What a beautiful place. I wanted to stay here all day. I sat on the rocks just listening to the water flow over the rocks and watch my dog Kayla play in the water, like she was a puppy. I could tell she was having the time of her life. If you come here please keep this place beautiful and pick up after yourself. Be respectful. Dont leave your trash.
I loved the hike! It allowed me to see areas of The Superstition Wilderness that I had never seen before. I definitely will come back here again
The trail is well marked. No Tonto Pass or permit required (hard to get that information from website). Easy hike through nice scenery. Good parking with restrooms.
One of the best hikes Ive done here, unbelievable!! Easy hike to the river! Take the first trailhead, its right before first water trailhead.
Amazing all across the board..i will be back!
What amazing hike...beautiful area and surrounding..play attention to where you going ...
Great little hike with such a beautiful spring at the end. Really enjoyed it and it wasnt too difficult
Not a difficult hike, & it was kind of scenic, but very little water.
Beautiful but not well marked. Bring offline maps and plenty of water.
Excellent easy hike in February
Very nice hike.
There are several ways to access the Hackberry Springs. Short route from the Hackberry Trailhead, one stop prior to the First Water Trailhead. The longer route from the First Water Trailhead.
Beautiful!
