The mall has done an excellent job in the placement of the outdoor dining with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Throughout the mall there are hand sanitizing stations. Clean restrooms and 6ft distancing is being done by eliminating a sink in the restroom. The stores are following health safety protocols. I honestly feel safe and comfortable.

Westfield mall Santa Anita is doing a remarkable job keeping everyone safe from the virus with hand sanitizer available everywhere and controlling crowds and limiting their hours of operations.

I only went to 2 establishments, but there were a number of people throughout the mall being mindful of others. Parking was not an issue either.Good day to go.

Store employees dont really greet you right away. Its kind of like one of those places where you find yourself standing around looking for someone available to help you out with something, but theres nobody around.

Its a great place to shop it has many stores to look forward to many different items always clean like how their are security guards there to make us safe an there open morning till evening like how the buses stop awesome i enjoy walking around the mall.

Im happy that it is open during covid but more can be done such as enforcing mask wearing and more signs of social distancing.

This place is great, almost every store is open during the pandemic with some social distancing changes. Food is still easy to get, bathrooms are still open, vending machines are still in service, and it is safe as long as you have a mask and are well sanitized. Great place to go with friends or family. Not both together.

I’ve visited many malls through out California from south to north. This one is one of the good ones and my favorite. It is located in beautiful Santa Anita- Arcadia area. You have the beautiful mountains and hills on the background. It has cosy open court surrounded by restaurants and popular brands. Inside the mall it has everything you need. Many popular shops, chains and restaurants. It has a positive atmosphere. Anytime I go there, I feel good. Highly recommended

You can have a lot of fun there, from shopping on lots of categories to different tasty food, and movie, game arcades. Almost everything you can imagine from your mind. Also, its a good place for kids to play, because there is a big play ground for kids there.

Clean, impressing, spacious...compared to other ones Ive been to, this one actually gives me reason to walk around and/or spend the day.

So many stores closed. Seems like more independent, off brand stores coming in. No eating or drinking allowed in the mall... So, no sense doing at annie anns pretzels.

Upscale mall. All stores are not yet open. Mall is beautiful and very clean. Valet parking available. Plenty of self parking also available.

Unfortunately due to Coronavirus the malls are only operating partially. The Restaurants do have outside dinning and curbside pickup, wich I used. I was very happy to conveniently order our favorite foods and safely it pickup.

Lot of parking spaces, good mixture of shops, and clean and airy feeling contribute to a pleasant shopping experience.

It was the first time Ive been there since March of 2020, and it was good to be there again but a lot of stores were gone.

I only went to the cheesecake factory.. first time going out since the pandemic started.. it was a long wait but Im guessing thats cause were only allowed to eat outside.. which was nice and they were very good on social distancing.. the only complaint was the flies.. it was annoying constantly shooing flies away while trying enjoy our meal.. but the food was good but a lil expensive for the quality.. banana cheesecake was 100 worth the money..

Everything was close the only place open was The cheesecake factory. I got some take out but even though the food was good, the next day I felt very bad I was aching and sick and only got well until I trees up. I dont know if it was the food or a bug

Wow! Thanks Margaret P. for hosting this event and getting Yelpers involved. I was at the Taste of Anaheim last year and have to say, the food and venue were I little better at the Taste of Arcadia. More places to visit, sit, mingle, dance, drink, drink and drink other than the lines coming in, the event was a huge success and a great showcase of local businesses. Some stood out more than others, but Ill let my pics do the talking. Until next year. Cheers !

So great to be able to go into Nordstrom do some shopping and have some lunch. It was awesome!

Parking was easy, not crowded, people were keeping social distancing. Security was super helpful to me.

Generally lovely mix of tenants but restrooms and several seating areas were quite dirty.. appreciating many open spaces and artistically lit areas so could enjoy semi outdoor shopping and strolling in daytime and evening alike. (2018: 4 stars)Revisited May 2019, evident that the mall has undergone some lovely sprucing up. Much cleaner and many comfy sleek seating spaces. Noticed a lot of exciting new tenants (the famous Hai Di Lao hotpot amongst other Asian restaurants).

One of the most unique and very big mall by far by my opinion. They have lots of asian stores and culture in it to explore. Lots of fun to visit with the family or friends. Check out food court or fancy restaurants all around the mall. Free parking. During weekends gets really busy.

We love this mall. The Glendale is closer but we drive over here. Best Funko Pop store in town. Place is clean and well maintained.

