The manger has a attitude the maintenance team are so lazy its a very dirty place the rent bill is so expensive,i would not recommend this place to anyone

By far one of the worst places to live in, but its because of management. My woman got assaulted in the property, there was an empty mobile home for a long time. Called management, no answer. Left voice mail, nothing. If trees fall, too bad. They switched management so many times. Now its owners are some people in California. You cant even pay your rent on the property.

They Never give me my deposit back....

No one answers the phone. Not sure how you run a rental business with a minimum 24 hourresponse time.

This was my home for over 13 years I made lifelong friends here had the best times as a childHavent gone back in years and would really love too

Lately there have been NO manager on site. NOBODY answers or even returns phone calls from corporate office. Its like the property has been abandoned for SURE!! It hasnt been kept for a while, maybe 1-2 years. It is VERY dirty. Utility bills along rent has doubled in the past year or so. It is BAD!!!

Clean and quiet. And it is right next the the at&t stadium.

Nice community, was abandoned my management but now there is now new management and the community is coming into its on.
