Lots of fun great staff. Great prices

The kids had such a great time. A foam pit to jump into from 3 trampolines, basketball hoops above trampolines (a real slam dunk with the kids), 2 full size dodge ball courts (all on trampolines), and a free jump zone where the trampolines are wall to wall, including going up the walls. Women were in a sectioned off area for jump aerobics and there were bleachers and tables and chairs for adults to sit while the kids jumped away. Adults can jump also! Great deal on Groupon too!

A lot of fun for the kids. Prices a little bit expensive. 13 dollars per one hour per person, plus three dollars per one pair of special socks (which are required). My kids favorite area was dodgeball.

Kids had a blast, friendly staff and over all people were very courteous!! Will go back

Great place the get exercise and enjoy family time. Environment is always family friendly and lots of recreational things to do. Only thing I would like to see improved is its space for families to have plenty seating and for coats, belongings and personal items. Feels extremely tight and close no room to peacefully rest your cellphones, wallets, purses and bags.

My two young kids had great fun. Employees were teenagers who did not really care about enforcing the rules. Great if you want to double jump with a child, not so great when adults are jumping without regards to anyone around them. Definitely going back.

My kids enjoyed it, and left happy. Plenty of seating. Only things I could comment are were the soap dispensers were empty, as well as the foam hand sanitzer which makes it hard not to spread germs. The photo machine was out of order which we wanted to use. The kids wanted us to jump with them, but for our family it would have been well over $200 for 2 hours. As much as I would like to bring them often it will be more a special occasion type thing because of the cost.

Sunday toddler time. Highly recommended. Great facilities, want too busy the morning we went. Sure was a little out of it but helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to bring an active 18 month old up to 4 or so. Mesh of smaller trampolines and foam pit kept is entertained for the full hour.

Toddler time is amazing! Much better pricing and my 4 year old had more space to play.

This place is a blast! Had never been there prior to this year, but have been there at least four times already. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the trampolines are great fun! Great place for kids!Only complaint I can think of is it would be nice if they would be consistent with keeping young kids playing dodge ball properly. There have been a couple times where a kid ran in and was just chasing my son around without playing dodge ball, which my son wasnt too happy about since he wanted to play dodge ball, not tag. Not the end of the world by any means, but perhaps just something for them to focus on and improve.All-in-all, this place is awesome! Bring your kids here! You wont regret it.

Great place for a kids birthday party. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The parties can be pricey but you get what you pay for. You get a party host, pizza, soda, water, utensils, and a Manderfields Cake that is delicious. Usually good deals on Groupon as well.

Kids have a blast every time we go and Groupon helps to make it more affordable for us to afford! Nice, clean building and I love the new massage chairs. All the bouncing is a great way to tucker the kids out & burn some energy!

Great place to take the kids. Took my two oldest and they had a blast jumping for an hour. They have a dodge ball court, trampoline foam pit, trampoline slam dunk court and a large jumping trampoline. Would definitely bring the kids again. They also have birthday party packages.

1 hr flew by!! So much to do and good way to keep kiddos busy. A cozy little are upstairs for parents to wait and read, while bigger kids play. Younger ones do need an adult with since we didnt see any toddler only area. Section was designated but all ages were in there. Snacks and beverages are available too! Reasonably priced, cheaper than Jump America, thats for sure.

Brought my Granddaughter here to jump around, for a 1/2 hour session, it was fun and the workout was great she really liked it ! They have a snack station with a good selection.

My family of 4 with 6 and 9 year old boys had a lot of fun. Staff was young but attentive and were smiling and enjoying their jobs. When it was busy, they separated the dodge ball players based on age into 2 areas. When it slowed down the dodge ball combined but the older and younger kids were conscious of who they were throwing at so everyone had fun. I can see it being an issue though depending on the courtesy of the guests. It was supervised at all times, as was every area. Will definitely return. If you have kids 4 and under you should probably lean towards going to a bounce house place. 5 and up, the trampolines are far superior.

Awesome place to take the kids to burn energy doing something they do constantly.... Jump lol If you ever there try it out. Had a blast. Kinda pricey being i was coming from MN on a visit, but the staff helped me out with 6 kids.

Way better than I expected. Kids had a blast and cant wait to go back. Not ideal for little kids ages 1-4. Too many older kids running around.

Supervision seemed a bit thin, but it was otherwise a great experience for the kids. Great value.

What a great place!!! We will definitely come back. Who cares that you have to pay $2 for their socks...their staff is wonderful.We did Toddler Time on a Saturday morning. It was a blast. I felt comfortable with my daughters and the staff. Chris who works there is excellent!! He was interactive with the kids - encouraging them to jump and play. We will definitely come back any Saturday we are in town to Sky Zone. What a great place for kids to burn some calories!!! Thank you!!!

So much fun for the kids. Ages 3-16. We go about once a month and we have a great time every time. Prices are a little high. But its worth the energy it burns. Staff was very friendly.

This would be a really fun place if the staff would do their jobs. The young girl worker watching the dodgeball game would not intervene in any fashion. 14-15 year old kids throwing balls point blank at 5-6 year olds. I yelled at a few and then went to talk to the manager who went and laughed with the girl and nothing changed. Zero supervision by staff and parents. No enforcement of the rules. There were 5 staff behind the counter and 1 staff member playing basketball with his friends. What a joke. I would recommend any place but this.

Very fun and interactive place for the kids. 5 and under can do tot time for 6.00. Kids have fun playing basketball and dodgeball. Highly recommended

Fun place to take kids to burn off steam during the winter. Not for the out of shape adult or one with back, hip, knee issues. The waiver process can be tedious but necessary. Can be very busy on Friday nights and during the day on Saturday.

