Ive been going to the Borgata since it opened and have come to know it as my home away from home.The staff and the long time patrons create a family atmosphere. My accommodations are always tended to with the finest of care. Plus the view is sensational

Extremely crowded with little chance to distance from others in line. The line downstairs was incredibly long but it did move surprisingly fast...all in all reasonably efficient.

For a standing room only crowd, the room was spacious and cool and comfortable, with a very relaxed vibe. Great for a summer concert. The frozen cappuccinos we had with Kahlua and Baileys were also great and came with cute little macarons. Knocking one star off because with the large number of smoking sections on the casino floor, its pretty hard to get from one area of the building to another without walking past a cloud at least several times and the smell got a bit overwhelming in a few spots.

I was at the Beautiful Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlanta City on June 29, 2019 to experience Ms. Diana Ross, with all of her Style and Class put on an event that ONLY THE BOSS can do. This is truly a LIVING LEGEND like no other!! Her daughter Rhonda Ross was her opening act and she held her own. She has a lovely voice and unique style of her own. I purchased a few items, such as the bag an tee shirt below. The handles on the bags were some sort of rope like on a beach bag. I was really surprised at whomever it was that designed it like that. Especially since it represents MS. ROSS. Come on people, did the BOSS SEE THIS? Since I can sew, I made gold leather handles that really made it look beautiful and stylish. I will work on the tee shirt as well and make it FABULOUS. LOL Thank you Ms. Ross for a beautiful evening. Hope to see you soon. Ill be the one with the beautiful bag and tee shirt representing you

Nice venue for a small concert.However, the acoustics and/or sound systems need to be worked on. Seems like they are just adjusting on the fly instead of addressing sound quality opportunities before the real show begins

Show was MARVELOUS, unlike the floor seating, which is just chairs that are used for seating at tables. No cup holders or arm rests. Staff is helpful and lovely..exceptional and kind. Do come prepared for slow enter and exit..one way in, one way out.

Amazing space. Super vast. Came here to see Jerry Seinfeld on my birthday 7/28/18. My only complaints would be the small screens, poor camera work, and non-staggered seating. The guy in front of me was a tree so I had to lean to one side the whole show.

A beautiful venue. Great sound. The event I attended was A General Admission event so all the chairs were on the floor which can sometimes make it about difficult to see but otherwise, its a top notch venue. Enjoy!

The Borgata has a really nice event center. Love the bar that was open during the entire performance. Great seating and comfortable. I will definitely be back for another show.

The venue was beautiful. Went to see my girl Fantasia it was a great concert as usual. However the greedy people made the seating so close you couldnt move without touching your neighbors even standing up. But Fantasia sealed the show as only she can and made girls weekend a blast. I dont think I would go back to the borgata unless they changed the floor plan.

The space isnt as grand as you would expect from The Borgata. This isnt in any way good or bad but it would depend on the event youre attending to dictate your desired feel and preference.Ive seen two types of events here on several occasions. Comedy shows are cool but concerts (for me) are a bit lacking. Ill start by saying this: Theres really no bad seat in the house but I avoid sitting in the first sections considering its flat (not elevated) and my luck, Id be stuck sitting behind someone with a big head lol. That however isnt my biggest issue. The sound here is very one-dimensional considering the speakers are only pointed AT you from the stage. Theres no sound coming from the back or sides and again this could be a plus for some but I dont want to have to ask my neighbor what someone said bc the sound was off that night.Aside from that, its a casino so bathrooms were immaculate, service was good but the drink options were terrible and quite frankly they only really cater to one demographic. I dont drink alcohol but even the water options were some terrible purified Borgata water and not something that warrants a 800% mark up. Outside of drinks I didnt notice any other vending such as food etc.Parking is convenient & reasonable ($5) and its an easy shot to hop onto the AC Expressway.

Pretty nice venue. Entrance was very smooth even with security. We went to see Camila on a Monday night and she was amazing! Im just glad I didnt bring my little sister, shes 10 and she wouldnt of been able to see the stage at all! I could barely see because its all one level but the vibe definately took over!

Saw a family friend ROME with Sublime kill it as usual. Nice venue and greenroom. Stayed in the hotel as well. Definitely the best hotel we have slept at in A.C.

