This was so much fun! My husband and I have been thinking of ways to get out of the house during COVID, and this was literally perfect. We received helpful instructions on how to throw the axes, and then we were able to get started with games. This is also great for a small group!

Best part of the day! Jackson taught us everything there is to know about axe throwing! Definitely a fun atmosphere and a great way to blow off some steam. Great for a hang out or a fun, different first date.

Had an AMAZING first time axe throwing here. The place was easy to find and Lukes training process and throwing tips were probably the only reason I won against my wife. Well definitely come again for date night.

A group of friends and I wanted to try something different and this was a fun experience. We looked up other axe throwing spots in the city and we chose this one because it was the only one that didn’t require a minimum of 7 or 8 people to reserve a lane online and it was cheaper than Bad Axe by about $10-$12. I only give it a four because the set up is a little odd like they just found an empty building and threw some darts up and they had a random escape room deal going on right next door. The space is also very small with what looked like only 4 axe throwing lanes. But the staff was friendly and helpful and it was a lot of fun to throw axes around for a while.

This was a lot of fun! Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff member showed us a few games we could play to get more competitive once we got comfortable with the throws. It was much easier to get a throw to stick than I anticipated. Theyve obviously optimized the distance to the target to make it as easy as possible. Id recommend reserving a time as there are only four lanes.

Great place for a team building activity. The staff was wonderful and ensured everyone was having a great time even when we were not throwing. Great place to release a little stress and have good safe fun.

This is the second ax throwing establishment that I have been to. I found the quality and selection of axes here to be poor. These are axes that you would get at Home Depot, not ones designed for throwing. The weight and balance on them is not conducive to this sport. We signed up for a 90 minute session but left after 30 minutes. When I go to throw deadly weapons again I will go back to the other establishment. Wish I could give a better review but the place just was not very fun.

Ax throwing was awesome! Great stress relief and worked up quite a sweat! Luke was awesome! Has a friendly personality and was good instructing us. He was very helpful and gave us tips on how to throw better. Parking is a lottle difficult, try to find side parking. Finding the place is a little difficult. You pass the room escape on your right and its the next door. I would definatley come here again.

It was an amazing experience. If you havent tried it you need to make an appointment to Axe Throwing Atlanta. We did a team building event with our Smile Forever Atlanta staff at this place and it was great! 5 stars

This was a cool activity. I didn’t know what to expect but the staff was friendly and the axe masters were cool, especially Luke. Would def recommend for a group outing. Loved it being downtown too, nice location!

Will (our host) was excellent. I was visiting Atlanta and got a friend to do this with me (both our first time). So much fun, great group and team building exercise!

I love this place! I love the games so I suggest doing the coaching session if its your first time. I took my mom for mothers day and she had a ball. I love music and they allow you to play the songs you want which enhances the experience. Luke gave suggestions as to how to improve on your throws and was interactive during our session.

We were group of 4 and this was my first time playing it. Luke was our Coach and he was very good. He took his time to explain us everything and coached us all the rules in detail. We played games and enjoyed our time. We will def visit again!!

Great fun for corporate events and for team building. Bit of a tight fit, but doable for talking as it does get quite loud. Atmosphere is pretty cool and grungy and an awesome use for an old building!Only reason for 4 stars is depending on season the locals can be off putting, especially if you end up walking to the venue or having to park. I would suggest uber or other to get here.I would recommend this place.

Unfortunate experience. Special thanks to host Jackson for imposing himself on our games; tip for the future: if two couples walk in who are obviously on a double date, don’t insist on being the awkward fifth wheel, especially if your plan is to show off and waste your customers time by flirting. Furthermore (and this is simply a fact that I’d like to point out to help you in the future), if your customers are all wearing wedding rings, that means that we are all married. When you flirt with an obviously married person, it’s off putting and creepy, and to be quite frank, the only reason we didn’t ask for more time (after you wasted 20 minutes of it throwing axes yourself) was because we collectively didn’t want to spend another minute putting up with you.

Its in a historic part of downtown Atlanta, which was cool. After we threw axes with Jovan, who was awesome, we went down to the MLK Historic sites. Its a nice day activity for the family, if yall 18+ that is.

I would give no stars if that was an option. First the building was very hard to find. Then, we went upstairs to check in to our 1 pm reservation and waited for 20 minutes, I finally decided to just call them and tell them that we were waiting to check in. They came upstairs, we checked in, never signed a waiver or anything. We sat for about 30 minutes waiting for the axe master no one showed up. Then, a ton of people started coming in for their 2 pm appointments when we still had yet to throw. The whole set up is very dangerous, and you are crammed into a small dark room to throw axes. So, we decided to leave because we still had yet to learn to throw and actually throw and our reservation slot was now gone. I went up to the desk requested a refund and the guy guaranteed I would get one if I just called and spoke to management, but it seems that management is never there. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!

Honestly go somewhere else unless they are completely dead. Its in a apartment sized area and feels super scetchy. People walking behind you at all times while your trying to throw, not enough space behind you. Staff seemed like they had better things to do then to check you in or walk you threw rules. Go to a bigger place...
