Really disappointed.For what I spent this place should be pristine.. Room looked good at first glance then started seeing things like spots on the bathroom wall, the bathtub drain not working properly so Im standing in 6 inches of water while I shower the lights over the dining table do not work and one of them is broken. Mold in the tile. Fingerprints all over the balcony glass door....did this place get the full clean up or just what ever they thought people would see. Not happy, will not stay here again. A.C. Flagship. Oh...and why isnt there coffee in the rooms?
I was very disappointed the last time I was there. The food is take out only. The pool was not open. There was no shuttle services. I was told that they are taking precautions because of the virus, so its only 4 people to an elevator, but on my last day there, one of the realtors trying to sell a week time share to a couple basically forced his way to an elevator with potential customers while there was a family in the elevator, and the father figure did not want to endanger his family, so it was a total hypocrisy to say that the resort is taking precautions, but when there is a potential sale, the hell with precautions. I am seriously considering selling my timeshare. You still have to pay the full maintenance fee, but youre not really getting what you pay for.
Did a very nice job of renovating the room that we stayed in. Well done! Strict covid-19 regulations in effect which kept us safer gave us the feeling management really cared about their patrons..
The best thing about the place are the views.The first room we got was very dated and dirty. We were moved to another room that was somewhat better, but we were greeted by a dirty towel on the bedroom floor, a sticky substance on the inside of the window and a dirty soap dish in the bathroom. The carpets have seen much better days and the furniture is worn. This was surprising in this time of Covid when cleanliness is so important and not at all what you would expect from an Interval Exchange. We stayed overnight and checked out, thankfully we found a resort nearby that had availability.It cost us but worth it to be comfortable for a week.
Stellar service and a good ocean view more than made up for a small (ish) kitchen and construction in this mom & pop hotel. We will be going back,and would recommend
It was clean and a nice view. However, I couldnt sleep at all because all the other rooms were loud and I heard everyone walking down the hallway and music from their rooms above us, on both sides, in the hallway. The walls are paper thin.We were expected to handwash our own dishes if we used any cups for coffee in the morning.When I called to have the coffee filter brought to our room it took 35 minutes because they forgot about us. They do not have room service or deliver hot coffee or food.
9-15-2020 - This seems to be a nice resort. I did not stay at this one, but I did have a tour of it. Rooms seem spacious and nice as well as they have balconies to. The pool is very very small and not in the best of shape. The reason I rate this resort as a 2 star is because of its location. It is located at the beginning of the boardwalk so if your planning to walk it is a very long walk from most of the things to do there.
Nice location close enough to but not right in the middle of town. a nice view. Each unit has a balcony. Downsides were the windows were so dirty it dimmed the view. The tub leaked the whole time, water sqirted from bathroom faucet. Inside the unit was good, but the doorway and furniture on the balcony were well worn. Overall a good visit. All of the staff was friendly and helpful
The customer service was excellent....nice view from the room and clean facilities! I would suggest this resort to everyone and I will be booking more rooms to come!
Views are beautiful, Resort itself not so much, arrived at the resort. Only one wheelchair accessible ramp. The rooms remote controls had dead batteries, there was no additional linen in the room for the sofa bed. The coffee machine had no coffee or tea with it. The floor near television to the balcony was soak and wet. At that point I was tired of calling down to the front desk.The front desk was helpful in correcting issues however there was to many little things that should be done regularly to avoid these issues. Mostly frustrating. I will not recommend this resort to others.
This place didnt really impresse me at first because I thought it was to far from the casino, after opening up I was literally blown away. We had no interest in purchasing me and my husband was just simply taking the free weekend. When we went and heard the presentation we were immediately sold and are now owners of a condo and is well pleased with the dicision that we made. I cant wait to make full use of it… thank you Suzanne, Dustine and the flagship resorts for your complete service…
I get in room last nitgh late. This morning I check the balcony and surprise what I found. I call the from desk and bad service over the phone I went to the from desk ask for the pool and RK . they said everything is close information that they dont share when you make reservation and ofcourse they put me attitude at the from desk too and they reason why I called because they said they will charge $200 if you smoke in the room. It make me think never ever come back to this place. Because, they dont care about their customers only about money.
The staff was very helpful. The resort is outdated. Rooms need a good make over and better lighting. Maintenance comes right away, I would know because we had them come alot to our room.. I dont feel the need to go back. But again the staff and manager were very nice.
Location is nice for me. Away from the casinos. With the virus I think they are doing a great job trying to keep people stay, that includes their employees, too. You do have to wear your mask. There is still a lot to do. Everyone be safe.
We were overall happy with the accommodations. No major amenities available but to be expected with COVID-19. I strongly suggest bringing your own pillows. Also, we had two rooms aside by side and left the doors cracked and someone knocked on pushed the doors open asking for weed. Security was very quick to respond.
L loved my relaxing stay here! Spacious and clean 1 bedroom suites were very comfortable. Amazing ocean/bay balcony views in a quiet part of town. Walking distance to an uncrowded beach on the new boardwalk. Covid restrictions safely adhered to throughout the hotel. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.
I do love spending my vacation at Flagship. Everyone is very nice and always very helpful and accommodating. Ive been going there for about 17 years. It is starting to look a little old but hopefully theyll use the maintenance fee to upgrade.
Stayed here a couple times in the past couple of years and we always have a great time and the people who work here are very polite and helpful. Our room the first time we stayed was awesome and faced the beach and boardwalk and casinos . This last time we stayed the room faced the bay and the city so it was a pretty view but the wind was very strong and there was a draft that made a howling sound when the wind blew that kept us up sometimes as night, and the bedroom door fell off the hinge as well when we where there so not as nice a room or as big a balcony but still a great place. There indoor pool and jacuzzi was amazing perfect temperature and very clean with very nice pool attendants and clean locker bathroom, I also liked how the jacuzzi was positioned right next to the pool so I could watch my son from it. The cArcade was excellent, all the best games and cheaper then the games on the boardwalk, and the fitness room looked nice as well. This is a great resort, just wish they had a late check out, that was kind of a bummer lol .

