SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This club is a complete rip-off. My son played for them for 4+ years. 5 years AFTER he was done playing they call me to tell me I owe them money, which was a complete lie, considering they never would have let him continue to play competitive soccer if I owed them money! Plus, why did it take 5 years for them to figure this accounting error out?? We paid cash because I dont own any credit cards, and they conveniently misplaced their record of it from 5 years earlier! Took the case to court without serving me any papers in an attempt to garnish wages. Not to mention, the office staff is the most unprofessional and unorganized group of people Ive ever met. FIND ANOTHER CLUB you wont regret it!

We came from a club that was interested only with great dribblers and scorers. No interest in defensive players and goal keepers. That club did not have a recreation team in far northeast Denver neighborhood. RMSA was recommended to us. It was quite a change. They were looking for players for all positions. They developed my son from a recreation player to a competitive player. He now has the love and drive to play soccer. This is truly a development association that looks to develop players instead of scavenging from other teams. I definitely recommend this association to anyone that is looking for someone to get the very best player out of their child.

I recommend Rocky Mountain Soccer Academy to anyone that is truly looking for there kids to develop as competitive soccer players. The club is known to make players. They don’t recruit from other clubs. The coaches make players. My son is now playing in the u15 Competitive. What I like about Rocky Mountain Soccer is the dedication coaches have. Coach Brian Minter is an inspiration to all, He sets expectations and goals for the team. His producing leaders who consistently come through in the big moments. Coach Brian Minter values every player and he teaches them that respect fosters excellence. The bottom line is, Coach Brian Minter is one of the best coaches Rocky Mountain Soccer Academy has. He makes sure we as parents understand that, win or lose, the team will be perfectly okay.

RMSA is such a great club. I currently play for them and I couldn’t have been any more content. All of the bad reviews make me laugh so much because first off Luz is the best in the office. She helps everyone as soon as she can in every possible way. You can’t pay all of the money right then and there? No problem Luz always finds a way to work it out with you because she understands. She is the nicest and cares about EVERY TEAM NOT ONLY HER CHILDREN’S TEAMS. I’ve gone through an experience where our team was struggling with drama and I went to Luz first. What did she do? Went to OUR practice and talked with the whole team. She went out of HER way to make our team stronger and actually keep it a team. Those bad reviews are false advertising as Trump would say :))))

This is a Horrible Horrible soccer league! The worst Ive been to! The office management is horrible! The office manager Luz runs this place down, and only cares about her kids teams and thats it. They need a new office staff and a complete redo of it, and I think than they might be good. If your childs not on her team or a team of the office staff they dont care! They need an office manager who doesn’t have a kid in the fields, who can care for the organization. The coaches are pretty good, but the office and management kill it! Stay away!!All they care about is getting their money, not about every other team! Like I said please stay away!

Great recreational program. I am always recommending this club to my friends and coworkers. My boys and I are very happy with this club and with the coaches they have. Also, staff is friendly, specially Luz. Luz is AMAZING! she is always going out of her way to make sure the teams have what they need. Thats why I recommend this club.

My daughter has played with RMSA for several years and we are very happy with the organization. Coaches and staff are great! She continues to grow every year. I like the fact that parents are always well informed about everything that is going on with the child’s team. Especially Luz who works at the main office has always been very nice and helpful. Any questions you have she is your go to person. If she doesn’t have an answer for you, she will make sure to find out for you. Very happy with RMSA! I would definitely recommend to check them out if you have kids who want to do soccer.

The competitive coaches have not taught these children respect for your rival. I was watching their game at the Colorado shoot out and one of their players shoved an opposing player in the back hard enough to hurt her. Instead of the team taking a knee to show respect and sportsmanship, the coach called all the girls over for a meeting. The team came out of the huddle and did not clap to show respect for the injured player getting up. Their lack of respect for the sport and the other players made me right this review.

This will be the worst soccer experience that you and your child will experience. Please stay away from this organization that cares about money and their well being rather than the development of the players. They have limited coaches on both recreational or competitive teams, so one coach will have to manage several teams. At certain games, the coach wont even be there for your team as well as at many of the practices. Their coaches are very inexperience and do not know proper drills and techniques. I was also outrage by the unfair treatment between the coaches and certain players on the team. If the parents are to voice their concerns to the coach or to the coaching director, they will bench the child during the game. Please save the hassle and stay away from this horrific organization. Many parents have already left. Dont go through what we had to go through. If I could give this a zero star i would already have done so.

I currently play on the REmsa a team and i have wanted to come back. I am 13 and i have played every year since i was five. This group has always taught us good and my coach, wow i love him he is the best, he personally cares for all of the athletes on his team. All my friends make fun of me for not playing football and for playing soccer, but because of the people at rmsa i stayed with it. Thank you Rmsa and I cant wait to play another season with you!

They say that one bad review is one persons experience, however when someone takes the time to write a positive review this is a reflection of a 100+ individuals who were satisfied with their experience. My children have played for RMSA for over 10 years. We had a variety of coaches from parent volunteers and club coaches. My son and daughter have been on rec, intermediate and competitive teams. We have always had a good experience. If any trouble did arise, I knew I could bring this issues to club manger and they would be resolved. The office staff is always helpful, and I love the fact that if my child is struggling in their level RMSA will send out help instead of just moving them to a lower level team. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

WORST SOCCER CLUB IN COLORADO ! This club has to be all about the money. It does not invest in its coaching staff, many of these coaches have no coaching licenses or dont have much coaching experience. They do not empower the players but criticizing them at every little mistake that they make. When the issue was brought up to Director Manny, he said the parents are complaining too much. My worst mistake as a parent was to let my kid plays here, only because it was close to home. There are many bad soccer programs out there and this club has to be on top of the pyramid

As a once proud member of this organization, it has turned into a worst soccer club I have been associated with. Number one, it is extremely disorganized. On our competitive team, our coach manages 2 teams. Sometimes, he wont be even there for the practices, or sometimes missing important games. On bad weather days, practices were cancelled but never get rescheduled. The organization would not offer alternative indoor facilities so that the team can practice in. Since my child joined the team, his game skill and technical skill have been drastically diminished. I saw zero improvement in his game, he seemed to lost his confidence because he was often doubting himself and did not understand specifically what the coaches wanted out of him. Most of the practice consists of running, just pure running, not even have any contact with the ball. At times kids will have to run for 45 minutes straight without water. I have seen several players complained about having headaches, and I also have seen kids throwing up after each practice run. I believe this is a very unhealthy way to try to build the kids endurance. Not only that, during certain games, the coaches will decide not to sub players, in one particular game, players had to play through 75 minutes game without subbing, while the coach had 2 players sitting on the bench. Again, that was extremely detrimental to players health and safety. We were going to stick out to the end of the season in spring, but I have had it with this organization when I saw coach Marvin gave up on the kids during a game as the team getting pounded by the other team. He stopped coaching and took a back seat with coach Paul. No words of encouragement to the kids, zero coaching, he just basically sat there, seemed hopeless, and even looked disgusted with the team while 11 kids out there trying their best to complete the game. Please do your homework before you bring your child to this dysfunctional soccer program. The culture of negligence goes from the top and runs down to the bottom.
