I like the park itself. It was beautiful in fall. Interesting for kids to play in summer. Beautiful views from the park to the houses around. If you live in Auburn; you would probably go there when it is summer. Because it is close to Auburn and Federal Way.

This place was very beautiful, the lake was shimmering in the sun, and there was a lot of people. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, the playground was closed, which was too bad cause my little sister wanted to play on it. The only problem was that there was trash in the lake, from people visiting. I would still strongly recommend this park.

Great family atmosphere. Fishing dock is nice but sometimes crowded. Could probably use a restock.

Great fishing trip with friends. Didnt catch any fish but building friendships in a beautiful place is awesome.

Awesome trails through a shaded forest leading to a beautiful lake with a dock that takes you about 30 feet off the shore, 2 playgrounds for kids, one for toddlers to age 5, another for kids age 6 thru 12. I saw a guy fishing at the lake and another guy was treasure hunting with a metal detector in the shallower regions. Overall we had a great time and plan to return and explore more parks around there.

Lake is located though tall trees on a very short walk on blacktop trail. Quiet fishing dock. A lot of teens use dock for a hang out though. If no ones fishing, it is used for diving. Shallow entrance to water closer to playground. Great for paddleboards.Trout, bass, bluegill fishing.

Can you say LGS ??? I mean this place brings back A LOT of memories, especially of the legendary KFL. If youre hip to either one of those aforementioned factions, hit me up

Nice little shady park with a cute little playground

Soccer fields near the park are good. Few holes need to be filled in so the players dont hurt themselves. Parking fills up quickly there.

Great place to go fishing or just sit in the sun!

Nice park with water access for our SUP. Small playground and large open fields for kids. It’s a couple hundred feet to the water and dock so lugging the board down is a small hassle. Not much to explore though. It’s a small park.

Its small and quiet, a little secluded. Nice big fields for playing ball or frisbee. Theres a small dock for fishing and a couple access points to the water. The lake is so clean and serene, despite a little litter. There are trash cans everywhere so theres no reason for that. Pick up your trash!

Small playground. Nice wooded trails. Fishing dock. Large grass field. No swimming area. Very popular with all ages, so often crowded.

It is a really nice and quiet park nice little swimming area as well as they have a dock. Have only fished here once but it was nice

Pretty average day of drinking at the lake, lots of people normally shoe up so its a good time and you get to make some friends. My friends bailed though because they are lame

A great place to visit for many reasons. Pets are welcome (leashed). Paved walkways down to a pier, scenery, sports field(s), loads of parking, & loads of FUN &/or a peaceful, scenic place to just relax and enjoy!

We had a small birthday party for my three year old granddaughter. They had fun having a water balloon fight. They played at the playground had a great time

Too many drug users in park openly using. City needs to clean this up asap. Wouldnt take my family here. Avoid. Homeless everywhere and watch out for needles in the bushes. Punk underage kids blasting music, taking rips of weed out of bongs and drinking alcohol and leaving bottles in the parking lot. I dont care if people do this but dont do it in a public park where children and families go to play. The city needs to clear this area out. Disgusting.

Relaxing and peaceful. Lots of lillypads and plants in the water or it would be great for fishing. Nice trails and the scenery is awesome. One of the good spots to stop and visit.

Needs better parking

This place was PACKED on Mothers Day this year but Ill B back 2 go swimmin in a couple weeks !!! Its good 2 B an original LGS...!!!

By way of local lake parks, this one is a bit lacking. There is a small set of restrooms, a small playground, a medium sized fishing dock which is crowded with sun-bathers in the summer, and a gravelly swim area that isnt very accommodating. A friend of mine recently cut himself on a broken bottle in the swim areas requiring stitches.It is pretty, as the lake is unusually warm in the summer, and the swim area is fine if you want to launch inner tubes or other inflatables. There are some soccer fields, but they are flanked by private residence houses, so dont lose a ball or frisbee over the fence. There is also a large grassy open space and several paved trails that meander through the trees. Beware of the mole holes in the fields.

Went fishing here and stayed on the shoreline. I didnt have any luck but my uncle has caught a good amount by going out on a boat on the lake.

There is a lot of garbage in the lake broken beer bottles be cautious when swimming