I went yesterday 7/24/17 with my friends and its so fun!! The food and drinks were great!! The staff were nice. And the foam pit was so fun I liked bouncing in it. s all the way!!

Great exercise for everyone, especially in below freezing Wisconsin. You must get used to the sweaty feet smell, and the arcade is sorry of lacking.

Had a really good time. Not sure if it was just perfect timing, but it wasnt very busy, started with a half hour and ended up extending. Planning future visits

I have brought my child here several times for tot time. Friendly staff, clean facility, good selection of snacks (if you need some) and it looks like a fun place for older kids and adults later in the day.

Unlike competitors, place is clean, Jump Pits maintained well, (dont smell) and have foam debris floating in air(like local competitors) most space available vs competitors!

I enjoy coming to this establishment but tonight was an exception. The staff were not doing their jobs, and there were older boys on the dodgeball court throwing the ball at kids 8 years younger than them from point blank. I asked the person running the dodgeball to say something to the older boys, but she proceeded to let them have free rein. After I complained about it to the front desk, she proceeded to open another court and then pay no attention to it. We left 30 minutes early, because it was that bad. I really hope that you guys can shape up your staff, and then you will get some customers back. For now we will be going to xtreme air instead of sky zone. Your establishment is a nice facility, but the staff are the complete opposite.

Not for grown up entertainment. Mostly kids. Very little to do. Its basically renting a trampoline for $12 an hour while top 40 music blasts behind you. Also, you have to buy socks, which are like $9 a pair. There are better ways to spend money.

We arrived a lil after 12 but after we finally got our socks and the kids used the bathrooms and we found a cubby to put our items in... almost 15 minutes had already passed. So now the price we paid seemed really extreme because the clock started right at 12. So I was very upset with that. The foam area was very unorganized. There was no quick way for the kids to get out of the foam pit. No rope to pull themselves up and having a young child meant I had to climb in and help him which slowed down the lines for the other jumpers. I’m also not sure how clean the actual foam pit actually was. The basketball area was also unorganized. Many of the kids would not pass the ball that they had just used to the next person. It felt very rushed and my son who loves basketball did not enjoy it. We were also unsatisfied with the small areas for each person to jump in. Then no flips allowed:/ Kids want to do flips on a trampoline not just jump in a small square. They have more fun on our trampoline at home then they had at the Appleton location. And to top everything off... we drove a hour to the location. Overall our experience was not one that we would recommend to our friends. Given that I have 5 boys, that would be a lot of recommendations that isn’t being given.

Needed a place for a birthday party on 10 minutes notice. Called Skyzone. Megan answered the phone, said no problem. Showed up with 5 kids. Megan took care of us from the time we walked in till we left. Fantastic young lady. Thank you Megan for making this a memorable day for my daughter!! Great job!!!

Work on the rules. Someone was breaking 90% of the rules, and the worker was just watching. One of them played with them too. Fix this problem. But besides that it was fun!

Best place ever according to my 12 year old son.

Kids and adults love it. Great exercise. Staff is friendly and helpful and if you dont go home sweaty, you might be dead already. Watch the little ones in dodge ball as they might get in with adults or big kids and get a face full of ball.

Love the customer service, the older kids who work there are so nice to the youngers.Were planning a party there and Annie was so kind to work with me! I think she is as excited as I am.Pray for us - ten 13 year-old boys, dodge ball and mountain dew!!!

I was hesitant to take my toddler due to the safety risks, but he loves toddler time. My only negative is the cost of drinks (I havent bought food yet). The cost of a water or soda is ridiculous.

Smaller then other jump parks ivr been to went for a friends birhtday nice food and cake (the beard for cake was angle food ) nice over all but there are other places.

The SkyFit class is AMAZING! Upbeat instructor, excellent music, and great workout!

The toddler time is great for parents with little kids. There arent bigger kids who arent paying attention and its usually not so crowded.

Kids and adults had a blast! Only negative is that the 2 hour party is really only 1 hr 40 minutes, very weird kicking us out after dropping a couple hundred dollars at the business. Especially when that was not covered during the tour.

As someone else stated, staff is very rude and will yell at you to make room for others despite there being more than enough room for them. Our group got yelled at for several other reasons that werent safety concerning as well.Overall, a very poor experience with the staff, amount of people, and even the payment system.Highly recommend Xtreme Air a lot more.

I took my 6 year old niece here on a Saturday afternoon and it was not overly crowded, she was able to go on any of the trampolines she wanted to, it was reasonable, she had a great time and she wore herself out.

Horrible place. My college daughter broke her ankle there. Someone came on to the trampoline and double bounced her. The staff was not enforcing the rules! No one from sky zone even checked on her. Her friends ended up calling an ambulance. No one from Sky zone ever called to see how she was. Don’t go find something else to do!

Im pretty sure you lose like 10 pounds there per hour

The staff was very rude and the place is way to small. The free jump is very crowded and if your older you are only allowed on half of the free jumping mats even if there are no younger people on the other side. I HIGHLY recommend to go to xtreme air. Its way bigger and nicer, still in Appleton, and the same price. Was not happy coming to skyzone

Its not as big as it seems. when we had gotton are pizza it was cold in the middle and my friend had to wait like 20 mins for his cheese curds.

Keeps the kids busy, great excercise thats fun. Lots of good coupons.

It was the best time I have ever had in a great while and the staff was over the top and they just made my whole day.