People r just the best. I feel it really needs a up grade the rooms are very old. Very clean.. I couldnt enjoy the pool,hot tub,restaurants but looked beautiful.Workers are just the best. They really cater to your needs.
Friendly staff, great views, nice roomy rooms. Love how the area has been fixed up since Hurricane Sandy. Boardwalk goes the whole way from beach along the inlet to down past the mall on the ocean.
Rooms are big and the beds are comfy but rooms look old and have an unpleasant smell. Furniture, carpet, popcorn ceilings, hallways and paint looked old. Room decor is ugly. Kitchen was nice and clean. Lights flicker in room and kitchen area. Guest service when checking in and out were not very friendly. Not many activities for kids and kids cant swim at night only adults. There is a shuttle that can take you to the casinos but its on a schedule. We did the 20 minute boardwalk to the casinos instead and were able to see alot more.
Nice resort but the maintenance fees are too high & some of the staff could use some customer service training. I wish I never bought my vacation ownership.
Didnt like at all they are liars nothing was as said knowone new there job or anything about the place I will never waste my time coming back the front desk staff needs to go
Very clean, was like being at home you could cook meals if you wanted to, instead of spending money in restaurant. Spacious enough for my sister to have her own room & I slept on pull out sofa. Walking distance to my favorite restaurant in A/C Kelseys & Kims.
We are long time owners and first time we stayed at the flag ship always stay at Atlantic Palace before wanted to try something new probably will never return. Horrible from the minute we stepped into the miserable lady at the front desk named Nelly. Obviously she did not like her job and it showed no smile not very eager to help. Spoke with manager Robert he was new to the hotel only there for a month did try to help us we asked for a room at the hive view he did change our room unfortunately the room had mold in it had to go back again to talk to Robert put us in another room we asked for a view of the bay unfortunately we didn’t get it. Robert assured us that he sent a bellhop to help us move our bags. Bellhop never showed up we had to move our own bags very disappointing. Went to speak To the owner club representative and we’re still here trying to get things resolved. Lost a half a day of our vacation just moving from room to room. Two stars that’s it
This condominium resort is offering time shares. The condos are very nice. If I could manage it, I would definitely purchase a place. I highly recommend looking into it.
Great place, Service From Staff Could have been Much Better
I would give the resort a 5 however we caught security trying to steal from our room and when he was caught he pretended that there was a problem with our checking in 5 hours after we arrived and tried to get us away from our door in which another security member was close by to finish the job. I refused to leave the room door and of course there was not a problem at all with the reservations....the overall resort was great just be sure there is not an isiah or lenore still on staff there.
Our stay was very nice at Flagship.The rooms were very clean..Good hospitality,the only thing i disapproved of was that they charge parking fee on top of the cost along with hidden taxes...

Really nice clean suites, nice staff in the restaurant. Young lady who checked us in was the only exception. She acted like it was a problem to do her job.
Far from casinos and the rooms are outdated. Staff was very rude. I didnt even stay in the room enough to get any pictures of the Inside.I was actually afraid to return. Only neat thing was we had a balcony. But considering its far from the action and live the prices are way way to high. On a weekend rooms shouldnt exceed 120. Weekdays 80 dollar place. Spend the extra buck and get a good place like hard rock or Tropicana.
Called a resort, but doesnt have the amenities of a resort. Electronics is outdated, no HD TV in the guest rooms. WiFi signal is too weak to support laptop internet access. No outdoor pool. Beach access is down the street.... Located in a questionable neighborhood, not safe at night.

