This review is long overdue since Ive already been to all of the Escape Rooms they offer here! Love the staff! Love the rooms! Love everything about it. Highly recommended! Also, the place smells great!

We had SO much fun here. Weve done a few escape rooms before and this was the first one we didnt escape! But we made it to the final test so we feel good about our progress. The staff were so friendly and the puzzles were challenging but fun! Colt was our Game Master and I feel like we gave him quite the show. We are already planning our next trip there.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience. Jessie did a phenomenal job introducing the room along with how everything works. The room itself was a perfect challenge for a group of six, although at times parts felt a bit crowded. Would recommend between 4-5 for one room.

I have done just about every escape room that they have had.Today Jessie was my game master. I was with my Aunt and uncle. We did the Film Nore one and it was so much fun. We didn’t escape but for three people in a 7 person room l, we did really good! We almost got to the last clue! 100% do this room again and I can’t wait for new rooms to come out!

We did not escape. But it was a ton of fun. Theres only three of us trying to get out and it was challenging but fun. I have never done it in escape room before. My daughter had and so that did help a bit having some prior knowledge of how things worked. It took just over an hour and was well worth the 30 bucks.I dont want to say too much in the review because I dont want to give away any of the secrets but people of all ages will have a lot of fun. In that regard I would suggest it for adults and not for children. The The puzzles are definitely adult level intellectually. Trish was our guide and she was fantastic. They will give you hints if you pick up the phone and ask for them throughout so dont feel like youre going to be stuck and not able to move forward. You can get as many hints as you want.

Very fun themed rooms that you have 60 min to try and escape from.

We did the Houdini escape room. Jessie was our game master. What an amazingly fun experience. I would recommend Jessie 100%! She was great and entertaining. She helped a perfect amount! Definitely coming back!

We attempted unlocking the mystery of Houdini last weekend. Jessie was our gamemaster, and she was awesome! Enthusiastic, funny, very helpful, and she made the experience enjoyable overall. She rocked.This was personally my first escape room, and it was challenging! But fun.We failed at escaping the room, but I would definitely try again and would 10/10 recommend coming to this escape room location. They are great!Thank you :)

Our game master, Jessie, was amazing!! At the end of the 60 minutes we were so close to escaping and she let us finish the room. She was really nice throughout the whole night and gave us good clues. We had a lot of fun and will definitely go back!!

We went to the Escape Room in Appleton and tried the Houdini room. Jessie was our game master and she was amazing! So nice and helpful. Made our anniversary date night fun and memorable. I can’t wait to go again. Good fun.

My two friends and I had an incredible experience at Escape Room Wisconsin! We went for my birthday, and it was so much fun! We went through the Houdini room and it was something truly special for me as Im a huge fan of Houdinis life story. Our host Miles was incredibly helpful as well as entertaining. While the room itself provided memories that well talk about for years to come, Miles added the proverbial frosting on the cake. 10/10 for Escape Room Wisconsin and Miles. We will definitely be back to try our hand at the other rooms available.

Id definitely recommend coming here to do an escape room. Jessie was our game master and she made our experience very enjoyable. It was my first time doing an escape and I would do it again. The puzzles were nice and tricky while the rooms were very well decorated to the themes. If you havent done an escape room before, Id recommend doing it with a bunch of friends.

We all had a great time. I love how when we asked for help jessie didnt just give it away. But gave us a push. It was challenging and fun.They had sanitizer and kept everything up to code with these covid times.Definitely recommend. We will be back to try other rooms for sure!!

It was our first time at an escape room and Jessie was our game master. She did an amazing job helping explain everything to us and we had a great experience playing through the superhero room! Went in for my sons 12th birthday party. The room was challenging and fun. When we got stuck we were supplied with clues to help us finish with 1 minute 14 seconds to spare. Jessie was a great host!

