I love this place! My 5 year old son had the time of his life! And Sandra is the absolute best! Its hard to manage a place like this during a pandemic but she is doing an awesome job! She was just sooooo nice!! Thanks Sandra!
We always have fun here. I love that I can jump with my son and enjoy some silly bonding time. They also have tables available for parties. We have attended a few and always enjoyed the time with friends. There are areas exclusive for the younger ones as well, which is nice. Groupon frequently has offers for discounted admission. Definitely worth checking out. Gotta shake and jump those “sillies” out!!
Super fun! I enjoyed the jumping of course, and not to mention the staff were very kind. I just wish they’d have more activities to do. Jumping can get a little boring after awhile so maybe having some extra stuff to do would be a bit more fun.
Good for the kids just wish they had more activities.
Well priced and we all had a good time.We used a groupon to get a discount. But they also have really good membership/subscription type packages where you buy a bulk number of hours upfront, and then use them over time. There is a great little coffee shop / cafe - perfect for mom & dad refreshments while the kids get their energy fix jumping. It wasnt as busy as I would have expected for a weekend, even with a party or two going on at the same time. This was great because our kids had space to try things and have fun without having their space invaded, or getting in the way of others.
Had my sons birthday party here and nothing was open or even worked. (See PROOF in Photos) Very disappointed in booking this place for a party. Take my advice and find somewhere else to spend your money because its clear theyre not spending their finances wisely and truly do not care about upkeep or customer satisfaction! This place is a waste of money! Please justify to the public how you charge full price for 25 percent of a facility? Your intelligent response is appreciated....
Came here on school holiday with my neice when kids had no school. Absolutely horrible. Nothing was staffed. Everything was out of order. Many things were broken or dismantled. Even the claw game was barely filled. Photo area closed down. VR machine is down. Photo area closed. Horrible food. Jump Street is way better.I get very few chances to be with the kids and when I do, I want them to have a great time. I dont care about the money - I care about a wasted day with them
Place is clean but does need few upgrades... getting very outdated
Came here on a Sunday morning after a terrible experience at another jump place and they were extremely helpful. We had 13 kids and they let two of the dads go in (gave them wristbands free of charge) to be with the kids. Very nice staff! Will definitely come here again!
So I go to this place and the massage chairs take my money but dont work $10. The justice league game took $7. But the real thing that got me was the kid that took my money to get in doesnt count my change back to me so I walk away with it and proceed to count it. I notice that its ten short, I return to the counter and before I could finish my sentence, regarding my change not being correct or how much it is short, the little thief had ten dollars he was handing me without opening the drawer even. So I lost $17, didnt enjoy my experience, and do not at all recommended anyone to waste their hard earned money. At $15 per person for one hour I really feel like I lost out on $47 and left with less faith in humanity than I already didnt have. Thanks.
Overall, the kiddos had fun running and jumping in the different areas. There bumper cars were not running, but there was still a lot to do. The bouncy castle at the front had a large hole that my daughter almost fell into, however, and it is taped up in many spots. Its probably overdo to be trashed. There was one broken urinal in the mens bathroom, and my wife says that there were two broken toilets in the womens restroom and at least two more were smelly. It really does seem like a great place and they kids did have fun, but the disrepair doesnt make you want to say.
Had a blast taking my kids here lots of fun and loved getting out there jumping like a kid again! My kids asked to go again as soon as we left!
This place is disgusting! I came here to see about hosting my daughters Birthday party here... there was rodent droppings around when they gave me a walk through. I left right away... Please be careful if you eat something at this establishment.
