I cannot recommend this place enough! I had an absolute blast at my silver stacking ring workshop, taught by Nora. During COVID the class size was small and I felt very comfortable in the shop. With a small class size it felt like we got extra personalized attention which was awesome. Nora was a great instructor and I left feeling creatively energized and proud to walk out with my new rings. Its the best Asheville souvenir.

I had a great time in the class shaping and creating a piece for my daughter. Jessica worked hard at ensuring everyone understood what had to be done and assisted the small class individually. It was as close to a private lesson as it could have been

Took the studios intro to jewelry making class this past weekend with teachers/jewelers- Jessica & Meredith.The class was amazing I learned so many great skills to create my own jewelry.We made two metal pendants, stacking rings and a set stone pendant.I loved the freedom to create your own design on the stone pendant and second metal riveted pendant as well.Jessica & Meredith were very patient, understanding, helpful and all around wonderful teachers.I had never used a saw, torch, solder or worked with metal before this class.I feel because of their teaching I have a great handle on these techniques. Still have more to learn but I am comfortable with these tools.I look forward to the next class and spending some time in the studio to continue to create more.

This is such a great studio! My daughter and I took a class and Meredith was a great teacher-really patient with us and clear. She actually made things like using a torch and sawing metal feel doable for us and it was! We both came away with some really beautiful jewelry pieces. Nora, one of the owners was very welcoming and we really enjoyed the studio in general.

This was such a fun class! I learned so much from Nora and Meredith. They are both amazing teachers. I absolutely fell in love with the jewelry making process and I plan on going back for some studio time. I HIGHLY recommend people to visit Ignite Jewelry studios and take a class!

Booked this last minute when another studio had to cancel on us. We were so grateful that Nora got us in! I hope she felt the same way having us in there. Especially since we were the only ones! Super neat experience, and you obviously get to keep the rings you made. Killing two birds with one stone. Something to check out for sure.

Just completed an EXCELLENT 2 day basic jewelry making class. I would highly recommend the studio classes...GREAT BANG for the cost. Instructors are very good, very skillful, very supportive. The artisans selling in the gallery create beautiful work.

Nora was a great teacher. She was very attentive and her goal was to make sure everyone left with a quality project. She did a great job of walking us step by step through the creation of our rings. Thanks for the great experience to remember on our annual girls trip!!

What a great experience. Nora is a wonderful teacher and really enjoyable. I learned about new materials and tools, and the studio is a fantastic space - light, airy and well organized with high quality tool bench set ups made by Nora and Jessica. I highly recommend Nora as an instructor and her studio as a fantastic space to learn in.

Took my (local) sister who had never heard of Ignite. We made 4 rings each from a silver wire. This included wrapping the wire, sawing into rings, forging together with a torch and then decorating with hammers and metal stamps. It was a very informative 2 hour class and all Covid friendly. If you don’t have the 2 hours for a class, they have absolutely gorgeous jewelers made my the artist in their shop. A must check out for locals and tourists alike!

I took two classes at Ignite Studio. Both of the classes with Nora were great. She takes the time to go over everything so that everyone has an amazing experience. I highly recommend taking a class.

I took the Fused Silver Earrings class with Nora. Nora is a talented jeweler and an organized and supportive instructor. The workshop was taken during the pandemic and all precautions were taken and I felt very safe during the class. The best part, I have a pair of beautiful silver earrings that I made!

Had a special vacation with hubby, as I checked on the things to do in Asheville, I stumbled on the website of IGNITE. Very glad I decided to check it out. I took a pendant class and signed up for a private lesson on how to enamel jewelry. One of the owners Jessica was very nice and very knowledgeable on this art and I got to learn a lot from her. Definitely worth a visit.

I recently took a class at Ignite Studios. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The studio was clean, well managed, and neat. The class itself was very enjoyable, well thought out, and very well instructed!I definitely plan on signing up for more classes here!!

My husband and I took the stacking ring making class. We had such a great time! Nora and Julia are terrific instructors. The class was fun and they really make learning easy! My husband and I are wearing our rings as wedding rings. If we return to the area we will attend another class with them!!

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The plan for the evening was clearly laid out. The instructions were broken down into small sections so the group could work together. My 12 yr old daughter had no problem following directions to make the stack rings. We had a lovely evening and left with very wearable jewelry!

My coworkers and I went to Ignite and made stacking rings as a group. The studio was clean and bright. Noras instructions for each step were clear, calm, descriptive and encouraging. Nora and Jessica were happy, friendly and attentive as they gave guidance and assistance. It was a great experience that I highly recommend! How cool would it be for a Bridal Shower!?

Had a great time. At first signed up for ear ring making, but my mom and I had such a lovely time that we signed up for a stacking ring class the next day. Would gladly go back for more.

I went with my mom and we had an amazing experience taking a class with Nora and learning how to make stacked rings. She was so helpful and patient with our questions. We are already planning a time to come back and take a second class!!

What an incredible experience. We went in to take the make your own stackable rings with the intention of turning them into our wedding rings. And the results are amazing. How cool is it to make your own wedding rings! How many couples can say they made their own rings? The class is about 2 hours long and you do the entire process starting with a strand of silver up to the finished rings. Nora is a great teacher and is incredibly patient and helpful.I recommend Ignite 100%!

Great experience for my granddaughter and me. Who knew you could make beautiful stacking rings in under 2 hours! Very professional set up and both Nora and Jessica were extremely welcoming and helpful.

A variety of workshops are always available. The owners are helpful, knowledgable, friendly and very talented. An asset to the River Arts District, Riverview Station and Asheville. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the hammering class. I ran out of time or either picked a large first project. Looking forward to taking another class.
