I stayed here for a few nights for a work vacation and cant wait to come back again. Their amenities are amazing especially their indoor pool. I love how spacious the room is and that I was able to make use of the full kitchen. Im actually coming back at the end of December and cant wait to stay again. Thanks so much to Veronica who made my stay so pleasurable and personable.
We had a great stay will visit again
The units are nice and comfortable - you can enjoy you time away in a home setting environment with a full kitchen... however for such a very large resort elevators are not adequate... we waited over 30 minutes to go from the 26th floor to the Lobby!!! Most guests we encountered were livid at the time being wasted waiting on an elevator... However, I would be remiss to not mention how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request as there were restrictions in place due to COVID-19 and we were limited to make reservations to utilize the laundry facilities and other areas where crowd control was necessary. Lastly, we LOVED the resort bracelets which is like your room key... they are water proof and extremely convenient NO MORE looking for the room key to gain access just swipe your wrist
The weirdest check in process weve ever encountered. they blocked off the entrance lane to the parking garage so each time you go in and out it is one lane for both ways. they refuse to let you push a bell cart with your own stuff on it. even when you keep asking they refuse. the man told us he would watch it while we checked in. i needed my license for check in (even though nothing was under my name they needed my ID as if I was renting a car). I went over to the cart and it was completely unattended. I was able to walk away with it and no one noticed. There are two check in counters and you need to hop back and forth between the two. When going up to the room you once again are not allowed to take up a bell cart with your own stuff. There are 3 elevators for the entire hotel but only 2 seem to be in use for guests. It takes literally 10-15 mins to catch an elevator. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the entire place. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and new and we loved having a hot tub in the room to treat ourselves. the staff (aside from the weird check in) were very accommodating and nice
It was exceptional my husband and I was so pleased. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with a flat tire we encountered while the car was parked in the parking lot. They notified my cousin in law as she is the unit owner. The guys there helped my husband out with air in the tire. Which was awesome we were able to drive safely to Brooklyn . Thanks again guys.
Lovely place clean balcony on every room. New keyless entry system. Theyve switched to a bracelet key fob. Great experience
Its a little outdated but the views are beautiful, the location is wonderful, my room was not overpriced, okay with one bedroom a living room a kitchen dining area and all the appliances you want to have at home including a blender, a toaster and a microwave, oh and they also had a dishwasher plus a full size refrigerator, during checkout hours you can find yourself waiting up to a half an hour to get an elevator and maybe even longer(I lost count of the time after awhile.)Overall I feel I got my moneys worth my only quams was to wait for the elevator sometimes its easier to take the stairs for a few flights.
Heavy congested block up with vehicles using the only entrance to the parking garage. Vehicles were being unloaded in the entrance of parking garage caused back ups instead of the off loading area out front. The elevators were horrible slow. I understand the restrictions but at the time they only had one working and occasionally used the service elevator with an employee operating. One day I hike 23 floors to my room .The room was good for what it was the view was excellent..,but the structure of operation could have been better. Would I stay here again ..yes, again just think things could have been handled a lot better .
Clean, great site line from 25 the floor. Only two small elevators for 31 floors. Of our 4 day stay, at least one elevator was out. On the last day, both elevators were out, with a lobby full of people waiting to get to their rooms for check in. Staff were trying to get people upstairs on the nicer bigger staff elevator, but it was a slow go. The shower was built for someone under 5 feet. Had to bend backwards to rinse my hair and my husband didnt even fit in the area. Lastly, it said valet parking for $10. It really wasnt that. They do take your luggage and the staff bring it upstairs, but you have to pay $10 per day, even as a paying guest. You park your own car. Not what I expected from Wyndham. Due to Covid, the pool has very limited use and the arcade is closed.
From the minute I stepped in until checkout was great. The staff was wonderful, pleasant, professional and I can keep going on. This hotel deserves more thank 5 stars. Tge one thing that I wish they had was restaurant
The Wyndham has nice rooms. The parking lot is somewhat tight. We stayed in November so not as busy as summer. As everyone stated the elevators are probmatic at certain times of the day. Over all I am enjoying our stay.