This is a place that should not only be kid friendly but also family friendly and inviting. The prices for a few hours of trampolines is ridiculous. I was going to go here for my kids birthday party but its way to expensive for a cheap experience. A birthday party of 3 kids and 6 adults should not be $250 bucks!!! Thats a bad joke and as a combat veteran I am even more disappointed at the unwelcoming staff the entire inside is poorly laid out and the disorganized uncontrolled staff is heart breaking. I expect a certain standard of a kid friendly location and at the very least it should be clean well kept and inviting especially when your paying so much money for so little time. This location should be reinvesting there money into there business to make it a safer cleaner family friendly environment. If that means hiring more employees or security or even a housekeeping position they should do it. I advise anyone reading this to keep your money in your pocket at least until they fix the prices or meet the standard anyone should receive for the price you pay. I personally believe the least they can offer for a birthday party of any amount of guests for that much money is cake decorations or even refreshments. Very disappointed!!!! Shame on you jumpoline!!!
You can tell its an old place. But we went late and we was literally the only ones on there so the kids really enjoyed having the entire place all to their selves.
Pretty disgusting. Vomit, used Band-Aids, and bits of food were found in the bathroom from the moment they opened and were still uncleaned two hours later. An employee was seen pushing a dry mop bucket around but not actually mopping anything. It is clear they never sanitize anything. There is obviously no management here with interest in anything other than collecting money. Conceptually, it is entertaining and great exercise, but this place is quite poorly run.
This Jumpoline was easy to find and seemed less crowded than most. We were there for a birthday party, and the kids all had fun. The staff was friendly and attentive, and there were LOTS of different activity areas to try out.
Tuesday and Thursday they have specials.. Big facility however staff is never around to be attentive to your needs or the kids safety. We had to track someone down to open the foam pit area. Great prices for a afternoon with the kids. Make sure to have extra change on you for all machines require payment not included in jumping fee.
Weve been here a dozen or so times and we like it. I think its time they update it though. Another jump place is pretty close by and they have more things to do, although at the same time it is more expensive at the other spot. There is a ton of room not being used here. This place still has a lot of potential.
Most of the games at the jumpoline is breakdown
Staff was nice however the place is best for kids under 12
REALLY needs a renovation. The lighting is insufficient, the trampolines, carpet, furniture are all outdated and very worn down. Much of the jumping area could use a simple wipe down. The birthday party area in the back is poorly maintained. Nearly half of the facility is dark and has been closed for months due to maintenance or something. On the plus side: price of admission is very low and the bathrooms were well maintained.
I like this place because it simple and great for smaller kids. During the daytime, your kids are sure to get their playtime in! There is a little cafe inside with reasonably priced food items and beverages. Owner seems friendly and building appears nice and clean. There is an atm located on premises as well. Overall, my kids are always happy, so thats a plus.
Its a great clean place to take your little ones or big ones! There is an area for tiny children to older children. And its rarely packed when its busy.
Not clean.. bathrooms dirty.. no one watching each jumping sections. We purchased a jump and didnt jump however they wouldnt allow refund.. only 3 stairs because my kids hand freedom to run
A great way to burn off some energy! The kids always have a blast and are thoroughly exhausted making our long drive home easier so thank you!
My Grandsons are 7 & 9 yrs old and they had a blast. I enjoyed watching but alot of parents enjoyed participating.
Very easy going on a snow day. Will definitely be back to burn energy
This place is pretty cool. Its mostly run by teenagers, which is to be expected. Its pretty clean and its easy to have a good time there. I like that they have designated trampoline courts for younger kids. The foam pit is generally a pretty good time. They have some arcade games there too, so thats nice if youre going with someone who doesnt enjoy the trampolines.
Cheap and fun place for the kids the food is great and its nice and clean
It was amazing
My grandkids really did enjoy there self
Id have to say Ive been here for 2 birthday Parties. There very strict with the children not having wrist bands and in order for you to watch your child in the ball pit you must buy a wrist band as well. Why Im not playing just watching. Didnt understand that. The Pizza is 15$ a box which serves 8 so you be the judge of that and half the items like arcade is broken.
Have brought the little ones here a few times. They love it. Overall its a pretty good value for what you pay and it keeps the kids busy for awhile. They they take a nap when we get home. Parenthood WIN!
