This review is for the RV portion of this park.We stayed for a couple of days for 4th of July weekend 2020. My husband had to leave a deposit for the weekend, understandable, he was also told that he would be given the rest of his deposit based on the amount of electricity our camper used etc...also very understandable. He had requested that they not send a check to our address as we work in the oilfield and no one would be there to receive it for us. That was communicated very clearly and with as much respect as possible, yet when he called about the check that following Friday, July 10, 2020, he was met with complete disrespect and was rudely told that his check wasnt going to be ready until the next Friday and they were waiting on a cashiers check.Fast forward to the following Friday, July, 17, 2020. My husband called in to pick up his check, spoke with the same rude woman who went on to say that they could legally hold his money for 30 days and that he was told his cashiers check would be in the following Friday. Mind you this is the second week he was rudely told to wait.The third Friday (last Friday, July 24, 2020) He called in again to pick up his cashiers check. They said it was ready and he could pick it up before lunch. The man works! I had to go get it for him, no big deal. I arrive at the office and was told to wait outside due to COVID. Theres no cover to stand under in this blistering sun...and I waited for nearly 10 minutes for the woman to hang a HAND WRITTEN PAPER CHECK out the window.Mind you this whole experience was horrendous. You cannot pay with Cash, card or hand written paper check. They require the RV people to pay with a cashiers check!Our camper is a 38 bumper pull and they crammed us into the back corner right next to a support cable for the telephone pole...in a spot large enough for a 30 or less unit. The parking was extremely tight for our two vehicles as well as shared parking with three other families. The only good experience that came from this place was nice level concrete pads.Campers. beware.

Quiet and Peaceful RV ParkSince MyKing(Spouse) and I moved in weve recognized what draws people to Live RVAnna and Dana will welcome anyone with a Smile So far weve just moved into the RV Park and we dont have any complaintsI will continue to update

Beautiful growing community. The whole park is clean and well kept by the staff. Also, the park managers are very friendly and courteous. A great place to live!

Its a nice place to live we like it BUT THEY DO WORK AND DONT NOTIFY RESIDENTS THAT THEY ARE GONNA TURN WATER OFF THEY SAY WE TEXTED YOU BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS KNOCK AND SAY SOMETHING TO THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ALSO OR SEND OUT PAPERWORK SAYING WE ARE DOING WORK THIS DAY THAT WOULD REALLY BE A BIG HELP EVERYONE WORKS IN THE HOMES AND THE OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS VISITING CAN BE THERE AND WATER OFF THATS BAD COMMUNICATION WITH RESIDENTS. JUST SAYING

Totally awesome upgrades to the Property!The on site manager was able to answer all questions and presented the Unit I was inquiring about effectively.

I live here and its a nice place to live people in the office are nice.

The best thing we ever did. Love the place, and management.
