Very nice Management, understanding and helpful. Very nice neighbors and a good variety of ethnic groups.Ive lived here for 20yrs including the time i lived with my parents and I believe its a very clean, calm and safe place to live.

Just wonder if you could put a tiny home in there thats not a mobile one?

They do not own these homes and do not have legal noterized purchase agreements all documents are false! Please any thing you do with these people make sure it is official through a bank and filed with a realestate lawyer! They are scammers!!! Many kids around fun place to be

First off management harasses everyone and threatens the tenants. They are never in the office. And yell at the people who actually take care of there dogs. There are dogs running around not on leashes. The trees are not being maintained. You get harassed if you dont clean up your leaves in the yard. Some homes have fences but others are not allowed to. Tenants have also been asked to get rid of dogs because of size even though there are other big dogs in the park. You will also get towed if you park on the street and not in the driveway. Towing is enforced just not on office employees. Guests are even asked to have background check and be put on leases. Tenants are not allowed to park their cars up front and guests arent either. But its supposed to be guest parking. In summary Management are bullies and dont do their jobs. The park is disgusting and you get towed often. Dont move here!!!!!

The park is calm and ok to live in but management is unprofessional, rude and straight up disrespectful when it comes to handling issues. If I could give this place a negative star I would.