A good way for kids to burn off energy during summer break. The yoco cafe is open if you want food...but be aware sometimes the people working there arent very friendly.
Love it. Our boys always have a great time.
This place is fun they will get sore because you run a lot they have a lot of things to do and dont wear shorts and bring regular socks you beware you will get some rug burns if you not super careful and follow theyre rules the help.
This place is cool to have your kid run around and unwind. feel like they raised the prices tho. My 3 year old goes crazy here and loves it.
Great place for children under 12.. not much for older kids. There was also a sewage overflow the day we visited.. no refund and I had to leave after ten minutes due to the smell.
Fun place to bring yor families n birthdays n close frends
Im a woman in my 50s dating a man in his 40s with 2 kids under 10. Which means Ive never been to a Jumpoline. In a strip mall. In Aurora. Guess what... I loved it! Super fun place to wear out the kids and still maintain your sanity.
It’s the second time I visit, I was the only one there both times! It’s a Friday night, food court is closed, and bumper cars are broken. The only thing that looks okay are the trampolines. You can tell the business isn’t doing so well. I thought it was closed when I got there. My kids had fun but they had no one to play with. It might not be worth it for the price though. Note to owners: more advertisement, invest more money in this place get things working and good luck!
This a great fun place for the kids. They love getting in there and just losing their minds! It has some fun things for the adults as well. There is a yogurt and snack facility inside so everything stays convenient. Only thing I would change is COMPLETE the build out! I see all the plans the place has going and the potential for it. The sooner they finish... the more business will come in.
It had interesting areas for everyone.
Very clean and and the kids seem to Love. A Very Affordable place to let the kids burn off some energy.
We love Jumpoline! Prices are great, staff are polite, very clean and lots of open space for the kids to enjoy. Coffee is pretty good, too. We often go during the week or early mornings and we love that its never super crowded, that way, my kids can really enjoy themselves. Also, the video games are cool and the music being played is even better.
Decent fun, but you dont get much for your buck. Theres a big, main jumping area like a giant trampoline half-pipe, a jumping dodgeball area, and a foam block ball-pit place.Lava island is much better, IMO
This is a really fun place but half the things are closed and there’s a really large lady name Nalisa Who is extremely rude to everybody people like that should not be allowed to work at a family fun center
Not too crowded. Had a great time.
All 3 of my boys (ages 1-11) like this place. Its great for hyperactive children.
Kids always have a great time!
To much for me, Although kids love it. Good prices. Attentive staff.
The kids had fun and it wasnt very busy so they had plenty of room to bounce and run around. The staff was not attentive at all though. There was only 1 person watching on the big main trampolines and 1 checking for the foam pit to make sure you were old enough to get in, but she was too busy talking and gossiping with another employee to watch the safety of the kids. Jumpstreet does a MUCH BETTER job watching kids for safety!
Fun but does need a little updating a little.
My brother broke his foot there and the food sucks
Really dissapointed with how this place charges so much but offers so little. Theres a weird smell and everything looks run down and outdated. This place looks like it needs a deep cleaning. If there were upgrades done this place would be a hit, instead of just adding random new attractions that still dont generate excitement to wanna go there. On top of that they have signs everywhere that say no refunds! This place gets a D- unfortunately. A+ for location.
Pretty awesome! I had a great time!
Having fun on my nephews Birthday
This place, for the price is okay. I agree with other parents, their rules are so strict. Parents cant be in certain areas, or the kids cant be in some areas due to age. However, Spider Monkey allows parents to be in all areas, with a observe wrist bands where you dont have to pay. Waivers are enforced to cover their ends. I dont mind that, instead of paying just to watch my kids. I hate that, Jumpoline requires you to pay, just to watch. Its like, they nickle and dime you. Found few other places where I like it better, even though i have to pay a tad more. Lots to improve here.
