I definitely recommend this pace for Family night the employees were awesome and made me feel right at home ... I definitely recommend it

My daughter just had her birthday there and it was okay. I could never get a hold of anyone for information and had to resort to email and only had one reply and that didn’t cover my questions at all. Showed up for her party and apparently the owners didn’t relay the information to the employees. There was also a crowd of teenagers who were very loud and inappropriate, especially with younger kids around. One particular teen boy was screaming into the face of a girl and raised a hand as if he was going to hit her. He got kicked out only to be let back in 10 minutes later. We were not happy about that. A couple families left because they had small kids witness that. We would have too had we not been there for my daughter’s birthday. It just feels like there is no one keeping those teenagers in check. Prices were decent and most of the employees were nice.

I love it I go every Friday I enjoy see friends playing games and getting to know the employees. Speaking of them they are so nice and helpful with what ever you need. And its very friendly there over all absolutely great place! :)

Love this place. I started going as a kid in the 70s & all my kids either went here or still go here.

My daughter had her birthday party there and everyone had a blast. Also the workers were super nice and helpful! Prices were great too.

Fun place for the kids to skate it wasnt very expensive not very busy They had games during this gate session we will definitely go back.

Just like when I was a kid. I honestly dont think a single thing has changed. And in this setting, thats not a bad thing. The lobby/ space to snack/ area to put skates on is a bit tight. But thats minor.

I love the place the coach is amazing, and all the people are too. We know how to get things done and work hard. Everyone helps each other when their struggling. Its a lot of fun going to compotions and being with the team. I also love all the people involved, everyone is so supportive and fun! I love our team very much. The gem is a great place to start to learn how to skate. The coach teaches you everything you need to know and how to improve.

Too sketchy for my Skechers. Everyone was very unique, and the floors had a nice layer of grime to simulate skating on a carpet. I love the dog they have and the early 2000s music was great. I always wanted to travel back in time. 10/10 wont go again but good job.

We took our two youngest skating and had a blast. We love the little PVC carts they have to help the little ones who are learning. Great place for an afternoon of fun.

Ive been going since I moved and its a really good place to go with friends after just going a couple times its almost like a family you become part of

Great staff!!! The lobby is a little run down, but the rink is great. The big group of kids who hang out there act very innapropriate, and wild, and swear/scream a lot. Not a great place to bring small children on Fridays.

Its fun and you get to create awesome memories there with your friends and family

Reasonable prices, lots of fun. Staff is dedicated. Lessons and teams focus in good sportsmanship. Always pleased when we visit

I like going to the gem because its a fun place and the employees are helpful and nice to EVERYONE. Keep doing what your doing!EDIT: I moved out of Menasha and recently went to the Gem Roller Rink because I remembered all the fun times I had there. I brought two of my friends with me and one of them borrowed skates from the Gem. The employee was snippy when we had to return them to get a smaller size like it was too much a burden. The atmosphere of the employees definitely changed over the years. It’s a fun place to go, but I recommend bringing your own skates.

Smooth floors, a great place to go anytime with anybody that knows how to roller-skate, the staff is friendly and so are the people I highly recommend this as something to do if you want to have some fun

Not too fancy, but if u just want to skate its a good place. The wooden floors is nice without any noticeable cracks or chips.

3 for average (not bad). Id like to bump it to a 4, but the off rink area is too congested/not well organized. They play fun games during the skating. Good time.

Ok, if youre looking for a nostalgic look back to the 90s this is great. But you have to get past the fact that it has not been updated since then. It is dirty and old.

Ive had an amazing experience here if you go here long enough its like one big happy family that jokes around and wont judge you for anything its very good place too be at.