My stay was amazing! Excellent service, the suite was clean and spacious. I had a great experience and I will definitely come back on my next visit!
First time staying here. We were guests of the timeshare owner and the suite was on the sunrise side and on the 8th floor. The good points are, the 1 bedroom suite was nice and had a jacuzzi, its about 2 blocks from the boardwalk, you can catch the jitney across the street to go to the nearby outlets or Absecon lighthouse and boardwalk, doordash delivers to the resort, Hardrock & Resorts hotel/ casinos are within walking distance, the staff was friendly and accomodating, and theres an indoor garage for inexpensive parking. The not so good was, at night you could hear the cars on the street below, you can hear the people in the hallway when in the bathroom, which was near the front door, the gym and game room were closed, the pool was by appointment only with approximately 15 minute time slots, the movie theater was by reservation only. Some this is due to the pandemic restrictions. It was a good getaway, but being that we are in a pandemic, it was a different experience.
The hotel itself is great. Its clean, comfortable, and very close to the boardwalk. However, they have very few elevators. Getting in and out of the elevator is a nightmare. We had to carry our luggage down twelve flights of stairs when leaving because it took forever getting into an elevator.
What can I say? Its a Wyndham property. You get what you pay for. Courteous associates, clean rooms, etc. Im reviewing it because its Covid season and some people are skeptical about venturing out into the new world. I went to get some rest and relaxation and to jump in the pool...I accomplished all that I set out to do. The pool was slightly cooler than I would have liked but it wasnt cold. There was a restriction to the number of people in the pool at a time but I was there on a Monday so there were 2 folks in the pool (my friend and I) and 2 in the jacuzzi...sweet! If I HAD to critique anything it would be that the cleaning process of the jacuzzi could have been better and the shower head height in the room was not as low. The benefit of the shower height was that everytime I jumped in, my 5 6 self felt 5 9 which felt pretty amazing.
It was clean the workers were very friendly. The only thing I do not like is the sales harassment department. I already m a silver owner, i m not interested in anymore and I just want to enjoy my time n not sit n listen to same thing everytime I visit. The workers are honest. I left a charger there n they called me immediately. I had it sent to me n received it in less then 24 hours.
Very nice. Accommodations were excellent. 1st time here. Only spent a day/night. Beautiful view from the balcony (26th floor). Im sure they have so much to. Didnt go to the pool or movie theater they havehere. Spent bulk of on boardwalk and beach.
Its a beautiful and clean environment . Bring the family &Enjoy the hotel and boardwalk in ACYou can cook your own foods at this hotel. Everything is top of the line here..
First time staying here and I have to say you truly get your moneys worth. Our room was two king size beds with a full size pull out couch. The only thing that stops it from being five stars is that is not a hotel in the traditional sense. Because of the layout of the rooms that you rent you are actually renting out apartments they are designed to be a timeshare for those are interested. So there was no daily room service with new towels and sheets. Which I must say is worth it depending on your frequency a visit to Atlantic City, but the service from all the staff from the front desk, to check-in, to the valet was top-notch. The other nice thing is that the rooms/appartments all came with a microwave, dishwasher, and fully stocked with utensils and dishes.
Good hotel only bad thing was the wait for the pool 16 people at a time and 45 minute sessions besides that rooms were nice and staff seemed nice.
I was here at a timeshare on vacation with my sister and a friend of ours we had a great time the room was beautiful clean spotless you couldnt ask for anything more my only one complaint was the elevators were only supposed to be four people at a time in them due to covid. I see that there were times when there was more than 4 in there one time it was me my sister and our friend and a worker from the hotel there and they allowed two more people to get on when they should have stopped them and told him no more people can get on that was the only thing that I wasnt happy about at all.
Great room sizes. Exceptional kitchen space and accessories. Balcony is very nicely sized too.
