a constant issue with golf cart shortages and running out of battery charge. If two people ride together in one cart, you pay the same price as renting two separate carts, so many times when we’ve had a tee time in the afternoon there are no carts available. It is one of the few courses that permits a “five some” group. We were actually stuck behind a six-person group. The club constantly blocks out hours for non-Member tournaments on weekends, which hurts those of us who work for a living and can only play on the weekend. Much room for improvement.

One of the funniest and most challenging courses around.

Let me me start by saying this golf course is beautiful. No complaints about the course, pace of play, other members, etc.My friends and I called them over 20 times total. Im not a member and my only reason for booking a tee time was because my friend had a Member for a Day card.Never got in touch so decided to show up and hope they could get us on the course for a twilight tee time.There was no one on the course and yet the attendant in the pro shop proceeded to tell my friend and I that he had every right to refuse us service since we didnt call in to book the tee time...to which we said we were fully aware of that fact. Obviously, if they were completely booked we wouldnt have expected to tee off, but he made it clear that we were the only party after 5 pm trying to get a round in...so why he was insistent on making this point Im unsure.At the turn the same individual asked my buddy and I to go and find one of the outside service attendants so they could pull a golf cart around for one of the members of the course...Overall just a little confused by how we were treated which was a shame because the course was so awesome.Member for a Day? I think not.

This is a tough, beautiful course with carries on 13 holes. You have to be able to hit it straight and have good ball control or you will be punished. One of the best golf courses in Central Texas. This is not a course for the faint of heart or high handicap golfers. Bring your A game, or you can easily lose a ball on each hole.

Really interesting layout. If your game is on, you can score. But missed shots are punished!!! Beautiful layout and vistas, smooth medium fast greens, and friendly staff. A must play in Austin.

Service is great and all, but we had to cut it short because someone pooped in the pool

We went there for a Fourth of July BBQ. The food was really nice, nice pool area friendly staff.

Poorly run. Pool was usually dirty and furniture was not designed for a commercial setting so it did not stand up well. The gym was a lowlight as well. Very expensive overall.

River Place Country Club is an amazing place to have your events. Beautiful views and great staff.

One of the toughest course Ive place for the fact that I lost a lot of balls. Not because of the water traps, but the tall grass with cliffs. if the ball rolls the wrong way its gone forever. Though you can usually find a bunch of extra balls in some of the less dangerous roughs

The service at the restaurant is still pretty terrible. On Saturday we went for lunch and it Took so long to get a waiter to bring us menus that we just left. Onn Wednesday we were also there and all the tables at the restaurant were empty but still had dirty dishes on them so we went to the bar area. There, we were told that we couldnt have children there....
