Great mall Ice ring and Round1 is great for all ages. Store a little crowded as normally expected a few lines of people waiting to get in the stores. Which is very good due too covid will most likely be returning soon.
I havent been to imax in a while and i saw tenet so that was pretty cool. Felt like i was in that b...
This theatre left a lot to be desired. Dirty bathrooms, sticky floors everywhere, and a very slow concession stand. The actual auditorium I watched the movie in was okay. Seats were comfy and audio was fantastic. But I did notice a bit of trash still in the auditorium when I went in. The bathrooms were the worst part. I got in late so I went into the family restroom since the main restroom was closed, and I was appalled at the condition of it. It was comparable to a gas station bathroom on a small highway. I would definitely recommend using the bathrooms in the main mall before going into the theatre. That’s what I’ll be doing if I come back.
Honestly soda was flat, popcorn was stale. I admit i went almost at the malls closing ti.e so im willing to let that slide. Seats are stiff amd kinda small, also when the film ended they didnt turn on the lights, we just sat in darkness until people started to use their cellphones and the small guiding lights
Facility always clean and ready to go even on regular times before the pandemic this is one of my favorite theatres to goto and enjoy a nice good old movie.
I love this place great fast service. Nice employees and the best popcorn ever
The Parks isnt dying like so many other malls, so this theater has to keep up on its game where many others slack. It was bright and clean in the lobby and concessions, bathrooms were sparkling and thats no small feat after 7:00 on any day. We went to see a 40th Anniversary screening of The Empire Strikes Back (THE BEST STAR WARS FILM) and there were several movie goers, all adequately social distanced by ticket groups that pre-ordered online. It was as magical as it was in 1980 when I waited in a line that wrapped all the way around Northpark Mall in Dallas. Big screen in this theater was worth the convenience fees they charged to get advanced assigned seating.
Prices are wayyyyy tooo high for the small amount of food that they offer!
You would think after having been shut down for a while they could have taken the time to clean the seats. They are absolutely filthy and have been for as long as I can remember. Please, either clean the seats or change them out to some sort of material that doesnt absorb stains so readily.
Got to see the preview showing of Freaky. I loved it.
Movie blackbird would not show set on at&t screen for 30 minutes after they had been told it was not showing. He said it would restart and it never did so did not continue to watch it and they did nothing about it.
Any theatre with RATS should be shut down! That is a health hazard and an indication of the filth that has been building up here for years! Shut down and remodel! The management here has to be the worst. This couldn’t have been the first time you all have seen rats. The rat was too comfortable in the theatre and I’m sure there are more! There must be an infestation. If you are reading this, do not subject yourself to a rat infested theatre, there are many other options.
The air conditioners at this theater have been broke for several months. The bathroom sinks are out of order. Most of the hand towel dispensers are empty. Its difficult to get a drink without leaving sticky. The floor and counters are constantly dirty. See pics.We asked if the air conditioning was working in our theater when we arrived and were told that they had been fixed. But they lied. Its hot, stuffy, and smells bad in our theater. Theater 10. All the back theaters (12 of the 16) are hot and stuffy.
The theaters are nice! And it’s pretty convenient to watch a movie when you’re shopping. To be an AMC I was expecting for the seats to be comfortable. Even at an IMAX movie, the seats were not comfortable. If they could upgrade all the seats that would be great. Overall, great staff and service.
I was given a $25 voucher for my birthday. My friend paid $25 for it. When I went to redeem to buy 3 tickets, I was told it was only good for 1 ticket. What kind of business practice is that. $25 for a $10 ticket. I dont think they explained that to my friend when she purchased it. Shame on you AMC. I will NEVER attend your theater again. SHAME, SHAME. My friends wont be attending your theater either. And by the was, join the 21st century and renovate your theater at Parks Mall. Really, no reclining seats.
We went to a movie at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The lobby was a disaster and looked like 2:30 in the morning after a teenage slumber party. Food on the floor and no sense of pride from the staff attempting to keep things clean. The theater concession stand was offering a promotional popcorn offer which they did not have so again quite disappointing as it kept flashing in front of our eyes and when we asked for it - the teenage girl in sweatpants told us they do not have the cheddar or caramel popcorn. Seats are badly in need of updating also. Several places in the metroplex you can have a much better moviegoing experience. It was also very, very cold in this theater. Overall not a good experience.I would say that upon request the young lady did provide us freshly popped corn that we had to wait a few minutes for but still, when we asked for it we did receive it.
