This escape room was so much fun!! Great atmosphere and awesome clue master, Matthew. He was awesome and kept us laughing and having a great time. He also didnt make the clues too easy on us, which is great. Definitely will be back here soon.

We had a great time escaping “The apartment “ today! Our team was 3 adults and 3 teenage girls and the difficulty level was spot on. Matthew was an amazing guide and helped us focus when we needed a push. Thank you so much for the adventure!We escaped with a few precious minutes on the clock!!

I have been to a few escape rooms, but none of my experiences at the other locations had such a great staff member to help us. Mathew did a fantastic job. He dropped clues at the correct times in clever ways, making sure we stayed on the right path while keeping us guessing. His instructions were clear and concise and he even made us laugh while solving the room. WE WILL COME BACK!!!

This was my first escape room ever. We were in The Newsroom. Even though you could tell this was one of the oldest rooms and it had been searched hundreds of times, it was still very challenging. The team were extremely helpful, laid-back and friendly. I will definitely come again. It was an awesome experience.

My family and I did the newsroom. It was a lot of fun. We did escape. It wasnt easy because there was 3 generations and we are all leaders. The competitiveness was really strong. We are going to do it again...hopefully well be successful again

Went yesterday for the first time at an escape room ever and had a BLAST. It was challenging, but it’s amazing how groups come together to win. I plan on doing more escape rooms thanks to how much fun I had here. 10/10 recommend.

Went for my daughters birthday and we all had a blast. Diamond was super helpful and the Room was challenging. I recommend doing the easier levels if its your first time!!

A very great experience! Going back soon with my family. Completed the apartment and next up is the news room. I encourage anyone to do this for team building.

The staff was great and accommodating for our large party of 17. We split into two separate groups and had a great time. Wed definitely go back!

First time doing an escape room and did not know what to expect. We did the 80s rec room as a family outing over the holidays and everyone had a great time! Tiffany was also an excellent clue master!

Solid escape room with complex puzzles. It took us almost the entire hour to complete. The staff is very friendly and patient and they provided us with a great experience. I would love to go back and try their other rooms.

Played The Apartment. The room theme was great, but there was a certain lack of connection between particular clues and items. It was a fun experience, but I would have preferred if it flowed better.

Tia was great at explaining all the rules and very helpful with answering all our questions as it was our first time doing an escape room. Would recommend gong with a bigger group to collaborate on the clues. Otherwise, it was fun and challenging with just the two of us.

I had fun doing the clown room. It was interesting. Its has 3 rooms.

I had such a lovely time in the “Apartment” room today with my group, helped by staff member Matthew. He was a pleasure to work with! We all loved our experience and I hope to be back again to tackle the “News Room!”

This review of five stars is for the experience of the game only...Aside from parking of $20 and the building being frustratingly hard to find, the game was extremely fun. Give yourself at least an hour to find the entrance and park. Parking is across the street under a parking deck. After parking you have to walk a good distance to find it building. It says its located within the Westin but its actually on the side of the Westin near it. I would give it a lower rating but I dont think that they can control the location. Have fun!

We did the newsroom and it was a ton of fun!! We technically lost but it was worth it. Diamond was our guide/room monitoring person and she was just fantastic with timing the clues when we needed themWe are definitely planning to go back to do the other rooms

Although the lobby was crowded, we did not wait long to enter our Escape Room. We did the Rec Room 80s theme and it was challenging and fun. Thankfully there were 8 of us with different talents to work the room. The staff was friendly - Diamond gave us our clues and we really friendly. The other rooms sound fun and as a local I hope to make it back to try another.

Absolutely awful experience. Someone triggered the fire alarm which caused everyone to be delayed by about 35 min. They promised no one would lose time but my group was entirely skipped over for the group that was scheduled to start 20 minutes AFTER us. We were then told we had to join with another group scheduled to start nearly an hour and a half after our original start time. The staff was rude and argumentative while not offering and viable solution. They just kept playing musical chairs sending the same two young men out pretending to be the others superior until they had to phone one from the back office while the other was talking to us upfront. We never came to an amiable agreement and were forced to leave due to other time constraints.

Loved the experience! Such fun and creative puzzles! Our game master Ethan was awesome at helping us and answering our questions!

