Just got our new house here. The house and neighborhood is so cozy.

Management is not on site and not interested in their tenants. Streets need repair.Rent is $270 per month plus $20 for trash also water paid by tenants. Totals about $315 per month. So priced right.Most tenants are long term and get along well.

One of my best friends lives in this park. Its very clean, quiet, abd tranquil. Every tenant seems to mind their own business and keeps to themselves. Lots are a bit.too close abd there is not any kind of rec center. Otherwise I wouöd have given 5.

So far so good.

Trailers are all well kept. They need to fix potholes in road