Popcorn was awesome! Clean theater. Seats were comfortable. However, some of the butter dispensers didn’t work. Super cold in the theater. Could hear the movie blaring in the theater next door. Really enjoyed watching Hustlers! Free large popcorn for your birthday with a free AMC Stubs membership!
Enjoyed the movie on the large screen and great sound. Be nice if the slippery floor was cleaned after each movie. Also, better directions to highlight the restrooms. When coming out of a theater its slightly disorienting.
The facilities are okay--three stars. As with many public, high-traffic facilities, the facilities in this theater are showing their use. I rated four stars because of the staff. They had a great group of people working there.
Always the cinema its clean and good showtimes. Its for me the on of the best IMAX theaters you can choose. On weekends ir could be long lines on glocery and liquors, comes early to get some popcorn and snacks before the timeshow. The bar tender and glocery staffing always its so nice and friendly people.I love it that cinemaFor parking tip, If you goes after 8PM get some parking spot close to round 1 and the first floor. Exits on mall after 10 are closed you probably walking a little bit
This movie theater was a bit yucky. Attempting to get tickets from the automatic kiosks doesnt work well, because all of the showtimes werent appearing. The carpet was excessively dirty. The regular showing theater doesnt have reclining chairs like most of the AMCs I visit. I was disappointed.
We came for a matinee date. $28 for 2 advance tickets, including fees.Carpets outside individual theaters had bits of trash all over them.No reclining seats! Worst part? Our theater stank badly. Mildew? Filth? Who knows! So disgusting! Spend your hard-earned money at a nice movie place.
I used to go to this theatre forever, as long as I remember. It was very nice and cool. I stopped going because I kind of moved. But decided to take the drive because it was it was the only one still showing like a boss. I went in it was okay up front. Well I went into the actual theatre. It was very hot and humid. I was very disappointed on how it turned out. The seats were very very stained dirty. Uncomfortable. The worst of all is the screen. It was like watching on a very old television. It would of been better me waiting to watch it at home. Maybe it’s because Cinemark is more new and new seats very cold and the picture is way better quality there. I don’t recommend until they upgrade. It used to be my best choice. Very disappointed. I hope they step up.
Getting through the ticket line was easy; however I normally use the kiosks and they were out of order. Concessions was a different story. Line was long and they were out of items - this was for an early 4:50 show. There was a bit of a smell in the theater as well. Not impressed.
Honestly this theater just have a nice appeal to it. Going up the stairs to the big entrance where they have the portraits of all the actors like Eddie Murphy and Mel Gibson. The actual theaters are all comfy and the picture looks great. Definitely a great spot.
I am an A-list AMC member and I would think that as an AMC theater there would be better seating, however the seats were so uncomfortable and the view was horrendous. Also the theater was dirty, and the handle bars were sticky. AMC franchise needs to step up their game and bring this theater up to standard. I definitely will not be going back to this theater.
Overall the theater was clean and the movie quality & sound was great. The seats could be upgraded, but they weren’t terrible. The biggest downfall is they are currently having air conditioning issues so the theater I watched the movie in didn’t have any air conditioning. Also, they definitely need more employees helping out. Luckily I bought my ticket on the app or I would’ve been late because the ticket line was long & slow with only one girl working.
Reserved tickets for the special showing of Weathing With You 1/15/2020 ahead of time. When the movie started the audio cut out completely for 10 minutes and they never restarted the showing they just continued with the audio on. Many people complained, but nothing was done. The very beginnings of the movie is essential. We left immediately and asked them to restart the movie but they couldnt care less. Daisy offered a pass to see a movie a different time. We now have to reschedule for tomorrow night. Gas money wasted, our time wasted picking the seats early and she gave us a torn piece of a paper with the show time and her signature not an actual ticket??? Hope this torn paper actually works. It was all very strange and handled very poorly.
The theater itself was fine, and the workers did a pretty good job of moving through the long concessions line. The ladies restroom, however, was messy and had several out of order stalls. Granted we did see a movie on New Years day, so Im sure theyd been pretty busy.
Came here to watch Frozen 2 because this is where I watched the first one with my sister six years ago. The theater was just a wreck. The floor was completely sticky and had popcorn. You can tell they do not clean in between any films if at all. The seats looked like they belonged in a junked out 30 years van. They were stained and just gross looking to sit in. Atleast in theater 17. I don’t remember it looking like this when I came for Frozen. The staff was friendly though. Will not be back.
