Quality entertainment in an intimate setting. Love the shows and they have worked with the covid restrictions with grace. Cant wait for the next season.

Had a good time watching Mama Mia with my Wife. Almost everyone here is very friendly. This was our first time together to the Oregon Cabaret Theatre (I had gone to the Cabaret 11 years ago but at a different location than this).We opted for the meal and show. Our serving staff was great, very friendly and stopped by frequently to check on us. The food is a little pricey, even more than the inflated price I was expecting. I believe the food itself was above average, but not to the equivalency of the price, though I am able to overlook this as I consider it helping the theater.I enjoyed the show. The actors performed well and provided good immersion. The length of the show was just right, providing enough time for the story while not being overly wasteful of time. My wife and I enjoyed this event and would return in the future.

The most beautiful building with a staff and crew who are engaging and truly make a memorable experience! They were clearly concerned about making the night fun for all, by keeping up all the health and safety requirements to the letter. I want to keep this theater thriving by by tix for their events, and coming early for their fabulous food and drinks

Attended a one night performance last, A Tribute to Rosemary Clooney. Everyone in our group had a great time!The Cabaret now has a full bar license and they have added some new items to their menu. Wonderful! So glad we have season tickets. Thanks for the memories!

The Cabaret is such a great venue for all the shows they produce. Every seat is great. We usually sit in the balcony area as these are just as close as the lower seats and offer a different perspective. The staff, many are volunteers, are very friendly and helpful. If you have a chance to attend do it.

Miracle on 34th Street was absolutely wonderful! Fred looked a lot like Tom Hanks and was so fun to watch. Jocelyn, who played Susan was delightful! Such a wonderful experience. Id be a season ticket holder if I could afford it. This Theater always puts on a professional and entertaining show!

Charming environment. Impressive what they do with this space. Musicians were excellent. Cast seemed not to gel all the time, but had some great moments. Food was very good. Our server was very attentive at first, but then kind of left us high and dry (literally). We tried very hard to get refills on our water before the show started, but couldnt get his attention. Really enjoyed it overall.

My husband and I saw Picasso at Lapin Agile and it was fantastic! Excellent acting and the intimate space of the theatre makes you feel like youre part of the performance. There isnt a bad seat in the house. My only disappointment was the food. Dessert was delicious but I wish we had gone somewhere else for dinner.

They always put on a class act of a show. This time Steel Magnolias. Replicated the movie. And made it believable! Love it!

I saw Sweeny Todd, and it was one of the best performances that I have seen live in a very, very long time! All of the performers were incredibly talented. The venue is small and intimate and the waiters take great care of you! Highly recommend!

Saw Momma Mia, great production. They serve dinner there too. We bought just dessert and coffee. Great waitresses in the balcony.Fun to watch them dance in the final act. $29 tickets well worth the time and price.

Wonderful staff & atmosphere. The stage is versatile & the show we saw was beyond fun. The cast obviously loved it & had fun, the audience was constantly laughing. Great energy!

Had an outstanding experience at the Miracle on 34th Street matinee showing. Atmosphere, services, food ... fantastic. Were from Colorado and this theatre was similar to Boulder Dinner Theater. A+.

Really fabulous, well performed production. All of the voices were outstanding. Lots of humor, colorful scenes and costumes, and good choreography in a cozy setting. A show all ABBA fans should not miss!

The plays are usually fun and enjoyable. The most recent time we went there was a musty urine smell that was very distracting. The building needs some work.

Our party of four had a wonderful time at Beehive. The show was fabulous. The food was also incredible. I had the lamb special and it was fantastic. The steak Diane and steelhead were also excellent. Our server Harlan took great care of us. We loved the Dick Hay pie and the cheesecake was delicious too.

Oh my goodness, your actors have swayed me into being a theatre person. Absolutely amazing!

We had a delicious meal followed by a top notch performance of Mama Mia by a very talented cast. The atmosphere is intimate and having dessert during intermission was a really nice touch.

Caution for senior citizens. This ranking is due to the premature locking of the front door today, 12:57 instead of 1 and the distance we had to park. I realize we should have arrived earlier but as 2 senior citizens with severely limited mobility, we were unexpectedly forced to park in the parking garage a considerable way away. There were people in line ahead of us trying to pay for parking and the machine was not cooperating, putting us further behind another 10 minutes. When we finally got to the front door, there was another couple waiting in line ahead of us, at 12:57. Not a lot of wiggle room. We feel very fortunate that a kind woman understood our predicament and let us in to sit in the back until intermission. She let us in at 1:00, according to the time on my phone. The play itself was wonderful as usual. We have been season ticket holders for several years and have never experienced an issue like this. My advice to handicapped people is to have someone drive you to the play, impractical for us, allow an extra 30 minutes to walk from your car to the theater and wear good walking shoes, assuming there are any places to park, or consider not going to OCT at all.

We went to see the last performance of Sherlock Holmes and the Sign of the Four. What a great time we had and the food for diner was fantastic! The wait staff were all very attentive to our needs and the play was a real joy to watch. The way that all the tables are set up makes any of them feel like you are in the play with the characters, doesnt matter if you are in the balcony or on the lower floor. Looking to going back for another one!!