Just got done with an escape room with Josh with our room master. Great experience, Josh was a huge part of making it so great. Although we didnt fully finish within the time limit, Josh allowed us to keep solving the last puzzle until we got it. Would highly recommend

Our Game Master was Jessie and from start to finish, she was absolutely AMAZING. She was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and answered all of our questions. I cant tell you how terrible it is to be in an escape room where a Game Master doesnt pay attention to your group. Not Jessie. She was on the ball the entire night. Her great humor and attitude really set this experience over the edge for us. She even gave the person in our party a special birthday pin and hung a happy birthday sign in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is new to escape rooms or a vet at them (they have some fun and challenging rooms). The entire staff was also following COVID regulations, hand sanitizer was available, and the building was spotless. If I could give 100 stars to this experience, I would.

My group and I had such a great experience! Jessie was extremely upbeat and helpful and I the room we played through (Film Noir) had interesting and difficult puzzles. I’d definitely come back.

I just have to say WOW!! My wife an I got this as a gift for my daughter for her bday. We are new to the Appleton area and cant say enough abut the over the top experience that Jaden and Charlie made sure she had. It was so amazing I plan on going back when we have family come in town. We were in the area for our anniversary and decided to try an escape room after hearing all the hype. It did not disappoint! Miles was precise, professional and gave us clues when we needed them. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience! We had a ton of fun.He even wrote us the sweetest thank you card and wished us a happy anniversary on it. We played the Evolution of Games room and were challenged in multiple ways. It was a great time and we definitely look forward to going back! Jessie and Jaden were awesome Game Masters; they were insightful with clues but still made us work through the clues with some difficulty. They were energetic and excited when we escaped. Plus, they drew our mascot on our thank you card. Little, individual touches like that are awesome customer service techniques that definitely bring back in patrons. My family and I just did our second Escape Room and it was nothing short of amazing! Sure, we didnt escape but the staff there are the best, the owners are so kind, the decor is so welcoming and unique, and their custom Escape Room scent they had created smells phenomenal! Cant wait to go back again!

I don’t know why I thought it would be lame, but it was anything but! We had a group of 8 people from ages 7-45 and everyone had a great time. Challenging but fun, friendly and unique. We will definitely be back! Thanks Trish, you were great!

I was really excited to try out my first experience with an escape room this evening! Due to work schedules, my boyfriend and I decided to call ahead to be sure we could make it before closing time, and were repeatedly assured that as long as we arrived by 10pm, weed have our choice of rooms available (SCORE, i thought, how accommodating!). We rushed to arrive as promptly as possible; 9:59 on the dot confirmed by several clocks.Unfortunately, only to be turned away at the door :(Of course I understand completely about closing times and fully respect others time - hence why I called first and received a CLEAR go-ahead. What I dont understand is the way boyfriend was looked upon judgmentally for his appearance when we were turned away. I can only assume that the receptionist made a hasty judgement that we would take longer in the rooms, because she thought we may have looked unintelligent...or, at best, as if wed cause undue inconvenience for her this evening. Why else would she change her mind only on our arrival?Please, for small businesses everywhere...if you already believe that a group will cause inconvenience due to their arrivals proximity to closing time: ITS PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE to say so if they call in advance. However, please dont assure them its unproblematic to come...then suddenly change your mind when you have the opportunity to judge a book by its cover :( of course the harried, fast trip over there was inconvenient. But the worst part of it of this experience was that it got sullied by what sure felt like blatant prejudice.If I could give zero stars, I wouldnt hesitate. Its always a bad time when a paying customer is made to feel unwelcome :(

Always a fun place! We have gone as just adults and also brought the kids a couple times and either way is a good time! Caitlin was our game host and she was great!

We had a great time! They gave us two options on how to play the room, by the book or not by the book. We chose not by the book, so if the overseer thinks we arent going in the right direction they can give clues/direction without you asking. We were directed once, other than that we asked for a few clues. We finished with under a minute left. We will be back for sure to play another room!