The AMC Theater located inside The Parks Mall in the city of Arlington is visible from the I20 and Frontage Rd.This theater is accessed by entering the mall itself. Once inside you will find it located directly in front of the skating rink. What I really like is that if you are planning dinner and a movie you can eat at The Cheesecake Factory and still access the movie theater. After dining just walk next door to the Barnes and Noble Bookstore. Walk through it and into the mall. Walk straight ahead for about a minute and youll be there. The ticket windows are sometimes open and sometimes closed. If closed just go upstairs to customer service. This theater offers movies in IMAX.The menu items are up to date with what other AMC and non AMC theaters are offering nowadays. So are the beverage dispensers.Sadly, the theaters themselves is where this particular AMC is lacking. Whether your movie is a big movie or a small one, all theaters in this AMC are outdated. The seats are stadium but theyre so close together that part of my last movie experience was listening to the constant crunching of popcorn by the lady next to me. Youre closer to the next person than if youre sharing a loveseat with them. Its also worth mentioning that the seats are not the big comfy recliners that you find at pretty much every other theater or every other AMC for that matter. Again, this is notable because giant, reclining seats with tray tables are the now the norm. Its a competitive market. The hallways and restrooms are also antiquated and in desperate need of some replacements. Replacement payment kiosks, restroom features, carpeting, and concession counters.Overall, this AMC Theater needs a big makeover.
Clean and relaxing to watch movie
There were five or six children running in and out of the theater during most of the movie and the lights kept coming on and then slowly dimming back to darkness. There are a couple dozen stalls in the womens bathroom and NONE of them had toilet paper in them, unless you count the ones where there was a bunch of TP wadded up and stuffed in the toilets. Add to this the inconvenience of making an extra trip to buy tickets earlier in the day because AMC charges a hefty convenience fee for those who wish to buy tickets online and my first-ever experience with an AMC was nothing short of magical. At least the film was great. Everyone should go see Knives Out. Just not at this theater. Giving them a star for at least being fairly tidy and another for not burning down with me inside.
Needs to be updated and remodeled its 2020. Like the rest of the theaters around here. Small tight shoulder to shoulder. Been spoiled I guess with the recliners Movies 16 and the AMC @Irving Mall. This theater was a mess as well. Trash, seats soaked with drink spill. Didnt do much of a clean up after previous showing.
I love this theater. Really nice and it has the most comfortable seats. My only complaint, and Im sure its common, is the outrageous prices of snacks and drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. But its every theater not just this one. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
A large amount of seating is available for various movies. They are also open late. They have premium options if you frequently enjoy movies from theatres.
Clean the theater and the rest rooms need at a minimum deep cleaning, at the most a remodel. Disgustingly filthy. The cleanliness is subpar! I lowered my review due to this.
Prices are extremely high and in the theaters upkeep needs to be kept up better. Popcorn is very good but also makes me weary of eating it in a place that doesnt get clean more efficiently. A decent place to watch movies especially IMAX.
Comfortable seats ️
My boyfriend and I went to a late night showing, everything was great and we basically had the theater to ourselves only 4 other couples were in there. The only problem was halfway through the movie 1 of the couples who were teenagers decided the movies was the best place to fool around. Sounds and visuals shouldve been coming from the movie not these teens doing the do. Really suggest doing security checks or something, this was not acceptable, legal or sanitary at all. We ended up leaving because we were to disgusted to even stay.
You gat to love this place, clean, friendly staff
The movie was great, but you should have more people working at the ticket booth on a Saturday, also one guy at the popcorn stand kept grabbing his hair and scratching his face that is very unsanitary specially now that we have all this viruses going on. I work for a food industry and I know that is very gross if I know Im grabbing my hair i know i have to wash my hands... very unproffesional.
Every employee had on a mask. There was hand sanitizer & wipes available.
This by far is the worst theater around. I have been here 1 time and its pretty dirty. They have sticky floors inside theater, seats are not comfortable, they dont even flip up so when someone wants to walk past you only thing you can do is try to move your legs in or exit aile yourself. Just a mess out where the condiments are trash and dirty. Seats are so close to each other there is no elbow room whatsoever. They really should upgrade that whole theater. I will not spend my hard earned money here again. I would suggest Regal or Cinnamark theaters.
Dirty seats, concession area filthy. Overpriced food, drinks and popcorn. Arlington needs a brand new AMC theater.