I felt comfortable and safe! Staff was very nice. There was no blanket on the bed, so I called housekeeping and they were knocking on the door in less than 5 minutes with a blanket in hand. The room had a kitchenette area which helped keep our expenses down, by being able to eat & cook in our room. I enjoy the indoor pool! Love the lounge area, but wish it was open later with live entertainment both Friday and Saturday evenings. We stay here 2-3 times a year.
Of you need the internet in your room you can forget it. At least in 2901. But what you can get is leaked on. Lands in the second bedroom. Leaks in the main living area and leaks in the primary bedroom. Especially if you like leaks on your head at night. They offered to switch the room then recanted because they didnt have another room like it in their 32 floors. Perhaps they meant available? I ended up having to rent another suite to get usable internet access. At least without standing next to a wall and holding my device in the air. Then to get speed above 1.5mb I had to pay an additional fee.My suggestion, there are more than a dozen other resorts in this area that have restaurants that are open all week that dont have the maintenance and internet issues. At the same price I might add.
The cleanliness the fast service and the peace and quiet that Ive come to enjoy over the very many years I have been coming to the flagship which is close to 20
This is a very nice resort hotel at the end of the boardwalk just a little walking distance from the beach and very nice views of the ocean with boats passing by. The rooms are clean & comfortable with balconies if requested. Theres a free scheduled shuttle-bus service to and from the boardwalk & nearby casino hotels which is approximately 5-10 minutes away. However, the shuttle service is not always dependable when you are ready to go or come back to the hotel. The pool area & jacuzzi are both inside and outside. The staff are friendly and room service is pretty good. Theres a coffee shop and restaurant on site. Happy hour is daily 5-7pm. Overall, I preferred this hotel over the Casino hotels since it is more laid back not too busy or overcrowded.

As a owner, I rented two room. One room was ready at 6pm, mknd you we had a 4pm check in. The second room wasnt ready until 730pm. Woosaaaaa . They took off 50.00 from one room.
Although the room was outdated, it was one of the best hotel stays Ive ever had! The view was amazing and the customer service was impeccable! They came out and got my bags from the car and even bought them into my room and took them off of the cart!! 10/10 I would highly recommend. Ill be back soon :)

Weve been owners here for many years now and we love each visit! The staff are friendly and the owner is always updating the property. The boardwalk has been replaced, so you can get on it right out front of the building which is very convenient for bike rides. Its quiet where the property is located which helps you to relax. The shuttle will get you to the casinos without issue and it runs constantly. The restaurant provides a great breakfast buffet and the lunch and dinner menus are trendy and prepared well.
Hated it..they say its a resort but really its a motel that they spruced up...i was suppose to go for a prize i won i didnt even stay to recieve it...it smelled and there was nooo tv...and horrible location..it too far away from the action

Decent room and view for the price. Absolutely lousy customer service. 1. Checkin - front desk gave no explanation why our room was not ready after waiting 30 minutes though we arrived an hour after check in. Managers were not readily available. After tracking down a manager was finally told our room would be ready in 45 minutes. 2. Room - our sanitized room had food in the sleep sofa which we could not use the entire trip. 3. After talking to management and housekeeping several times, we finally got the room cleaned with fresh towels the next day. Little did we know that would be the last time our room would be cleaned during our 3 night stay...even though we called and requested service and advised we would be out of the room. 4. Weary, we simply towels 3 times the last night of our stay and NEVER received them.....if you decide to stay here, lower your expectations, enjoy the view and Atlantic city.

The staff was friendly.We went for the indoor pool and hot tub and live close by. Didnt go for Atlantic City casinosSad to say the pool was big but cold temp it was disappointing because one of my daughters wouldnt stay in for more then a few minutes and this is solely why we came..I was cold from it both days.IThe bed hurt my backl. We stayed two nights and each morning my back hurt. The bed was worse then any bed Ive owned.If it wasnt for those two issues I would for sure come back.It was a huge suite for a good price and The views were wonderful.The arcade was nice.I liked the kitchenette came stocked with everything you need,just bring the food.Overall it is a good price for being waterfront in AC.

Dirty, old, and smelled. Very disappointed. When my daughter tried to log on wifi so my grandson could do his school work she wasnt able to connect. We called front desk and was advised they would have to charge us for an upgraded wifi
Breathtaking views. The food at the cafe and restaurant is delicious. Please try the chilli. Homemade by the executive chef. It was simply delicious. I had a bowl EVERY day.

