Michaels is definitely customer friendly. I bought a picture frame that I discovered after I was home had a glitch in the glass. When I returned it they were very willing to change it out. But heres the best part: this particular frame had a nice pattern in the wood. So they opened another frame, changed out the glass, and put it back together for me, all with a very pleasant attitude and a smile. Now thats customer service!

This location does tend to get new stock in a timely fashion, buuut they sell out super quickly and dont restock well. The store is generally a bit unorganized, nothing horrible but it can be frustrating. Theres nothing especially wrong with this location, they just dont seem to care about anything very much. My biggest takeaway is that if I see something I like, I need to buy it right then, because Ill probably never see it again.

The place was a mess and didnt have what I was looking for. The cashier was nice and so was the employee working in the yarn department but she didnt even know what worsted weight yarn was. I am also posting a picture of the bathroom door. There is obviously no sanitizing going on here!

I have had multiple pieces framed at this Michaels. The staff took the time to walk me through all my options. They did not have the mat I wanted, but took down my number and actually called me back when they got it in. My late grandfathers art looks absolutely amazing freshly matted and framed.

Very clean store and polite staff if you can ever find someone to help you when you need it.

Went in and found what I was looking for in less than 2 minutes. Check out was quick and easy. I love Michaels

The Micheals chain overall is fantastic, they always have the best prices for crafts, and the cashier who checked me out was super nice. She even pulled up a coupon on her phone to make sure I was getting the best deal. The only downside though is that the womens bathroom has two stalls and one of them was missing a door. Im sure theyre in the process of fixing it so they still get 5 stars!

You need to take a trip to Michaels because it is a fun store to go in you like me you spend too much money there but you come out with a big smile on your face even under your mask

Im an art enthusiast, so Michaels is a go to place for supplies. The store is well laid out and has a good variety of products.

Its easy to say why I like Michaels. Its because it has a variety crafts and supplies to choose from. The prices get a little pricey but coupons can make it more manageable.

Those places are addictive. Tip: If you get an E-gift certificate, screenshot it or print it out when you get them, or at least before you go. Then you have it ready when you are in line. And always look up your coupons on their page before too!

They have so much that we like, its hard to walk out without spending a small fortune! This is a great place to put your creative spirit to work!

We were there for one specific item, and it was more than we wanted to spend. I guess there store is alright if your into that kinda thing, vases and picture frames and fake plants.

Your custom framing group (I worked with Stefanie, Corey and Jonathan for 3 different projects) are outstanding. They are technically competent - helping me to design a beautifully framed project with great mat selections AND were personable and had great customer service skills. They should be personally recognized for their giving customers a delightful experience. They also had projects ready before the due date. It is great when companies under promise and over deliver. Keep up the good work!

I dont know for sure if I love Michaels or hate it! Everytime I go in I spend way more money than I planned on. Just about anything you want, craft wise, is available here, and at a reasonable price. Very friendly place! If the staff doesnt have the answer to your question a customer probably will!

Store doesnt enforce COVID19 mandates,big sign on front door saying masks must be worn.Surprise,many customers not wearing masks !!! Dont businesses understand that when they dont enforce their own and state rules,they are actually saying F-You to all the mask wearing customers

The photo framer that helped me was the most customer service oriented person I have met in a very long time. His attitude & helpfulness will always bring me back to this store! I wish I had his name to put on this review

Whether its culinary, art projects, educational toys, or some of the most gorgeous seasonal merchandise this place is good. Prices are decent, quality is good, customer service is ok, but the variety is outstanding. I prefer AC More but this place has better Halloween and Christmas stuff.

Its messy and I couldnt find what I was looking for. Displayed pricing was wrong, but they did honor the posted price.

The staff is all fakey with smiles but you can get anyone to help and when you check out....staff has been robotized.

As always, really good prices and decent selection, but when we went the other day for a few Christmas items, they were almost empty. Half of their shelves were disorganized and bare, which was a little disappointing since I usually love to go to Michaels for holiday items.

Found a few things we needed

The cross stitch section was absolutely decimated with overflow stock, put backs, and damaged items to the point where it was unshoppable. Staff was nice & friendly. Sadly what I came for was buried and I literally couldn’t get to it without asking someone to move tons of shelving, which is an absurd request.

Small store, isles are kind of close together/crowded, selection is decent for scrapbooking and can often find sales.

An amazing craft store. Wasnt overly busy and well stocked. I was able to easily find everything I needed. You can look up products online and it will tell you accurately what aisle they are on. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Definitely my stop for craft supplies and picture frames in Asheville!

I go to Michaels once a year... for advent calendars. My grandma seems to love the place, and my roommate gets all of her canvases here as well (apparenly a few times a year theres a good sale).

Great place for birthday gifts for kids. You can always find a box set for creating art.

If I could give zero stars I would!Poor inventory control and constantly blaming corporate for the problem. Could not be bothered to check the shelves until I insisted, one manager hung up on me, the next took 30 minutes to check.The Arden store however had their act together and filled my order with no problem.

If you have hobbies like jewelry making, sewing, knitting, etc. They have a big inventory of supplies for these projects. Michaels is the place to go. They have great sales and coupons to save you money. They have a large supply of artificial flowers and vases. Check them out online also.

Ok for a craft store, better prices than other stores but here at Christmas things are a mess. Items are just being put wherever and todays barcode system allows the store to get out of giving price thats on the shelf.