Very dirty theatre including restroom. I had to wait in line for popcorn for 35 minutes! Seriously? Dont get me wrong. I understand it gets busy but this was 4 in the afternoon. This was a reminder as to why I stream movies and stay home. I agree with other reviewers. They need to get Saturday staffing increased.
Great mall for a theater. AMC was clean, had a great movie selection, no distraction during the movie... fun.
I have visited this AMC a good amount of times due to it being the closest theater and unfortunately its not all that great. It seems like more people are on their phone or talking at this specific AMC then other theaters Ive gone to. One positive is that because it is situated in the mall (heavy foot traffic) there are a ton of screen times and a wide selection of movies.
Employees were on their phones when waiting on customers. The place is always dirty. Was having a date night with the husband and just didnt feel it was a great experience.
Large theater, always clean, friendly staff, variety at the refreshment counter, and the option to preselect seating during ticket purchase. Two convenient kiosks to the left of the ticket line that help you get in much quicker if you dont purchase tickets online. This theater surprisingly doesnt offer reclining seats, but its still comfortable.
Seating area is always dirty. Almost always an issue with every movie I watch (audio, wrong version, no previews, etc). Food is pretty decent, but not drinks since they tend to be consistently flat and bland.
We just left after seeing Star Wars. The theatre we were in was disgustingly dirty. Stained seats and the floors were awful. No air blowing, so uncomfortable. Wouldnt go back to this theatre.
Really simple to get in and get ready for your movie, easy to navigate and really really friendly staff who are there to help when needed, bathrooms are clean and spiffy and everything just seems nice, of course as the saying goes, the movie snacks are expensive and if your pockets are deep then this shouldnt be a problem. The quality of the movies Ive watched here are top notch same as the audio quality. Overall this place is great for a date night or hanging with the gang. Just be ready to empty your wallet/purse.
This mall is almost always full of people. You can almost always find anything you need here. Highly recommended Mall.
Considering it was Spring Break, you would think there would be more scheduled employees. Unfortunately, not the case. If any, they were short staffed. The kiosks are ALL NOT WORKING except for 1. Horrendous line to purchase snacks with 2 cashiers. UNACCEPTABLE ON SO MANY LEVELS! This trip cost me $75 and I am NOT satisfied with the customer service! DO BETTER! The seats in the actual auditorium are dirty and withered. I may not return to this location.
I recommend coming on a weekday evening when there is no one and you Will pretty much have all of the area to yourself
Bad experience, when the movie started it was already 35 mins into the show, they had to be told it was not from the start, they backed it up, then still not to the beginning, they opened Dish network on the screen, started something, but we had to Read everything, then they shut it off again, so now we are 45mins into a 2.5 hour show, and still was not to the start of the show. Could not get a refund through AMC, have to go through fandango to get a refund, they did give ticket vouchers.... wont go back, seats were nasty....
Dosnt have reclining chairs. Aisles are real close arrived first movie on a sunday didnt have any concession food ready. Other amc are better feel less on top of each other and crowded. Will not be comming back. Only went cause in the area for now on will be going to the amc or cinamrks with recliners
Movie experience is great, but 20 minutes after movie start time and Im still watching previews? Start them before the movie start time!
Just got home from seeing 1917 at the AMC at the Parks Mall. It had been awhile since I had been to this theater and boy has it gone down hill. The problem started after we got a drink at the concession stand. Only 1 machine was working during a Friday night crowd so you can imagine the line. The 1 machine that was working wont stop when you released the button, so there was a soft drink mix on the floor everywhere. We told employees that were close by and they dismissed us. Then we go into the movie to see that the seat were stained and greasy looking. After the movie I went into the restroom and OMG, obviously the management of this facility isnt inspecting the theater because it is in horrible shape. Dont think I will be back.
Movie was good! Seats were horrible, fifthy dirty, I was a bit shocked. For $12 seats clean them geesh! Food and drinks are pricey $$$
Disgusting theater. Absolutely disgusting. Staff is always rude and the on site security never does there job. Too scared to ask loud kids to leave. Not worth the money at all. Lines are always long, even at the kiosks. STAY AWAY
Bring ear plugs when you come. My chair didnt work properly and the show didnt start on time. As a matter of fact we were all asked to leave so they could clean it...that was 15 min after the show was supposed to start.
My cousin and I went to the 3:50 showing for black and blue we were treated so bad by the young lady @ the ticket booth. The manager on duty was very nice, but he really didnt know how to handle the situation. IF YOU CANT TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT YOU SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Good place to watch movies, but they need to do a better job of keeping it clean.