I love this place my aunt has a time share here. I come here at least twice a year with my family for vacation time in the summer. They have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable. There is a pool, gym, nightclub, mini store, game room for the kids and more. There is an itinerary for you with different events when you show up. There is parking on the inside and outside. They also have little kitchenettes in the room if you feel like cooking in your room a d dont want to eat out. One down fall is the elevator system is the worst, especially when its time to check out. Other then that the customer service and service is on point. Ill be back!!! Next time with my friends.

I had a wonderful stay at the flagship my first time there I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff they were very attentive the room was absolutely clean as a housekeeping executive supervisor you know I checked I couldnt find nothing wrong with the room the housekeeping staff the front desk staff the maintenance staff all on point I would stay there over and over again I have a timeshare with Flagship and I enjoyed my stay I am happy customer

The hotel is ok but I wasnt fond of housekeeping not cleaning the room during the entire stay. Also the headboard had a nice size rip in the leather that they tried to cover with pillows... However the staff is awesome... one call and they come right away

Drove 3 hours, just to be greeted by rude flagship employees. Filthy, smelly room; wet carpet; bathtub full of hair... AC not working... we waited in a hot room for over an hour not knowing whether we would be relocated to another room, nobody came or even called to let us know what’s going on. We decided to leave then and there, unprofessional and very rude assistant manager couldn’t care less about our experience. I wish I had taken pictures of the room, I was totally shocked to see such filthy place, especially now during Covid times. Please spare yourself stress, stay away.
Stayed twice for cheer competitions. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the pool was closed our second stay. Nobody mentioned that when we booked or we may have opted to stay somewhere else. Super clean and quiet. We had a great ocean view from our balcony.

Does not abide by the COVID 19 regulations; the resort is not operating at 50% capacity like claimed, thus the elevators are always full (you have to wait for 20 minutes) and the risk of infection is greatly increased.Staff is rude and unprofessional. There are no vending machines within the entire resort, meaning you cant get anything to eat or drink at night unless you leave the building. The laundry machines charge you $2, despite being free at every other timeshare. WiFi speeds are terrible. The clientele throws parties late into the night, and the hallways reek of weed.
Place is kept clean and spotless people and staff are awesome and its close to the beach which are public but in a private way because its not packed but so nice. And casinos are also very close love this place and for the price you will never complain.
Staff are super nice. Gave me a great studio room with an ocean view. Studio has a kitchenette. Room is clean. My second visit here on a timeshare exchange. Would visit again.
Im a owner here. I used my week and it was absolutely completely horrible the week. Every guest complained even the staff. No air, rooms werent cleaned, took forever to get towels and bedding. No of the amenities were available. Elevators we even worst than what theyve been. Dont go this summer
My husband and I arrived at three oclock for a four oclock check-in. The rooms were NOT READY. Ok left came back at 5pm THE ROOMS STILL NOT READY. This is RIDICULOUS. And qith no apology.
If your considering getting a time share don’t, this place is a money trap, you can’t even get free coffee and my fridge was dirty. Check out is 11 and mangers come at 12 . Staff is rude and this trip was horrible

Nice rooms. Clean and updated. Bar and Lounge- main floor, and a dry goods store. Express check in for VIPs. The food served in the Blue Water Grill is good. Pizza Hut in house, too. Shuttle buses to several locations. Views of the bay, ocean, and Atlantic City. Excellent location!

I come here all the time very family friendly. This place has a arcade and one indoor pool and two Jacuzzis indoor/outdoor. They have indoor and outdoor self parking. Theres also 2 restaurants that serves delicious food.The flagship has a Shuttle bus that will take you to the board walk or take you shopping. The hotel is under going a face lift but yet still beautiful.
We rented two rooms for our party and both rooms were just as bad. The rooms date back to the 1980s. Bathroom tile and counters are outdated by 20 years. The carpet was ripped in multiple places and bunched in both rooms. The appliances are 20 years outdated. A sign mentioned that if you dont wash your glass before checkout you are charged $50.The bed top cover was dirty.The porch contained cigarette butts and bottle tops
We enjoyed our stay here...it was actually better than I thought it would be...it was very clean, the kitchenette had everything u needed, beds were comfortable, pool and jacuzzi was a ton of fun...view was great, we even enjoyed the bar in the hotel, they had karaoke Saturday which was a ball of fun. Enjoyed my stay!!
Ms. Franklin from customer service gave my parents the worst customer service. She was very rude and she should not represent this establishment. She is a very nasty ghetto human and should not be able to talk to customers this way. She did not listen, she over talks you. I have never experience any customer service like this before. Terrible Terrible Terrible