We got a double Deluxe two bedroom and it was amazing. Way bigger than we expected. It had Plenty of room for 3 kids and two adults. The room was absolutely spotless when we got here. The people at the front desk were very responsive and helpful. The only 2 downfall are the elevators took forever and its a timeshare, so we will probably never be able to stay here again. We only got in because of covid-19.
Positive: The suite was huge, the view was awesome, the room was clean and well stocked and the staff was very nice. Negative: The elevators took forever
Great and clean, but it was just such a hassle when the elevator is down and covid is just making things worst that we had to walk to the 22nd floor from the 1st floor. The pool hrs where just horrible. All due to this covid. Response was great and on time from the workers. Overall a 5 great and clean.
Great home feel room. Very spacious and the spa tub felt amazing.
We loved them room pool and location! Wish they had self parking. Valet does provide great service. Parking is $15/day that you have to pay in full at check in. We were looking forward to the Roof top jacuzzi but it was closed. Laundromat is free.
The room was big and spacious like an apt..l loved it,and the views was beautiful...it was my birthday weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves and l cant wait to go bk..
Although amenities were not fully accessible due to the pandemics, we really enjoyed our stay there. In our suite at the 29th floor, we were able to overlook the beautiful bay view all day long. The staffs are friendly in general.
Perfectly priced quality experience conveniently positioned property going forward would not want to stay anywhere else
We accompanied my sister in- law to this time share resort in Atlantic City. It was an interesting place and we had an interesting time even with the time share (Hard Sell).
Stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe 8/31 - 9/5Place is AMAZING!! Had everything even dishes, pans, blender! Free wash & dry! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay
We had a 5 night 6 day stay here. The hotel was clean and they have safety in mind for areas that tend to get crowded such as the elevators and the pool. The safety protocols are quite inconvenient, but I will choose safety over convenience any day. The week we stayed 1 of their elevators were out of service which led to extremely long waits. My check-in process was annoying as well. They confirm details over the phone prior to your stay. I attempted to correct a detail over the phone, but was told it would be too hard to change it on their end and not to worry because it shouldnt be a problem...well it was a problem. I love the rooms, I had a 1br deluxe suite with a jetted tub and a fully functioning, well stocked kitchen.
Been coming here for years. Great rooms and easy access to boardwalk and casinos. Biggest downfall is the elevators. They made some improvements through the years but if youre visiting during peak times, be prepared for long waits.
Very nice hotel to go I spend 3 with them and I like it. Indoor pool and out door as well nice relaxing place and they kitchen so you can cook your own food and they give pot and plate with everything you need to cook a good meal.
Such a nice place to stay at. The workers are incredibly sweet and professional. The rooms are clean, smells great, and they pretty much give you everything you need. Bakeware, cups, spoons, forks, knives, plates, blenders, and anything else you need. Overall, its an awesome place to stay!
Great room, outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible helpful. Highly recommend this place.
I would give stars to this place negative 2 stars i would. I’m a nurse with 2 other nurses. This is our first weekend off since COVID hit. This is our second room which we got switched to. We decided to downgrade from a presidential suite to a regular two bedroom which is better than the presidential suite ( which was filthy bed sheets had sand and stains the kitchen had a nose ring absolutely disgusting!!!!!)
It was part of our time share that we gave back to Wyndham and they gave us the opportunity to stay we got a 2 bedroom and spent the weekend geocaching it was clean but to many restrictions because of civil 19 I would stay there again
Elevators out of service really took away from the experience. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, but not enough towels/washcloths. Had some negative interactions with one security guard who was rude and unhelpful.
Accommodating,friendly,courteous staff.Comfortable suites well equipped.
Most aggressive timeshare talk ever experienced. Would not come back to this Wydndam.