Pretty much my go to Theater cause i have the A list membership. 2 bar tenders there are great 1 is a lady cant remember her name the other is Santa Claus they make some goooood frozen strawberry margaritas.
Im trying to understand why they are still open after Rats being in the theater on yesterday
This is the second bad experience in a row for this theater. I will not make this mistake again. The concession shelves were almost empty. The coke machines were out of ice. The floor in front of theater seats was very sticky and the a/c was not working properly or turned down enough to cool the theater. It was a miserable experience. Movies plus concession costs are not cheap. Don’t waste your money at this theater. Choose to go somewhere else.
My experience was horrible. Its ok that its old..but the seats at uncomfortable..the theater was dark as hell before starting the movie and dirty as hell...I will not recommend this location to anyone. Terrible place.
Saturday night Valentine’s/President’s weekend and only 2 people staffing the snack bar so the lines were long and slow. The beer was skunky like the lines haven’t been cleaned, ever. The “bartender” repeatedly told us she wasn’t a bartender and was getting verbally combative with the guest in front of us. Every surface from the unvacuumed floors to the sticky condiment counters were disgusting.
No idea how this theatre has a good rating. It’s been a year since we’ve been here, which was also a bad experience, so we were optimistic things had changed for the better in some time. Not the case. And now I also know reserved seating doesn’t mean this AMC is current like others. For a 7:00pm movie on a Saturday night, they served old popcorn, and between the 7, literally 7 giant fountain coke machines, not one had ice. After ten minutes of bouncing from machine to machine and just learning with the other movie goers they were ALL actually empty, we told the employees who were flippant, and had no interest. A bartender showed up at the mixed drink counter and gave a few of us ice. So, we fill our drinks, get to our seats, late, and the soda was all flat. Interestingly, the same employees who gladly sell you the $6.99 fountain drinks had no interest in the fact they were only selling you a cup.If you see open seats on a sold out movie here like we did, this is why. Dirty, incapable, and really bad customer service.
This place was disgusting I went on Saturday December 28 and the aisles inside the movie theater were sticky with drinks spilled all over the floor. The restroom were out of toilet paper and on the floor plus no napkins to clean your hands. I will not be returning to this horrible movie theater!!!!!!!
Wanted to buy a beer and there were a few people in line and no one behind the counter. Finally someone went yo go ask another amc employee where the bar attendant was. He finally shows up with an unfriendly demeanor. Never says anything along the lines of how are yall doing or sorry for the wait or anything. He just stands their and stares. The people in front of me wanted menus, so I go ahead and order since I knew what I wanted. I order a beer off tap and he goes to pour and say it must be out. So I order another one and says its out too. He then looks and says they dont have any kegs hooked up at the bottom. No explanation, or doesnt go look to see if there is more in the back or anything. No too pleased but seems like service is going downhill a bit
Walked into the theatre 15 min before movie start and completely dark inside. Turned flashlight on phone to find seating and food on the floor and coke still in cup holders. Had to go up front and let them know theater hadnt been cleaned. Sticky floor in front of our seats and had to pick our seats when we bought the tickets. No previews. They had to fast forward thru them to get to the movie by 2:00. Movie on and no sound. Had to restart everything once again. Not once did any manager or employee for that matter let us know what they were doing to fix the problem. No refunds or vouchers given to satisfy their patrons. Will not visit this theatre again.
Went with my family to see Toy Story 4. The atomospehere was nice. Was clean although food was pretty pricey. I would recommend taking family out to dinner before the show. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
Very nice and clean place!! They have an indoor ice rink, so that is rather interesting to bring your family too! There are plenty of stores for plenty of types people, so this mall is worth the walks
Its not a horrible theater. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. However, every time I walk into any of the normal theaters, theyre always dirty. Popcorn under the seats, cup holders are wet, and in some cases, candy wrappers arent picked up. Not to mention the tickets are almost $12 for a movie. Not for any of the Premium formats or for 3D, but just for a normal, bare bones showing of a movie. Too pricey and messy for the value. However, the Dolby looks nice, so thats this theaters only redeeming value in my honest opinion. This theater is the closest Dolby screen around me.
Great place to relax at. Kinda pricey but overall good
Worst lasts night movie location Ive ever been to! Unsanitary, disgusting throughout so no telling how many germs lurk in the theater itself! Very disappointing.
Bathrooms dirty. Butter devices empty except for one. Needs some love.