The VR is never working which is disappointing, but otherwise a fun place to take the kids.
Cost way to much for one person and half the equipment is always closed. For the cost id go to spider monkey.
Planning on going to Jumpoline for the first time today; however, in looking at the website I noticed that Gallary is misspelled (should be Gallery). If a business doesnt take the time to proof-read their postings, what else do they do half-way?
Price is way too high just to run away in circles. For one hour.
Really not worth it ! Not many options at all ! Very very bad odor ! Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else instead !!
The business hours state they open at 10am, they dont. The doors open at 10, but except for the trampoline everything else is closed, bounce houses are laying deflated, the Cafe is closed and they were still washing the trampolines. We were charged full price yet half of the attractions, like bumper cars and photo booth were out of order. The change machine to get quarters for the video games is broken and when we were leaving at 11:30 am, the Cafe was still closed. With all the trampoline places around we will not be coming back to be ripped off
The kids just love it here
Over Prized I payed 18$ for 2 toddlers for 1hour and then was told i cant sit on the side of the trampoline to watch my kids if I dont pay.Everything in here is broken or out of order.
Good pricing. Total fun!
This place is phenomenal!! I was happily greeted by the sweetest young woman, who after chatting about how she could save me more money on the wrist bands, informed me she was pregnant and showed off her bump. She was hired three weeks ago, which means they knowingly hired a very pregnant woman and thats awesome all in its own. The place was so clean, the bathroom was spotless, the staff was pleasant and fun to talk with. They take pride in this place and it shows, we will be coming back. Thank you for being such great people and giving my children a great, clean and safe place play!
The kids had a great time, however the person who was supposed to be helping with the birthday party was NEVER around. Parents had to keep going to get water, we cleaned up, for the cost, the service should have been way better.
Everything is dirty and the games are all out of order. Go to Monkey Buisness instead.. Waist of 16 dollars.
We like to go there with family. My son enjoy jumping there. Recently they added few new attractions like climber and bump cars. Spent my sons birthday party there. Everyone enjoyed. They also have a cool frozen yogurt bar there.
Wow I have never had so much fun I jumped so high and even slid on trampoline
Weve been a few times and most recently for our 3 year olds birthday party on a Thursday night. Jumpoline is clean, the people are friendly and there are a few other activities to keep you occupied. I imagine this place is best for kids under 10. Birthday party package is just what we needed. Nothing extra fancy but a good price, good inclusions and the party host was very helpful. My guess is we got a little more attention since it was a weeknight and we were the only party. The manager (who I think is the owner) was nice and every time I called to set up or ask questions, they were patient and helpful.
I worked here for a little over 2 years.Overall, this is a wonderful place to work, play, have a party, or hang out with friends.Stuff for all ages, from 2 to 72, to have fun.The new regulations that came through make it a challenge where certain children must be accompanied by a paying adult into some areas. This may seem odd, but it really does help keep all children safer. It is often mentioned that the owners are just money hungry NOT TRUE! The owners are the most caring people you will ever meet. They have a genuine concern for the safety of all jumpers. They get a lot of blow back for enforcing these policies, but it really is for the good of all the customers who walk through the door. Not to mention, the business does a lot of charitable work to give back to the community and local schools.Overall, this is a wonderful place to work, play, have a party, or hang out with friends.
My 2 yr old daughter loves this place, but it is so run down and nothing works except the trampolines of course. The quarter machine was broken on a Sunday and they had no quarters behind the counter. Once I finally scrounged up a few quarters, nothing worked and they just took the few quarters I had and left me with a sad 2 yr old. Theres only a bunch of kids running the place, the music is too loud, the toilets were clogged and bathrooms dirty.
One of the best places for kids. A plac e where your kid csn run and play and its encouraged. We will be back . so fun.The staff was amazing. And even played with my kids. This is my go to place when it starts to snow. A little. Pricey but worth it .
