Ben Warner failed to render agreed upon and contracted services and refused to refund any monies from deposit after he terminated.On January 2019, we contracted services with a deposit for $627 for a June 2020 wedding. We had close communications during May 2020 to ensure Ben T Warner would be able to work the wedding worship with all of the uncertainties of the virus and executive orders of North Carolina. It appeared that they were noncommittal in April & May to the extent of recommending to us that we get another company to do the event. They canceled only 18 days prior to the event. At the time, NC actually had exceptions for weddings and funerals that allowed us to proceed. Fortunately we were able to scramble and find another vendor.

The first phone meeting we had with Ben & Kat secured our decision to have them help make our wedding day special! The passion they have for bringing joy to others is contagious. We booked our ceremony through Elope Outdoors, who recommended Ben for any musical needs. We are so very happy that we chose to work with Ben & Kat! From the beginning and throughout our planning, Kat was super helpful in assisting with the booking process and Ben was ready for adventure! It made us feel so at ease to know that we could count on Ben to be there for our day, rain or shine. Having Ben to provide instrumentals during the hike up to our ceremony location took the wedding day stress away and made the day even more fun! Our ceremony was beautiful and Ben even stayed after the ceremony to play guitar as we danced and took photos. It was truly a magical day! Both Ben and Kat are awesome and wonderful people to work with!

Ben was amazing to work with! Everything we could have hoped for in our wedding DJ -- so nice and accommodating, online portal/music questionnaire easy and fun to complete, great lighting-game, kept people on the dance floor all night -- even a bit past our curfew set by the venue -- which he didnt have to do! We didnt pick our father/daughter, mother/son songs until literally right before the ceremony began...but Ben had no qualms about it and was very go-with-flow. He also cut/edited our first dance song for us....multiple times. Played the acoustic guitar during our ceremony which was beautiful. Everything was perfect. Thanks Ben - you rock!!

Ben was absolutely perfect for our wedding! He is such a kind and talented individual. He really tries to get to know and understand the couples he is working with. He does a great job at listening to your vision and things/songs you don’t want. He is very quick to respond and accommodating to requests. Him and his family drove two hours to come out and see our venue- it was so kind! As we were walking around he played acoustic guitar and we all loved the vibe he creates. He also sent us demos before the wedding so that we could practice our dance.On the wedding day he played acoustic guitar for our ceremony, a trio (Billy and Melissa) for our cocktail hour, and then he DJed the rest of the night. They sang our first dance song (Perfect) and made it totally our own- even changing some words since we’re a same sex couple. They made us feel like we were all friends and those are the kind of people you want at your wedding. They are so talented! Ben kept the dance floor packed all night and the lighting was a great touch. I loved that he would come out on the dance floor and party with us too! DJ Ben was fantastic. Our membership had a great New Years Eve Party with him. He was early, respectable, professional, and overall related to our members. Benjamin was AMAZING! By far the most easiest wedding vendor we worked with :) He was always quick to respond, didnt question any of our unique requests, in fact he loved them, and he was extremely accommodating! His talents were such a big part of our day as he not only was our DJ but also played acoustic guitar for us. I had Benjamin and Michael as my music for my wedding on 9/17/16 and they were absolutely amazing. They played acoustic guitar and violin for the first part of the reception then switched to usual DJ music from then on. So many guests came up to me saying how much they loved the music, it was beautiful! Once it was time to dance, Benjamin occasionally joined us on the dance floor and we all had a blast. I cannot recommend both him and Michael enough. They were one of the best parts of my wedding!

Overall great DJ, tried his best during our rainy wedding, we had a great dance party and I would recommend.Felt there was a lack of communication, including unanswered emails and our track for the daddy daughter dance didnt get played correctly so I cant give a perfect score.

Ben truly surpassed our expectations as our DJ for our wedding on 6 Oct, 2017 in Weston, MO. Not only did he DJ for the reception, but he was our MC for the night, played cello with Michael playing the violin for our ceremony and during dinner (absolutely beautiful!!), brought lights to really set the mood on the dance floor, and had speakers set up and music playing for our cocktail hour. He made everything go so smoothly to help make it the best day ever for us!

We hired Ben for a corporate cocktail party at our office and he was absolutely perfect. He read the crowd, changed up the music when needed, even got some people out to dance which is no small feat with our group! From a planners perspective, he made everything so easy. I gave him a general theme and he did everything (and he did it really fast too, when we realized I told him the wrong theme after having to pick between two!!). He got all set up without any assistance from me, sound was the perfect level, wireless mic worked flawlessly. He is definitely going to be our go-to!

Ben was amazing! He was so much fun and picked awesome music for our wedding! Hands down my favorite vendor. They played acoustic music for our ceremony which was absolutely beautiful. Then he DJed our reception which was also amazing! He even joined us toward the end of the nice and danced with us. Ben played acoustic guitar before our daughters wedding, providing lovely background music for guests as they waited for the ceremony to begin. My daughter requested special songs for her processional and recessional, and Ben had perfect timing starting and ending them. He provides all his own equipment, and has the perfect setup for indoor and outdoor weddings, including lighting that enhanced the reception atmosphere.My daughter had provided a schedule of events to Ben for the reception, and Ben did a great job as MC, keeping everything on schedule. He played a huge role in making my daughters wedding and reception magical and memorable.

Ben is such an amazing talent!! We were blessed to have him not only play acoustic guitar (accompanied by Michael on the violin -also amazing) for our wedding ceremony, he DJd our reception as well. When it was time for the celebration to begin, he got the party started by DJing. The hospital auxiliary sponsors a fundraiser for the hospital in the form of a Platinum Ball and we have a dance after the dinner and auctions are over. Throughout the dinner, Ben and Michael played accoustic guitar and violin music and our guests were raving about the quality of their talent and the fact that they could still visit during the meal. The music they played during the dance was fabulous and the dance floor was full from start to finish. The uplighting they did for us really helped turn an ugly wall into something rather pretty too.I would recomment Benjamin T. Warner to any type of group, wedding party, corporate group, etc. We have hired them for next years event already..... thats how much we liked them.