We came on a Saturday, early afternoon. The management at this theater should be so embarrassed and ashamed for anyone to come to this theater. The concession was out of most everything, the coke machines werent working. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting. No one cleaned the theater after the movie before ours. Employees standing around and counters were abhorrent, plenty of time to be cleaning. Gross!!
Great and had lots of fun! Also met Noah from the movie Skyscraper ( hes the actor that plays the son Henry in the movie )
I use to come to this theater all the time back when I was working on my undergrad at UTA and was an awesome theater in 2013.Been wanting to see the new Star Wars movie on IMAX and have the best movie experience possible (saw the last Star Wars movie at the Belt Line location and the experience is awesome and by far the best AMC I have been to). So drove 30 minutes one way to the closest IMAX, brought two IMAX tickets for $40, my girlfriend got popcorn and drinks for $25 (I know, awesome right?). Time wasted, $65 in, and excitement is building as the front of the theater and concession stand is as top notch as I remember it.Now this is where the night goes down hill crashing fast. Walk in to the “IMAX” theater (yes, quotes are needed for it now) and the screen looks to be the normal size, but I wouldn’t know if this had the real “IMAX” power because the ten terrible minutes we sat there nothing was on the screen. We got to our seats and they look like the same seats for 2013 and only God knows what is all over them. Let’s say the seats we had selected where suppose to be red, but instead had a mixture of brown and white. Yes, I don’t know if I have the creative writing skills or anymore energy to describe how gross these seats are, but I’ll your mind wonder on how the seat might have gotten that gross. So we decided to find the cleanest possible seats and said to hell with the seats we selected. Movie starts at 720 and sat down to an empty theater at 720. We sat there for about 8 minutes in silence in our still questionable seats looking at a blank screen of nothingness for a movie that should have started 8 minutes ago. So I am $40 in for what is a not on time normal theater experience from 2013. So $45 for no leather seats, no reclining lounger, sticky floors, popcorn all over the floor and no need to keep the movie time on schedule. Now nothing wrong with all of that, if I paid $20 for two tickets. After my 8 minutes of what this AMC is swinging as the “IMAX” experience, I decided it was time to call it quits from all the “IMAX” fun. I just couldn’t handle anymore or I might have lost it and ruined my whole night. So asked for a refund and just went to the near by Rave that’s 5 minutes away from my home. Rave costed me $30 for everything including popcorn, drinks, got the nice recliners, clean seats and theater.I didn’t mind paying $45 for tickets and I would have covered the $25 on popcorn, but give out a $45 experience and let’s update the theaters like everyone else has and charge that amount. Hopefully AMC understands why people don’t go to the movies and this is why streaming services are winning.
We went tonight to watch the good boys & the movie theater was absolutely hot very uncomfortable. My seat was dirty they felt dingy and they stink really bad!! We havent come to this theater in a long time but we havent been missing anything good obviously. I do not recommend this theater at all!! CLEAN YOUR THEATRE! Especially the fact that its at The Parks mall should make it a lot better you would think?!
Dolby digital was great with their cushioned recliners, sound and picture amazing. Only problem was we had several including myself that had to get an employee to have us get up and help pull forward so he could plug in so they would actually work. Plus my seat and one next to me were still littered with last persons trash. Otherwise great experience
The popcorn was not tasty...and please have more maintenance and cleaning for the bathrooms... awful...
It was a night to remember LOL we enjoyed the movie/concert. We went to see BTS the final concert. So that was very emotional.
This new way of doing popcorn it just sad. If I wanted to play for kernels I would have stayed home and had popcorn and a movie
Took the kiddos to a movie and the theater was clean, the seats were comfortable and the movie was good. The kids had a blast and thats what counts.
Disgusting. Theater seats filthy. Half the stalls in bathroom have out of order signs and many more need it. In need of a serious remodel or deep cleaning.
NO JALAPENOS!!!!!! They never put out jalapenos, I have to ask for them all the time and it seems like it bothers them but if they would have them out they wouldn’t be bothered. I like spicy in my popcorn, please have jalapenos out!!!!!! JALAPENOS
Really dirty bathrooms. Some without latches to keep door shut. Tickets overpriced for seats that were not as nice as Cinemark. Overhead lights turned on in the middle of the movie, no reason, just lights on. I left the theater and told an employee that the lights were on. I stopped in the bathroom on the way back and they were off when I returned to my seat. Overall, for my money, Id go somewhere else.