Nice place to take kids
Would never go back. Overpriced. All other attractions cost more. We came for the foam pit but my special needs son isn’t potty trained and may not be for awhile, if ever. The staff was rude.. I was asked my age entering the main trampoline with my son. When I tried to bring up my concerns to the owner.. she was rude and argumentative. We will not bring our business back. Big time fun center is so much better for anyone else looking for a better spot to bring kids.
We just had a birthday party for two four-year-old twins that had 10 kids and six adults attending and everybody had a blast
This place does have a weird vibe. I cant quite pin it down. Other reviews are fairly accurate, teenagers running the place seem totally bored and disconnected. This did not dimish my experience. When I went, it was during the school day, so there were no other kids over 8,so the little ones had free reign. This was great, but an hour was too short. Seems like weekdays when its dead and all little kids, it should be like 2 for 1 hours, especially considering you can pay the same price for Bounce City and stay ALL DAY. Now, I realize thats not exactly apples to apples since its bouncy houses vs trampolines.Regarding the smell... I smelled it too, the whole time, gave me a headache. Its not sewage, not mold... I couldnt pin it down... Until the end. Its that chemical plastic smell... Like when you get a brand new memory foam mattress but mixed with the smell of office carpet after its been cleaned by a cheap carpet cleaning company. Now, Im not sure how that smell can go away, you just deal with it. Its like the smell of the McDonalds play place... A million toddler feet... Just dont think about it and youll be OK... I promise! The tables where I sat were not clean and had various sticky substances all over (frozen yogurt I assume).I didnt eat any food or do video games. It would be nice if the games were tokens like chuck E cheese and you could get discounts the more you play. A quarter per play... Or more.. Meant no playing for us...Im not saying this place is bad, its just that for each aspect of the place.. I could think of another place in Aurora that was better... So to make this place stand out... If it cant be better, the deals could be better. It just seems kind of a blah place comparatively.
Its good place for kids
We just booked my granddaughters 2nd birthday party there because they were so great the first time, The kids love it and are never bored asking what is there to too do. The tables are nice and big and they supply drinks, all you really need to do is bring the cake, you can even have them do pizza if youd like. We like to bring a party sub and they have no issues with you brining your own food.I love them for birthday parties for kids, I definitely recommend Jumpoline Fun Center in Aurora.
Dont listen to the haters, this place is straight fire. You can jump all around and everywhere. Out here doin mad flips amd tricks. Seriously this place is lit. Come on by. For for all ages!
Great place to have an active and fun family time! Our kids were excited when they tried a hamster ball. We will be back next weekend!
Great place to have an active and fun family time!Great Staff And Management, Prices are good.Great place for parties.
Not worth the money. Did my sons birthday here our waiter was rude never checked on us. I actually had to go find him and request additional items that he was suppose to bring us. Caught him on his phone then to make up for it they gave me 2 free passes. Even with free passes I would not recommend going to this place at all.
I have taken my kids here before and always had a goos time. What made this an awesome experience was the staff and their accommodations. We were originally trying to have a birthday party at skate city but they refused us because of a birthday cake. We came to Jumpoline, we spoke to the staff and they booked us a party on the spot and made my daughters birthday party! This staff was able to adjust on the fly and extremely helpful with everything.
Fun but pretty slow. Not many children.
Jumpoline is an amazing place to bring your family and friends. It is SUPER fun and SAFE for kids (and adults) of all ages. I love that there is something for everyone to do. It is always exciting to take my nieces, nephews, and younger brother and they have a great time jumping around. Everything about Jumpoline is great!
We took our three little ones here and the jumping parts were great. big and fun; well maintained and safe. The other elements of the place were either shut down, in disrepair or out of order. If youre looking for a fun place to do big trampolines this is a win - I just wouldnt go in expecting much else.
We went here to celebrate birthday.everybody had loads of fun including kids and parents
It was a nice time to go during week. Wasnt overwhelming with a bunch of kids. Definitely will return