The mall is mostly closed only the department stores and outdoor shops are open. Otherwise its an absolutely great Mall

I like coming to this mall. So many cool stores and great Asian restaurants. I also like the fact that theres outdoor shopping as well. It does get crazy at times where you spend alot of time looking for parking, but if you manage your visit and arrive before the rush youll have a great time.

Why are customers allowed in stores to shop but not allowed to order food from the foodcourt to take out? They only allow curbside pickup. So i’m walking around the mall went to the food court and felt hungry, i have to get back in my car call and collect curbside. If that’s the case, all shoppings should be delivered curbside as well.

Mall is closed, not sure why they just cant leave it open so you can stroll around, dont need to open the stores, just leave the AC on! There are a few resturaunts open with outdoor seating so there are some humans there. We will see how long this goes on for.

Although its always crowded, Im able to find parking if not there is always valet services. Anything you need to find from children to adulthood you can find here. I usually go for the variety of food and a good movie... lol!

I went to the mall quite stressed because I was not having any luck finding an outfit for an interview. I was lucky to come across the Concierge desk. Had such good customer service from Michael Lin; who patiently advised me on several stores I could check out. Its rare to get such kind and patient customer service. This guy is a gem!

Its open again! While only 60%-70% of the stores are open right now (as of 6/17/20), it was good to walk around and shop and eat again. Go and enjoy yourselves!

This huge mall is superbly designed, and located in a highly picturesque spot. It has a nice open architecture exterior and interior. If it is crowded like on holidays and weekends, you won’t get the the added claustrophobia effect from the low ceilings like some smaller malls. If your favorite store has a shop here, I would recommend shopping here for the better experience it offers.

Really nice mall. Lots of restaurants and food courts. Lots of entertainment like AMC theater or video game playing. Lots of shop for shopping like Macy. Also playground for children. You can basically get everything here. But this place is big too!

Great shopping mall for families. It offers free parking, even though not so easy to look for the parking space. The design of the mall is luxurious and nice. Many playgrounds for kids both indoor and outdoor. Foodcourt meal selection is great.

This mall is the best for people like me. I love asian stores like daiso. The mall is beautiful and big. All restaurants are amazing and there are open spaces for kids to play. They have nice decorations depending on the season, and holidays. Very nice mall to achieve your steps goal and take pictures XD

Well the mall is close to the inside stores and restaurants except those outside, they have been able to use some of the areas outside of the restaurants to place tables and chairs within the social distances to serve the guests patrons to enjoy some time out of the quarantine, observing the rules, but if you want to have something cool to beat the hot weather there is a little icecream, popsicles place in front of the cheesecake factory that its fun to have, to cool down and take a ride over there and help the business in the community to stay alive and in business.

Big mall near Santa Anita, Arcadia which have good collection of all branded outlets, indoor and outdoor restaurants, theaters, sport bars etc. Having good parking spaces. Have 3 side main entry to Mall. A nice place for shopping dress, gadgets, electronics, groceries, instruments, sports items. Or good dine inside or outside restaurant and bars. Live music events. AMC movie theater.

Great big mall to visit with family and friends . Food is also good and lots of options to choose from . We had a nice time and the kids enjoyed the small amnimal rides .

This mall was great. So clean to story mall with so many options. And it being right next to the horse track makes it perfect for the wives who like to shop or who just dont like the horse racing. The prices were very affordable. The food selection huge as well as fun for the kids. Lot of things to do and see. People there were kind,polite,and nice. To many deals to choose from. Had to go back each day we were here. But if the deals dont call you in or call out to ya. Then the smells from the food court in and out all through the mall will. Amazing smells and food. A must visit place.

It is a great place to hang out for several hours. Took a stroll through an upscale furniture store and enjoyed their ambiance. Very relaxing and openThe mall is clean. Covered parking was hard on some days and times. Many shops High quality shopsJust a good place to have for the area. I have been to nicer places but I am not sure if if we can give this a four star there is no comparable mall near it. I don’t have much complain outside of parking space. Why can’t they borrow some for the race track

This shopping mall has everything... except adequate parking on the weekends and that is the only reason I don’t visit more often. Other than that, it’s a great place to get lost on a day when you don’t have anything else to do. Plenty of restaurants and food stands, every type of store you can think of, and it’s ALWAYS impeccably clean.

There have been confirmed cases of COVID at this location and instead of directing their attention to ensuring that shoppers wear masks, their biggest concern is employees parking to close to the mall instead of at employee parking. Parking lots are always half empty and this is what theyre worried about?

