ReBecca and the Fish Works team have taken wonderful care of my tanks for over 10 years. They are responsive and knowledgeable. They have set up new healthy tanks, moved a tank to new address and maintained my tank with care. The Fish Works team brings everything I need for my tank (including the fish)! I highly recommend them for fish care.
No tank is too small, even a 10 gallon one for my three young kiddos. They came out and set the whole system up, all I had to do was have the rocks and tank clean and on its stand. Definitely recommend for anyone who is totally new to this. Will be continuing with ongoing maintenance through them as well.
I have worked with Rebecca for a very long time. She created a perfect fish tank for our home at the time of a renovation. When I moved twice, she handled everything for the fish. I have always been pleased with their service and commitment to their clients and the welfare of the fish. They have been very helpful thru the Pandemic supporting clients.
Horrible deadly service, IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Weve been a loyal customer for over a year and had regularly scheduled cleanings with no issues so when our fish tank needed to be replaced of course we thought we had no issues with Fish Works handling our fish tank replacement and caring for our fish while we waited for the tank replacement. Unfortunately we were sadly mistaken. First the wrong fish tank was order, then upon finally almost a month later of our correct size tank the glass top apparently had broken and we had to provide them we a make shift cover while we waited for our replacement. Upon reviewing our fish we discovered that not 1 or 2 but 5 of our fishes were missing and the employee was just walking out as if nothing had occurred. Which was odd since he personally had pictures of our original fish in his phone which he showed me. We were told our fish would be brought back to us and after having to call them we were told our fish were put in a pool of over 50 other fish and apparently even with the pictures they had taken they could not identify our fish. After the employee came back to replace the cover still nothing was said about our fish. I had to reach out about fish and that is when finally via email we were told our FISH DIED!!!!! Rebecca had the audacity to then via email state that as a Courtesy that our 1-2 fish that had died under their care had been replaced. We were shocked to hear the news as we had never until that email been informed of our fish dying and furthermore to add insult to injury there were 5 fishes missing and the employee continued to be adamant about only 2 fish dying and insinuating that they were not responsible for our fish and that they had done us a courtesy. They refuse to admit they never communicated to us about our fish dying or that 5 fishes died in their care. On top of all of this we were billed for this type of service. I highly do not recommend this establishment. The courtesy would have been for Fish Works to have notified us immediately when our fish died or maybe ordering our correct tank or maybe not breaking our glass cover or maybe not continuously stating to their customer that they did us a courtesy by replacing our fish that we left in their care. OH BY THE WAY YOU MIGHT WANT TO HAVE YOUR COSTUMERS SIGN AN AGREEMENT STATING YOURE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR FISH BEFORE TAKING THEIR FISH.
I have been trying to find a company to help clean my turtles aquarium due to time and lately some back issues. Today was my first visit from Fish Works after calling only two days ago. The tank looks great! I will definitely use them again!Exactly what I needed, and definitely affordable. :) Thank you Fish Works!
I reached out to them in a panic and they were wonderfully resourceful with their advice. I am following their instructions and so far, fish are happy and healthy after a bout of ick, an ammonia scare and a nervous human caretaker. They did not charge me, but would have gladly paid! Will call them for sure if I run ionto trouble again.
We were moving and needed our tank moved and a temporary home for our fish. They were prompt, courteous, and we couldnt have been happier with their service. We look forward to using them soon to set up our new tank! Thanks, Fish Works!!!!! Youre awesome.
Dude cut me off on the high way at 70mph and almost killed me. I’m sure he’s always on time to his appointments though.
Fishworks maintained multiple aquariums for me over the years. They were always very diligent about maintaining a healthy ecosystem of fish and guaranteed new fish for a period of time to ensure that they thrived in their new environment. Their prices are reasonable and the team members were all very reliable and trustworthy, which was important as they were often in my home alone. They also helped with other animals when I was on vacation.
Yes, they can clean a tank so you dont have too. Any tank company can. Select your provider based on their professionalism. If you have had susscess with them, heed my warning as I felt the same. Beware providing feedback if your not happy as they react in the most unprofessional of manners. Any negative feedback is reacted to like an emotional child. After years of service, my feedback of our latest service, was responded by dumping us as a client. I simply asked for a new attendant. They dumped all of my supplies outside my house the next day in the noreaster with the keys to my house. I happened to be home all day as well and not even a courtesy of the doorbell. I simply stumbled upon them happening to look out my window. My only regret was ensuring I paid the last bill before I complained, as I wanted to ensure they didnt believe it was simply an action to not pay. So much for honor. If your looking for a new service make this your last choice, as depending your location I can appreciate their may not be many options.Addtl side note: just noticed they broke my daughters favorite aquarium decoration when they carelessly through my stuff on the walkway.
Absolutely pleased with them. I will be a regular customer. Thank you!
I obviously cant comment on the specifics of the review given by the person who posted the 1-star review, but when I saw it I wanted to add my voice to the other reviewers who sang the praises of ReBecca and her team. Ive been a customer for about 10 years and have found them to be - without fail - highly reliable, friendly and professional. They have more than once gone out of their way for me when they didnt need to even to the point of making emergency evening visits on at least 2 occasions. I couldnt be happier with FishWorks and would highly recommend them to anyone needing aquarium maintenance!
Fish Works has serviced our 92 gallon saltwater aquarium for many years. They have always shown up promptly, cleaned the tank thoroughly, and done a great job caring for our fish! They made it easy to own a fish tank and their prices are reasonable too. Highly recommended!
ReBecca and her team at Fish Works has done a phenominal job taking care of our 100 gallon+ salt water tank for the past 7 years. I highly recommend them for their friendly and consistent service and attention to our fish pets. Our tank is the visual centerpiece of our office located in downtown Boston.
We are so thrilled with what you did with the tank. I walked in the house and I was stunned, it is absolutely gorgeous. My wife never complemented our fish tank like she did today. She said it is so beautiful, we have been staring at it for an hour, we are going to spend a lot more time looking at it. The fish are a lot calmer, so much color, I didnt even think anything that pretty was possible. We are really thrilled and wanted to thank you.D.G. Framingham, MA