Sound quality was not the greatest. Not sure if thats the venues fault or the artists sound guy.

Nice venue. Not to big . Easy to get in and out. Also its in the casino, definitely can make a fun weekend with friends.

At first glance looked like an oversized conference room, but had really good sound for the design of the room. No frills here, a few temporary bars on the sides, could definitely use one or two more. Drink lines were very long.

Saw Joe Bonamasa here. It was not only a great show, but was run very efficiently. No problem finding seats with the help of the house stewards. Sound was great, Joe was great. Im not usually a concert goer, but this was a good experience. Parking was easy, as was finding the venue. Would definitely see another show here.

Awesome Jackson Brown concert. Really great venue. On the way out they gave us all comp parking. Pretty sweet.

We had a great time here seeing Bill Burr! Get to your event early so you have time to grab drinks if needed and get through security.

The show was great: reasonably comfortable seat, nice lighting, good ambiance but entering and leaving the facility took forever. Definitely seemed like it could pose a hazard in the event of an emergency. Overall good

They only had limited drink options. Really need to expand selections. At least have 2 choices from each type of liquor (ex. 2 cognac, 2 whiskey and so forth)

I saw the comedian Fluffy he was very funny and puts on a great show. The venue is small so there is not a bad seat in the house. Definitely would go back again to see other shows.

Attended the Philadelphia bar association conference with my photo booth and they loved it. Love seeing and working with inspiring people!!!

Its the bigger venue of the two at the Borgata (5000 seats compared to 2000), but its intimate compared to the basketball or hockey arenas. The acoustics are also better. If you can see a big act here, do it. Ive seen Pearl Jam, Weezer, and Foo Fighters here in the past and it makes me want to skip shows at the stadiums or arenas, knowing this venue is so much better. Unfortunately, the big acts dont always make time for smaller venues like this, but I did just see Sting & Shaggy which was a much better show than I would have guessed. Bathrooms and bar are conveniently close.

I got to see my all time favorite music group! For the first mind you! It was amazing. Sound was great for the most part. I wish i could have met them!!!

Need to have the ushers patrol the aisles a bit to keep down peoples voices.Had some drunken idiot kids behind us and couldnt enjoy the show. 3 times had to tell them to be quiet. Also it would be a good idea to make a slight rise on the ground floor as people who are short will really struggle to see the stage

The event center smelled good, looked good and orderly seated, and the staff was charning which is why I gave it 5 *!

Event was great but the Borgata itself is lame. Location is horrible. Not a fan. Ive stayed in 1 star hotels better than this. No amenities at all except for standard pool/hot tub which most places offer anyway. I can confidently say I wont be back.

Attended a Stevie wonder concert. It was great and the hotel gave us free tickets.

Opening guy for Sebastian was just ok...we can all talk about our kids...n guess what people still didnt want to hear it even if your on stage. Sebastian looked tired n not really into it. Funny but used a lot of recycled material. Love him but not his best show.

Only disappointment was that it was not stadium seating. The concert was fantastic though

Had a wonderful time! Service EVERYWHERE was excellent! The amphora lounge oh, you couldnt have a better buffet dinner or brunch anywhere! I would recommend this place to anyone. And the slots werent so bad either!

I came her twice for Jill Scott. Sounds great inside.

Went to see Earth, Wind and Fire! Absolutely amazing the show was so good even the security was dancing. The Borgata is one of the best casinos to see a good show. The security was so helpful. Pretty organized even though they were still seeding people way after the concert started. But I think thats just because so many people came. There was no confusion security lined up maybe every 50 feet so you werent confused where your seat was all in all great night.

Wanted to go see Sebastian Maniscalco June 26 but all the good seats the borgota sells to ticket scaper companys like vivid seats so If a working class guy wants a good seat we have to pay 4x ticket face value shame on the borgota they have no good seats. But all the big ticket scalpers have plenty good seats wish I could of taking my wife to the show and spend the weekend you need to make more of YOUR tickets available for the public.. shame on you borgota .its cheaper for me to fly to Vegas to see a show than to drive an hour to Jersey.

The seat on the floor were a little closer than I like but we had a great time seeing a legend.

Everyone was great my wife and I had a great time at Bert Kreischer.