One of the best mall (that still alive). There are indoors and outdoors stores. Many. I said many restaurants. My favorite are Ding Tai Fung, Hainan Chicken by hallway close to Ding Tai Fung. The stores itself are mix. There are many pop up stores and the new Lady M layered cake

I will not go into the mall until theres a vaccine. Many young people are not wearing masks. They dont care that they need to wear masks to protect others. If you care about your health, you should avoid it. Media doesnt tell you the health consequences after recovered from the infection.

Food at Red Robin was great as usual. I had a black and bleu burger. My side of order of sweet order was what I always. I treated a friend to lunch. She chose the smoke and pepper burger with garlic fries. I wanted to have time to talk as we dont live close to each other. It was worth it as we visited and enjoyed the endless fries. Service was excellent as always.

There are a lot of fancy stores in the mall . It is worth your time to stroll inside the mall . Besides, I enjoy the delicious food there .

Rarely go to the mall unless I cant get something in time from online shopping, so I have no clue where to go to find something. Michael was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. He even went as far as showing me some alternatives that I would never had considered.

Great curation of stores, super easy parking, AMAZING concierge (Michael, Nancy and the rest of their team went way above and beyond to solve a complex issue we had with a former tenant-- I recommend them to anyone!), and rather polite and low-ego patrons, despite the upscale location. A++ ... we come here all the time!

Informed that there are 5 cases of coronavirus in the mall and the management did not even leave a notice for customers. It is NOT safe to visit the mall

I went to Lenscrafters, 6-26-2020. Only a few shops are open, every shop has hand sanitizer at the entrance and the first thing Lenscrafters did was take my temp and give me a sticker indicating my temp had been taken and i was fever free. Great overall visit to get my eye exam inside Lenscrafters. Mandatory masks for entry, and markers aling the way showing 6ft intervals for external shop queing.

Great experience here getting my gift cards. Jailene are super Friendly and efficient. The guest manager Michael is the best guest service manager I ever met. Super nice and helpful. I will definitely come back every year.

Westfield is a great place to go!They have everything you need so far as shopping goes from high-end designer clothes, shoes & handbags to crazy stuff.Beautiful jewelry ...just everything.When you get hungry the food court is HUGE with tons of options.Restaurants are also very very good...Plan ahead as some have a long wait.Nice Theaters and if you have a wait before your movie ..theres always Dave & Busters!

I was pleasantly surprised by this mall. It was larger than I expected, large variety of stores and pretty modern. The food court has plenty of options, as well as a bowling alley and Dave & Busters. There are plenty of restaurants attached to the mall as well. Im glad I took a visit to this mall, because it will probably be my new go-to.

We tried Ems seafood and raw bar with friend. Ordered seafood pasta with tomato basil souce, fish tenders, calamari, zucchini fries, uni pasta, lobster pasta, garlic noodles and sashimi combo. Everything tasted fresh and good portion too. Highly recommended.

One of best food courts Ive ever been to.

This place has everything, shopping, food and fun, they have it covered, they also have an open air shopping promenade, in case you wish to work on your tan while shopping or hanging out.There is an AMC movie theater and a bowling alley as well as a Gym, so you could easily bring your kids to one of the toddler play areas, do some shopping, workout, have lunch, brunch or dinner and work on your tan, all in one trip.

Wow beautiful hotel and excellent service! I got checked in by Anissa, she is so nice and kind especially she cares about customer needs! Great service for going above and beyond for caring customer service! I will definitely come back to this hotel again and let my friends know!

We went to All That Barbecue-Arcadia. It was great. We got the premium order and it didnt take a lot of meat to fill me up. I will go again (soon)!

Nice shopping mall. Big focus on clothes and self care supplies which is not to be too surprised. Could use a few more tech stores but hey, thats just me, not too into clothes. Bathrooms are well taken care of and clean which is especially nice.

I grew up shopping at this mall, so its amazing to see all the big changes over the decades. This mall has AMC, Bowling Alley, Dave and Busters, and many other great stores and restaurants. You can spend your while entire day here without being bored.

Love the range of food options. Particularly loved the Japanese food passage area. Doesnt feel at all like a food court. Fresh udon noodles and Japanese cheesecake were hits!Most remarkable.....we were greeted by a Westfield concierge, Denise. Shes in the right job....very personable, helpful and rightly proud of her mall!

Found exactly what we wanted and got in and out quickly.

Had a great time with my family when visiting the area. Great atmosphere. We will be back soon