I was paired up with another family and we had a blast trying to find those DANG ON CLUES!! We fell a little short, but I’ll BE BACK!! Our hostess, Diamond, was great!

Edit: replying to the request for feedback from the owner. Hes what contributed to the low rating:- We were told to show up early, but the room was not ready until over 15 minutes after our scheduled start time. This meant we ended up sitting around in a waiting room for half an hour.- The 80s themed Rec Room was rated for 8 people, and with 6 we spent a lot of time just standing around because there was only one thing to be doing. The room doesnt have enough content for 6 people, let alone 8.- Even with only 6 people, and a lot of idle time, we finished after something like 36 minutes. We werent terribly fast, there just wasnt enough content.- A lot of the clues were poorly thought out. There was no logic required to solve them, just simple piecing together. Some were only solvable by hints immediately given by the observer.It might be a good escape room for kids, but there are much higher quality escape rooms in the area for the same price.

Diamond our game runner was awesome. She provided enough help so we didnt get stuck on any parts. We had a group of 10 in the Rec Room which is meant for 8. We got combined with another group. It made the room pretty crowded. As for the puzzle solving, the electronic components were pretty fun, everything was pretty authentic to the 80s. We also enjoyed a lot of automatic opening parts based on solving another piece. Only complaint was that some of the riddles were a bit too vague without help.

My first experiencing something like this and it was awesome! Diamond was great at making you think. Plan on going again

We included the escape room as apart of our girls trip and it was one of the most enjoyable moments ever!! Diamond was a great clue master and just a genuinely wonderful person in general. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in town!

This was my very first Escape Room and I truly enjoyed it. Our host, Jonathan, was very helpful and made the experience very exciting. I will definitely be visiting this place again.

My office went as part of a well wish send off for a coworker moving to Boston. There was 12 of us in the News Room scenario. It was a very challenging experience but we actually completed the tasks required to escape with just over 3 minutes to spare. Going in I thought there may have been to many in the room, yet looking back at it I think we would not have gotten out with fewer people. It was an awesome experience and a very good team building exercise.

Big ups to John & Tia! Our group had a blast! The newsroom & apartment were fun & challenging!

***I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I CAN DUE TO DISCRIMINATION***Went for my husband bday and it started out wrong. We got there on time and I, as a paraplegic in a wheelchair, couldnt get in because they dont have there own handicapped entrance. So I had to wait 20mins for them to find a way to let me in. After I finally get upstairs the game had already started with no1 in the room.***VERY BAD BUSINESS PRRACTICES IN REGARDS TO PARAPLEGICS!!!!***

We did two escape rooms here; The Apartment and the Rec Room. The Apartment was really fun, but the Rec Room wasn’t so much. The Apartment had a lot of puzzles that were really good and fun to solve, although there is one certain thing that would be very hard to get past without a hint. We had a lot of fun and because of that we came back again to do the Rec Room. This one wasn’t as fun. Many puzzles were unclear. One puzzle requires quite a bit of time to complete. I HIGHLY recommend the Apartment over the Rec Room.

We were on vacation and wanted to do something fun with our teens. So we tried the escape room. It was so much fun. A good way for teens and parents to interact together. The group we were with was too funny!!. Even though we didnt win, i enjoyed my time there and we all felt like we should do this again. Thanks for the experience Escape Room ATLANTA!!!

The rec room had a good setting, but there was no storyline. We had to rely too much on the hints given on screen and each subsequent clue seemed completely unrelated to the one before.

My wife and I went with three other couples and had a blast! There was so much anticipation built up going into the Escape Room! And it was all well worth it. We did the Rec Room and were close to escaping before time ended. We went to dinner afterward and talked about it the whole time while laughing hysterically about things we had done or said to one another while frantically looking for clues to escape.

Very good facility the clues are very nicely done. 100% recommend.

My husband surprised me with this escape room experience for my birthday. It was five of us( my husband, myself and our three children ages 7-10) in our group, we were joined by five other people that were really nice.This was our first time trying an escape room, we had a blast! It was challenging but not so much that it would cause frustration. All three of my children were immersed in the experience; they were also able to find locks and clues that were essential to escaping the room. Furthermore, the staff was really great too.Thanks for a really awesome experience!