I’m writing this as I’m here sitting in the hall for a half hour waiting to get to the lobby for an elevator. Besides this and having music blasting in the room next to mine I would deff day I won’t be back seems like so far most of my trip has been spent waiting on elevators. Instead of doing something enjoyable
The pool is small for how big the hotel is. Due to COVID there are restricted times for the pool. Most restaurants in the area require reservations for outdoor dinning which should be made well in advance otherwise you will be getting take out or need to cook in your room. Our bedroom had a cigarette smell. Staff were very helpful.
Beautiful rooms friendly staff. But need to come up with a better way to help guest to move up and down. There was times i had to wait 30 minutes to almost a hour to get up and downstairs. Cause of the the pandemic.
It is an older property but the room was clean with comfortable bed and bedding.
Very nice layout.....we stayed in PH suites! Very roomy....10-12 people could have stayed comfortably! Large living area, standard refrigerator, stove. Only 2blocks from boardwalk. The only downfall is parking! Guest should not have to pay for at least one car. Shareholders really need to complain about this one.
Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean.
The staff was polite the rooms were amazing. The only disappointment is that with covid-19 we couldnt utilize the entire facility and there was no compensation for that. But overall we had fun.
Their service and rooms are very nice and affordable. Boardwalk is right down the street. And the views are beautiful. Im definitely staying here again...
Great views from the 24th floor. Real easy to get to and family friendly.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff! As an owner i was disappointed that i had to pay to park! The room was very clean. It seems like they sanitized it! The elevators were extremely slow! We waited for over 25 minutes! It would be nice to have a light breakfast! Nothing fancy! Bagels, muffins and Danish! Juice and coffee!! Maybe some fruit! Somewhere doing the reservation process, it would have been nice to mention the restaurant situation! I didnt learn that i needed to make reservations days in advance! No delivery and some didnt have takeout! Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite of certain things! Hopefully, as an owner when i visit next time i can get the room that i wanted! Thanks so much for an unforgettable weekend! Looking forward to my next visit#
Nice resort, but the elevators are so ridiculously slow and small that every time we left or came back, we had to wait 20 minutes just to get an elevator. The pool is way too small and was fully booked EVERY time slot we tried to go. It was a huge disappointment.
I left you this review 2 days ago this is the response I get. Wow ok sounds like someone actually might care that their management sucked. Clearly got my Hopes up for nothing. Why even tell me to send you my contact email? I tried sending an email to that same exact email address u sent me in your response and ITS NOT EVEN AN ACTIVE EMAIL. Ive been to over 15 + different Wyndham locations. Never once have I had such poor management or communication from your company ever. On top of the email that wasnt even real, I tried calling your front desk for a legitimate email or form of contact and they were of zero help what so ever.
It was super clean. Staff was very nice. Only about 2 blocks from the beach. But it was annoying waiting for the elevator.
Beware beware -you need a reservation to use the laundry during the COVID era. They dont tell you this when you check in. I asked if laundry is open and they said yes but not that you need a reservation. Basically Im going back home with a bag full of dirty clothes. I dont want to talk about the elevators because quite a few people commented already but I just wanted to mention the new rules about laundry so people dont get stuck like me.
Great customer service. Very clean. Very CoVid conscious. Has a pool with a waiting list. Free laundry service with an appt to avoid being in the room with others. Movie theater. Sauna in the locker room. (Not open right now) arcade (not open right now).Great place for adults and for kids. Down the street from the broadwalk
Our suite is awesome! Perfect for a family. The only thing is there are only two elevators and no stairs. So at times we have to wait awhile for an elevator.
The hotel was nice but overall It was stains in the blanket, the shower curtains, but we saw a roach in the bathroom when we got back to the hotel and went in the cabinet under the sink into a little hole, I don’t remember that last time I saw a roach in my life but I’m terrified of them and we told front desk and they didn’t do nothing about, no discount and didn’t show no emotions so that’s why I’m writing a review.
