Clean great selection of toys. Big viewing booth. By the book and follow up on questions the staff.

My girlfriend and I had a very enjoyable experience here. Guys at the front whom Ive dealt with are respectful and polite. Seems the Red Head Guy doesnt work there any more.Good thing!

The new desk staff are friendly and respectful. I’m glad they made some staffing changes. I know the men’s bathroom is always an issue but I’d still like to see paper towels made available. It’s also good to see the guys wearing masks. Thank you. Good job!

Enjoyable place my FWB and I like to go and prance her around in her very revealing clothing if hardly anything she loves the attention and we both try and to be watched while having fun it’s hard not to be noticed due to her being a very loud screamer but definitely draws attention highly recommend to couples that enjoy the same

First time was great. Went another night and the guy at the counter was rude. Was called stupid because we didnt see the one sign posted.

The guys isnt very friendly but then he may have issues in life. I always have a good time in the video booth area. Have meet some nice guys back there and had a lot of lip smacking good times. Mark.

I wanted to come and visit this place, but after reading the experiences of other costumers, like many others that are avoiding bad costumers service from this place, I dont think I will ever visit. If ownership allows this so called Red Head Guy to continue to work in this establishment after the many bad reviews, is up to us the costumers to avoid this place. soon enough management will realize this dude needs to go.

Where do I even start. Redhead. During day. Rude as ever. I understand that with this position, You have to be direct and forward. However your main job is customer service! Explain the rules and guidelines. Let people kno about the warning light and intercom when time is up. 1st time there and nothing was explained. The dude screamed at me and made us leave. He made me leave my phone in my car so in order go pur had more tokens, I had to use my phone to enable my card... he refused my $ and said I have warned u enough, LEAVE!!!! I really wish management would read these reviews and see he is very disliked in this community. Hes a ticking time bomb with an anger that will not help youre business AT ALL. You are def losing money because of him!!!!

As a out of towner this was my first experience at a theater. Was very nice and clean. The tall guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I will be hoping back there before I leave Austin

Came in to enjoy the store with my husband and just walking in the guy at the counter is rude about the arcade. Got done inside and just before leaving, wanted to smoke a cigarette before getting in the car. Just at three minutes, the same guy calls over the intercom in the parking lot and tells us we have to leave. Dont waste your money here, Id give them a zero rating if possible. Never coming back!

Been there a few times. Worst place ever. Counter staff is very rude. Was in the parking lot finishing a phone call and this guy comes on the intercom and says I have to leave. Wasnt there but a few minutes. Dont waste your money or time.

Rude and awful front desk man.I arrived and I forgot the money and i went back to my car when the man shouted over the intercom in the parking lot, And tell me that I have to leave. Awful customer service.The man that Im talking is white about 56 light brown hair. Slim body and always grumpy.

Very clean and well organized. I was hesitant at first after reading all the reviews. The red head mentioned multiple times in other reviews was working. Although he seemed quite jaded, Im sure from all the uninvited cruising, he was clear spoken and helpful. Boths arent all ghetto and trashy. Would have given a 5 but, although good merchandise, retail selection is rather small. Still looks like a great kink date spot to take the wife. If ypu go to the booths use the lock unless your okay with stangers for sure.

Miserable experience because of the angry red headed short guy with beard behind the counter. First he throws tokens at you with a sneer, then he just starts going off on customers and screaming angrily at people. This guy is going to snap at a customer one day. He seems to hate working there, hates the customers, and treats everyone rudely. DO NOT VISIT here while he is working. Witnessed him screaming at a customer who was innocently standing there. Kicked the guy out for defending himself. This guy is a powderkeg.

No phones aloud? They say its because of the camera but I think its because they dont want you looking up product reviews, which I was doing when I was rudely told to put my phone away. All of their stuff is over priced and low quality. Skip it.
