We take our kids here regularly as it has the memorable rocket ship, plus the families that come are respectful and the kids all mesh. Recommended.

Been coming to this park since 2011 and it is the 1st park both of my kids have ever been too. Many memories and a awesome place in a great location. And we all know everyone calls it rocket park

Clean park. Lots of equipment to play on. Our 4 and 6 y.o. boys had a blast (pun intended being it is rocket park)!There is a nice shaded are to sit and rest and tables to eat at if you want to pack a lunch. Well definitely be going back soon.

Experienced the Halloween parade there. Big park, fun parade

Park its alright i guess. Seems to be alot of parents who dont watch their kids and alot of teenagers and kids in their 20s who hang out on the playground. Not really a place where we will take kids often. Use to be a great park now its full of bullies and disrespectful kids and adults

Considering the height of the rocket, I was surprised how safe it was! I cant wait to go here again! When I was feeling better, I ran around this place with my son and it was just as fun for me as it was for him. Definitely a wonderful place to be!

Use to be rocket park when I use to bring me kids there. My grandson love it!! Hes 4 and was excited alot to do. He love all the slides.Even got grandma down silde

Much loved local park, lots of parking on the north, east, and south sides.Ball fields, skate park, and rocket park playground, as well as large open green spaces and multiple picnic shelter facilities make this a great local park. Not a lot of shade outside of picnic areas.Long walks so park near your intended activity area, no paved pathways between activity areas so accessibility from one park area to another is poor.Cemetary area just across the street is nice for shaded walking, dog walks.Can be very busy but is large so rarely feels crowded.

I take my son here all the time! Lots of space to run and play! Can be fun for little ones too!

Anokas famous Rocket Park. Excellent playground with tons of climbing and slides. There are even swings and a small skate park. Theres baseball fields and plenty of open space too.

We had so much fun playing at Rocket Park and will be back! Beautiful surroundings, updated playground, multiple ball fields and a super cool skate/bmx area

Wish their were more skate/bike ramps but other wise I love Rocket

This has always been Rocket Park to us townies. This place is clean and the park is far enough away from the road or any thing else that we can let our kids run around without worrying about getting hurt from elopement and just relax for a moment.

Went up to Forest Hills cemetery to water the flowers I had planted in my parents and grandparents urns. This is such a beautiful and calm place to be.

This is a great place to bring younger kids. The variety of playground equipment is good, and the amount of things to do keep kids entertained for a while. Though the quality and condition of the park is by no means up to the standards of some other Twin Cities suburbs, its a step above many other nearby parks in Anoka County.

The park has changed over the years; nevertheless, it is still a nice family park and a place to play/practice all sorts of sports and outdoor recreation.

We love the rocket ship park. Its got a great variety that keeps a wide range of kids occupied. I highly recommend stopping here and letting the kids go crazy. Definitely a fun park!

Clean park with a great playground for the kids. A skate park and baseball field is here as well. Theres a pavilion for sitting and eating, a grill to cook, and places to sit.

Weird experience here. The baby/toddler swings are really high up! I had to lift my daughter with my arms fully extended and on top toes. Very awkward! The porta potty door had a broken latch so everything smelled like sewer. The area also floods. The entire pavilion and grass area was a mini lake. Oh..and there was POOP in one of the tunnels on the playground. Im going to hope it was animal...gross. Also uncomfortable as it seemed someone was sleeping in their car & another person was sitting there idling until we decided to leave. Probably will not go back!