We went to see a show, it was good the people in charge of the security and helping you to locate your seats were very professional. Other than that everytjing was good. They were allowing people to bring their drinks into the show area

Very intimate venue, but the audio has never been great here. Given the size of the venue, great options for smaller groups or solo singers. Not a great venue for large bands sound wise. The smaller venue does make for a great chance for fantastic photos and a feeling of being closer to the act on stage, no matter where you are in the center.

Stadium seating and at least one inch between seats would make it a better venue, but we enjoyed the show.

A large venue which could benefit from influences from the People-Movers in Walt Disney World, even the Universal people could help. We had tickets to Bill Burr which were quite decent and yet still it seemed they took pains to make it difficult to reach them. There is one long bar outside the venue and one bathroom. Although they are substantial in size they could not seem to move the crowd efficiently in or out so buying multiple drinks or doubles is a smart although expensive option.The show was good and we could see and hear him well, there are large screens positioned around the room. There were odd noises as if someone were bowling above the room though. It was so noticeable that Bill Burr not only remarked on it but made it a recurring theme in his act. The seats were not that comfortable for the price we paid we thought that wed have movie theater comfort or better. The seats were far a large corporate gathering or maybe a cheap wedding. We were almost completely dissatisfied and disappointed. The humor of the show barely saved the evening especially because wed seen Lewis Black perform in The Borgatas Music Box Theatre. We spent less, had a better time and were way better appeased and far more comfortable.

This is a nice venue Center in the Borgata and in Atlantic City. There are very few bad seats in this place and even though we did not get tickets early for The Joe Rogan show, it didnt matter because of the intimacy of the and venue and the bleacher style seating. This is a great place to see a show.

Flat floor seating in banquet table chairs. Back section might have stadium seats. Not very comfortable, tight almost like coach on a plane. Good thing the show was good

Plenty of ushers to get you seated but the seats became uncomfortable after an hour of sitting in them.

Fantastic place for a concert. No hassle and then youre at an awesome Casino for the night. Can you beat that?

Impractical jokers were hilarious but the stage-floor seating chairs were so close to each other, a strangers butt cheek was sharing my seat with me. There was no way to move them either! There might as well have been a bench. At least everyone would get an entire surface to sit on themselves! The bartender rocked it for our sober group but I do think $4 (for the same bottle of water thats included on the casino floor) is too much for bottled tap water.

We were up on the tiered level and while it was challenging to view the stage directly because of distance they have very large screens for you to watch.Clean.

Beautiful venue but the cigarette smell is bothersome.

A little bit decrepit...carpet under chairs is falling apart, people can trip.... but Donna, the lead employee at the Event Center is incredible. Dont use the online Vivid ticketing. Use the Borgata online ticketing or call Music Box at the Borgata!

This is a really big room. We saw jo koy here. He was sooo funny. Worse part of the show....THE SEATS. Not because of where we were sitting. Its the actual seats. The chairs are sooo uncomfortable. My god borgata get better chairs!!!!

The venue was really nice. Much bigger than PA casinos. The seats were still too close together but at least I didnt have anyone over 200 pounds sitting beside me- he only ever bumped into me once I awhile. If the Borgata was closer, we would definitely attend more shows here. As its a 3 hour drive with traffic, we will go here infrequently, especially of the same entertainment is available in PA.

Saw Joe Bonamasso who is a great guitarist. Feel the room was not good for his sound tho and was a bit disappointed. Also disappointed in my seats. Picked out and paid for better seats back in january to be told that night they changed their seating and I was being assigned to a new seat which I would consider to be lousy low priced seats. Could have been told this months earlier???Was offered comp tickets same nite elsewhere and I bet I would have had better seats, sound and show.No reflection on Joe but Borgata.

More like bore gata. Not much here. The problem is borgata is too far from everything else. So you are bound to just stay in boregata and do nothing else. Which when ur footsteps from the oven seems silly.

Large space to accommodate big venues, concerts. Well organized.

Attended a Kings of Leon concert with the wife and another couple. No complaints. Well run show. Drinks were expensive as expected. Initially we thought it was an odd venue for a live concert but once it started, you completely forgot you were in a ballroom. Would definitely go here for a show in the future.