Great service, wonderful accommodations, friendly staff! Dont forget to take advantage of telephone checkout. Leave your access card keys in the room. In these days of COVID 19, its reassuring to know that Wyndham Skyline practices social distancing, limits elevators to no more than 4 at a time, or alternately, one family to an elevator. Those wanting pool access must wait their turn. Without exception, all employees wear masks at all times. Thats the way to go!
Clean and helpful workers. Thank you for the small vacay. Much needed
The hotel rooms were very comfortable (unfortunately, not the sofa beds). The intake personnel (valets and check-in staff) were so gracious and professional. The service providers (security, hospitality and maintenance) were high performers and shared some of their favorite spots around town. There were 3 rooms in our party; so, we had a lot of fun creating a party on site when we didnt feel like going out. There was a great pool area and nice activities going on within. The biggest issue is the elevator. There are only 3. So, you need to commit to whatever youre doing at peek hours (check-in and check-out) because its extremely difficult to get a free elevator around these times. If you forget something other than your wallet, just let it go... Free access to comfortable seating around the hotel, laundry and game rooms as well as excercise room and very lite continental fare here and there.
Clean and friendly establishment. Large rooms with eat in kitchen and amazing views. The only negative is the slow elevators. Fantastic for family get aways.
You have to call desk to get towels and toilet paper not really any room service. There was glitter all around edge of jet tub when turned on shot water all over and was very loud. The size of room was very nice had a two bedroom fully stocked kitchen everything else appeared very clean. Roads right behind hotel were a little rough. Was very happy with room size, about 100 ft walk to boardwalk, and price.
Friendly staff, lovely rooms. Poorly optimized elevators. Be prepared to wait 10-20min or take the stairs.
Great service very friendly. Many places near by including casinos n the boardwalk.
Not a guest but witnessed a employee protect a young girl from a man harrassing her outside your hotel. It was a woman working at the front desk . nice to see your employees cares so much about the guests
This is a great hotel, with clean rooms and amenities that make you feel at home. We had a one bed/one bath suite, that included a kitchenette, living room, and balcony. The beds were clean and comfortable, with soft pillows and crisp clean sheets. The shower/bath was very nice and also well kept, but the water pressure could have been much better. Balcony was private and closed off with a roof and walls, and we had great views of the ocean, cityscape, and bays. TV was not HD or a smart TV, but we didnt watch much. Kitchen includes everything you need to cook for an extended stay and the entire suite was very spacious. The hotel amenities were amazing too, with a pool and spa area. There was also a small area with an arcade, ice, and vending all on the 6th floor, making it very convenient. The location of the hotel is in very close walking distance to the the boardwalk and most of the major casinos/attractions. Valet parking was annoying and expensive, as there were backups of people at times we needed to leave. Having valet only is a hassle, but parking in AC is awful anywhere you go. And youll here sirens and police cars all day long, but thats just AC.Overall, this was a great experience with a very comfortable feeling from the beginning. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time, and we are so glad we stayed here, as the rooms were beautifully kept and made us feel as though we didnt want to leave. Would recommend to anyone visiting AC to stay here!
Exemplary service, wonderful location, and just check out this view!!!
Great place to stay but only two elevator sucks. They only allow 4 people in each elevator so if you are staying on a lower floor you might as well forget about catching an elevator.
The hotel room was was an apartment with a balcony beautiful view and great customer service
Great view and great room. Room was spaceous, and clean. Bubble bath was nice but bit too noisy. Rented a room without knowing it is time share apartment building. When we checked in we are asked to join the video viewing and talking to their sales people. Indoor pool, pool table, small arcade, and movie theater in the building. Laundry room as well. Snack and drink vending machines but no restaurant or food place within. 1 block to board walk close to Resort and Hard Rock Cafe but little far from other casinos. Walk towards board walk is OK, but other side of town is little shady for me. If you order food delivery, need to go down to lobby to receive the order, some kind of casino area rule.
This place is truely amazing friendly staff and love how they have private parking. Extremely clean rooms never seen a room do clean before
Free activities for kids, free movie rentals, free movie theater, snacks, coupons for restaurants, gorgeous views from window. about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. best hotel ive ever been to!