If you are debating on whether to check this place out, let me help you decide...GO! We had an excellent time in the rooms! From the puzzles to the scenic design, this place leaves no stone unturned. You can tell that the owner of this place really takes pride in his business. All the employees were super friendly, especially our gamemaster, Anna, who did a fantastic job! We cant wait to go back to try out more of their rooms!

This is a great place if you want to shake things up with your date night or a night out with friends. They have multiple rooms that change every few months. Some of the rooms are permanent rooms. I have been here for quite a few rooms now and have had a great time every time. The staff is always great and fun. I have always done the 4 person rooms a few times just being two of us in the room. I recently found out that if you book at least 2 spots in a 4 person room they block out the room so you dont get teamed up with two random people. I wouldnt mind randoms being in the room but it is a small room so it could be weird and awkward if you didnt get along so I see why they made the change and actually prefer it.The cost is a little pricey if you go on a Friday or Saturday night and you should always book a few weeks in advance as the spots go quickly.I guess a lot of people worry about being locked in. You are not actually locked in and can get out in case of emergency BUT if you leave early it does end the game for everyone you are with so it really is just in case of emergency. Also, even though I mentioned the rooms being small before, they are not claustrophobic so you should be fine.One last thing, the rooms are absolutely beautiful, with lots of work and craftsmanship going into the design of each one. The decorations, props, and puzzles all come together in a very nice package that you can tell a lot of time was spent on creating the perfect atmosphere.If you want a fun, awesome place run by awesome people. Definitely come by here.

SO much fun. Did the with a group ranging from teen to retiree, and it did not disappoint. Owner us a stand up guy, who made out experience fun for every participant. Didnt escape, but it strangely didnt matter... just made us want to try again. Didnt end up stuck with strangers, either, which was a fear.

Hands down the best escape room Ive ever been to, nothing make shift for the rooms, felt higher scale for an escape room and even though we didnt escape it was a blast!

My family had played a different escape room company 10 miles closer to home and they were SO SO on escape rooms. It was extremely fun with the group of 6 we had. The hour just flew by. The game moderator was friendly and fun. The only drawback for this first timer was it was pricey for the experience. But I would do it again.

I recently visited Escape Room Wisconsin in Appleton for my birthday, and was blown away by how well we were treated. The staff truly went above and beyond anything that we could have ever have expected them to do for us once they figured out it was my birthday. They catered to my friends’ requests in pranking me during our actual escape room activity, gave a complimentary stash of cookies, and wrote individualized cards to everyone which truly made the whole experience feel like one of a kind.Beyond the staff’s hospitality the room was phenomenal. I personally know the owners and their impeccable talents for design which was exemplified in our Agent 21 escape room. The whole experience tested our knowledge, communication, and team-based skills. We walked away from the experience wondering, how in the world we would top this night for our next birthday experience?The short answer is yes, we will be returning, and yes, we recommend that you bring yourself and a group of your close friends for a little over an hour of fun! Shut the TV off, put your phones away, and get over to Escape Room In Appleton. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We should have asked for clues sooner. One hour seemed to blow by very fast! We went with a couple we knew and the venue added another couple. 6 total for the room. Jessie was a lot of fun and a great host for our first time visiting an escape room. Will definitely do it again!

The escape room that we did was very challenging. My group had a good time attempting to figure everything out. They told us it was a difficult room prior to going in. And they werent wrong. If youre looking for challenging and great team-building experience I would definitely suggest trying this out.

Really friendly and hilarious staff. Very challenging escape room but lots of fun! The only downfall is, I dont like that you are forced to be with strangers... Since we are the ones paying, I think we should be the ones to decide whether we want to play with strangers or not. Thats just my opinion though. Otherwise, I really liked it.

I absolutely love the challenges that the escape room has. They are challenging, but for the most part doable. The game masters do a good job coordinating the games and giving helpful hints if needed.