Where to begin...The husband and I have completed nearly 20 escape rooms over the years across 7 cities. You might say we are veterans of the game and have seen and experienced fun and well designed rooms. Unfortunately, this experience was one of the least enjoyable of all our excape room games; The Apartment.1- There was no clear storyline, theme or purpose for the escape given to us by staff. We were placed in a room, advised of a few basic rules then told the time would start once the doors closed; no further explanations by staff. This lead not to an immersion experience, but more so a room full of locks and puzzles.2- Not one puzzle lead to another. The clues were all over the place, scattered and unorganized. Typically, we find that solving “x” clue will guide you to “y” clue which then will lead to opening or unlocking something. This room contained a bunch of locks with no direction to getting the next one.3- The puzzles were solvable yet solutions were not logical.I hope this room is not indicative of the other rooms here but after this game, I’d be more hesitant to return.

Booked Newsroom at 10:40 but the place didnt actually open until after 10:50. Cant remember the guys name but he was great. We finished with seconds to spare. Overall, great ideas but we thought they could have been executed a little better.

My wife surprised me for my birthday and I’m so glad she picked this location. We were late due to Atlanta traffic and the staff was willing to accommodate us so we could do the apartment. We liked it so much that we stayed and did the rec room! The staff Clifton, Sam & John were really pleasant and helpful, will definite return soon to do the newsroom!

This is a very fun time even though you may not get out of the room in the allotted time. Great fun.

We started out real slow! Our hostess BRITTANY did all she could to assist...lol...finally in the last 20 minutes we were on a roll! We got out with 8 minutes to spare! What fun! This was such a fun experience! We chose “The Apartment”. There were 5 people in our group, and we were able to successfully escape. Our Cluemaster, Jonathan, was awesome! He gave clues that were helpful without giving away too much information. I would recommend this for any group or team of people who want a fun challenge.

Wow. First off we got this as a present to our dad but he was caught in traffic and could not show up within the 15 minute grace period and they do not allow you to reschedule. Then it says to park behind the place at 737 and they will validate. But the validation doesn’t work. Cost 20 bucks to park. And we finished 8 minutes left because it was lame. Other escape rooms in Atlanta are much much better. Also one of the other families there had booked their own but magically there was no record of that.

Escape rooms were so awesome and fun to do with the whole family especially if you love puzzles

After going to an escape room in Myrtle Beach, I thought all escape rooms were that fun. I did the apartment escape room, it wasn’t all that fun. You can’t move furniture and to escape you need A LOT of clues given to you. It was pretty crowded and because of that, I wasn’t able to experience it. They also forgot the tablet that was needed to solve the clues and we found a key that was never needed. I’m sad I paid close to $140 for 4 people and I didn’t even enjoy it.

I wanted to do something fun for my birthday so we tried Escape the room Atlanta. It was an excellent choice because my family and I had a terrific time. We came together as a family and put our skills and knowledge together and we had the Time of our lives.We will definitely do this again. I recommend it if youre looking for something fun and exciting!

Well thought out puzzles, a great place for date night or hanging out with friends. The staff are kind a d professional. Id say medium level puzzles, so if youve never done an escape room before youll be okay.

I had never heard of this particular escape room before, but I had been to others. They had friendly and helpful staff. I went with family and enjoyed my time and staff assistance. Had fun!

This was one of many activities my daughter did for her sweet 16 but this was everyones favorite. Her and 10 of her friends played the newsroom they were so loud people in the lobby kept asking what game were they playing so that they can do that room.

I did this one room called gold rush I think and it was actually really good. there was a slide and multiple puzzles to solve at once which is a pretty important part of picking out a game because if there is only one thing to do with 7 people only one person does it. I enjoyed this one and I would definitely recommend this to anyone that isnt scared of going down a kiddy slide. btw the slide is practically optional I dont remember if atleast one person has to go down it but a door opens so people who couldnt get in the slide could get into the room.

Loved it and will do it again. Only issue it was our first time and we had no idea of what we were suppose to do and it was just the two of it. Take a larger group if possible and research what you’re suppose to do and how the game you choose is played so as not to waste time. Regardless it was GREAT!