Positive: Location and room was nice for the price Negative: Bathroom sink was stopped up...slow drain
The hotel was clean!! The employees were very friendly!! Enjoy my short vacation.
Great everything, words cant describe the lavish treatment me and my fiance recieved
The view from the penthouse room on the 32nd floor was amazing. The room was not what I expected, a bit disappointing. Ive stayed in other Wyndam resorts with much nicer rooms, bathrooms, kitchens. It just needs an upgrade, its old and tired. The staff was amazing. Happy and helpful and so nice.
Wonderful service that goes above and beyond, beautiful rooms
Love the room. Clean, spacious. Everything needed was supplied.
Front desk very accommodating I asked for more towels from housekeeping and I received a call to make sure I what I asked for I was impressed with that. They NEED to have ALL elevators working!! Long lines waiting to get on. Everyone wearing masks very congested! The smell of marijuana in the halls is horrendous!
Pros: walking distance to the boardwalk and several casinos, including resorts and ocean club. They have an indoor pool, most rooms are a suite fully equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, a balcony, and most have a whirlpool type tub as well as a full bathroom. The building was originally intended to be sold as condos so each room is an apartment fully furnished with everything. There is also an activity center with things to do all day - as if you cant find things to do in town :o)Cons: 3 elevators to serve a building of over 30 floors means a long wait for an elevator. Beware - Wyndham will try to sign you up for a timeshare sales pitch. When you check in you should get coupons for dinner discounts at some of the nice places in town and you have to decide if your time is worth sitting through a sales pitch for an hour for an additional freebie.Overall - unless you are a gambler and got a bargain room from a casino, this is one of the nicest places to stay next to the boardwalk
Beautiful view great service nice indoor outdoor jacuzzi and pool the pent house has a grand view of the ocean and daily activities allow for plenty to do.
Is one best resort I visited, is very clean and staff very helpful. The staff front desk David is very helpful, the rooms is so beautiful. The Wyndham skyline Tower resort is located in the convince all stores is too close.
We had a 2 BR deluxe. Very roomy and very clean. Whatever they use to clean was a little overwhelming at first. We had a maintenance issue and it was handled fast. We were concerned with the pool, but they sanitized it throughly and fast. The elevators were a big issue. You spent more time waiting for one, with only 4 people or family at one time caused back up. We took the steps alot. We were on the 28th floor. The valet wasnt working, so you had to park your own car. Ok no big deal but it was close with two way traffic was nerve racking. Otherwise we had a great trip.
There is a wait for the Elevators. Atleast 15 minutes or so. The staff is wonderful but they need more Elevators.
Enjoyable place to rest and hang out while it is still warm outside.
Great place but slow elevators had a great view would come back
Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Bill and PJ! Covid restrictions are disappointing but understandable. Would have been good to know that we have to make reservations at most restaurants in advance since they all were booked up for the week.
The room and view was amazing! It was nice and quiet, just wish there was more elevators. We were at like the top of the hotel and the elevators took like 5 mins or more just to get to us. But other than that it was a great stay!!
Not a bad place to stay, valet is required and a tad exspensive, but if you go to one of the time share seminars you get free valet and some food voulchers wich was nice . There was a fire alarm our first night so everyone had to leave the building, and walk down many many many stairs wich was not fun .and the water pressure was garbage but other then that its a very very nice place with a great pool, 2 hott tubs, a small movie theater, arcade, pool tables you name it rooms were great had another small hott tub in the room along with a kitchen and they even thre in some scrub mommies to do your dishes with lol
The staff is very nice and the room was clean.
Beautiful place... but the clients were ratchet and loud... and only one elevator work....
All the quality Ive come to expect from Wyndham. That being said, our unit was on the 27th floor, and on windy days the wind whistled through the balcony door like there was a hurricane outside, with the curtains blowing! Also the shower squealed annoyingly.