Weve seen several shows at this little dinner theater facility and havent been disappointed at any time. Always a good meal beforehand but the start of the show has been the shows. Tonight was Beehive and it was fantastic. If youre in the area...go!

5 players creating such an imaginative take on Sherlock Holmes - truly a wonderful experience. And good food as well. We expect to return to the Cabaret every time we visit.

The best entertainment for a Saturday afternoon matinee. I had to compliment the chef because i cant remember it being so good. I thoroughly enjoyed it all. And i laughed so hard.

The show was good. The seating is pretty tight, felt like I took a 4 hour plane ride. The seats are hard and as a taller person, it was hard to face the stage comfortably

Production quality is brilliant, especially when utilized in a small stage space! The cocktails and food are changed to match the current show, and they are always fantastic.

Wonderful theater and excellent show! We went to see Sweenie Todd and it was astounding!

We liked Sweeney Todd. I enjoyed all the singers, Todd, and Mrs. Lovett in particular. The set was clever and made good use of the small space.We made the mistake of having a large lunch that day so we were only able to eat appetizers and desserts. The onion, fig, and goat cheese tart was fantastic. The meat pie with peas on the side was in the appetizer section but was large enough for a meal. Two of us had salads, the garden salad was a standout. Definitely save room for dessert. The dickay pie and fruit crumble were both fantastic.Minor quibble. Maybe personal preference, but Ceasar salad a little heavily dressed, would have been better with less dressing or more lemon.Theater was kept very cool, bordering on cold. Bring a sweater if this bothers you. Or just think of the performers in all that heavy wool and it will be worth it.

The Cambodian Show was super fantastic music, story and acting. Very authentic music, top notch performances. Some Dengue Fever music. Some also of the original music of the Cambodian artists of the pre-Kymer regime. Very touching and uplifting at the same time. Superb

Loved the show! Ive seen Mama Mia on Broadway, off-Broadway tour in Eugene & on the big screen but never enjoyed it as much as the Oregon Cabaret in Ashland.

Every Christmas Story was a fun play. Good bottle of wine and desserts at intermission. 3 main cast members kept it moving and funny. Musician provided effects and filler as cast moved from scene to scene.

What a terrific evening! I had a great time---lots of laughter and beautiful music! I am definitely going again!

What a Charming time we had at the Oregon Cabaret theater. We came to have dinner in a play and were pleased with both. The service was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and engaging. The pre-show songs and guitar were very nice and the play was good quality theater. And for all the theater we watch that really means something. Get your tickets in advance come enjoy our small steak and some nice potatoes and vegetables, or a great salad, some wine and entertainment, this all makes for a great evening

One of the absolute BEST shows Ive ever seen on stage was the performance of Once-- and it was made because this theater is so intimate, you feel like you become a part of the story you are watching. Amazing music, singing and dancing, all so up-close-and-personal:). A really fun night of entertainment!

This is a little gem, often eclipsed by the huge theatre scene in Ashland. Their adaptations of classics such as Backwards in High Heels and Hound of Baskervilles were priceless. They do much with little. The venue, a re-purposed church, is a curiously appropriate venue for a reprise of - for example - She Loves Me. They do complete justice to the script and the music. This is not a local straw-hat theatre. Talent comes from all over. As to the food, gratifying. Not an afterthought or a wheeze to get you in. Good budget wine list with lots of local offerings. Book early and sit down front.

Drove up from Sacramento to see Once tonight at the Cabaret Theater in Ashland. Amazing talent! I can’t remember a performance where all actors played instruments and very well. I really appreciated their effort and know they will do well going forward in their careers.And the dinner and staff was excellent! I had the salmon and it was very good! I highly recommend the Cabaret Theatre!

We were treated as royalty, great seating overlooking the satge. Food and service was terrific!

Wonderful. The food was delicious, lovely wine, comfortable seating. The show we saw, Avenue Q, was hilarious (though for adult audiences only). Very lovely staff, and I was able to communicate by email beforehand very easily. Would recommend for a lovely night out.

We sat in the back, and loved every minute of it, great seats.. Order when you sit for Dessert and drinks at Intermission. Talent was amazing, staff wonderful, food scrumptious, plus we could go outside for a few minutes at intermission and get back in with no hassle. Highly recommend.

This has been a favorite theater of mine for many many years. Ive loved almost every show Ive ever seen there!

My wife made the reservation a long time in advance; we had never been there before. We arrived early, but had to just stand outside as there is nowhere else. Once they opened the door, a few of us ealybirds got to go in and stand in their little lobby. Hint, no reason to be early.Once seated, everyone was very nice. The food was great, so was the service. Be sure you order everything you want up front, coffee, dessert and all, or you might not be able to later. The show was really wonderful, the actors great.Cost? A lot, too much. But, it was fun.

Great and professionally performed shows, very good food, its the perfect place for a date or just a night out.

We went to the last brunch show of 9 to 5. The food was excellent especially the desert served during intermission. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The musical they put on was very good. The acting and singing was excellent. Every song was entertaining. It was one of the best plays I have ever seen. Next time I visit Ashland I will definitely see another play here.
