It was fun! Wish the splash pad was open. 4 kids under age 10 out in the heat. The water would have been nice! But I understand why it was not due to covid-19.

The park is huge, clean and all ages friendly. My kids had a great time and I was impressed with the adult exercise equipment. Very nice.

First time Ive visited this place in over 20 years. Definitely has grown since then. Took my nephew to play there and he loved the park. Very well equipped with playground toys for kids and plenty of sitting spots for us grownups to watch them. Very nice park.

It was clean and I loved the at area. My granddaughter had fun.

Nice, well kept park. Close to a bad neighborhood, but directly in front of the police station. We went last during the Knox Concert.

My special needs kids loves this place!!! The water pad is their favorite part. Although I wish they would fix the gates!! Autistic kids tend to run away for no apparent reason so that would really make me enjoy taking my kids there more often.

A nice park, right across from the police department. Has a wet water pad and playground equipment. Plus if youre into PoGo its got amazing stuff for that too.

Went there for The Market really enjoyed it. Vendors with homemade jewelry (really pretty). Also, vendors with in season homegrown vegetables and fruit, one had some fried pies. Wish there were more vendors.

A beautiful park. We stopped while traveling to enjoy a picnic lunch. Bathrooms were locked, so we had to use the one at the jail across the street. Park was very clean, well-maintained, and heavily used by the locals.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE taking my boys to this park...its big..its in a safe place by the police Station...they have great unique way the kids can play although they did need a toilet somewhere unless they have one and i just havent found out but the business around are pretty good about letting us use the restroom especially the barber shop

Didnt stay long its a park that has been arround along time. Its gotten alittle better then it was. And for just a place to eat lunch or sit quiet its ok during the daytime but not so good to be at. Sometimes and not anything really for kids but the YMCA I close. For kids to be safe and enjoy

I like to walk at Zinn Park. It has a great atmosphire and its nice and kept clean. It located right down town. There lots of play equipment for children. Some weekends there are fun activities for all ages.

Great park. Came in from Atlanta to look at some houses. Seen the park and decided to let the children run around. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because the bathrooms were locked up. What kind of park doesnt have the bathrooms open for the children

Great place to take my family

My personal experience wasnt so great because of the amount of people. It was a little crowded, but the park and splash pad itself it a beautiful place and a great place for kids to run out that last little bit of energy and cool off on those hot days

Its right by the police station and my kids had a great time and felt safe.

Enjoyed the concert in the park for the Juneteenth Celebration and my son walked away from us and the police found him and brought him to us. I had called 911 because I’m not from there and when in a panic I called but APD answered a mommas cry.

Nice and quiet! A great place to do early morning walking.

Nice play ground, the bathrooms are often locked, homeless getting into screaming matches with each other (very bad language), and occasional gun fire heard. Police Station right across the street is a plus. I no longer take my grand children here.

Its a pretty park. Was just there and left within 5 minutes. There was a guy sleeping under the kids slides and he threw an open can of beer which splashed all over everything.

Zinn Park is a beautiful place and has plenty of equipment to keep the children occupied. It has paved walking paths, plenty of shade trees, several benches, a sheltered picnic table area, a splash pad, etc. There is plenty of parking and it also has a building that can be used for different events as well as an outdoor amphitheayer. Several events are held here each year and it is located in the heart of downtown Anniston so on your way there and back you can enjoy the architecture of the older buildings. Its location is also very close to a variety of restaurants. Although there are many positive aspects to Zinn Park there are a couple of negative ones. One problem is littering. Some people seem to not care about throwing their trash down anywhere and I believe that is in part due to a lack of trash cans. The second issue is that it is a place that many of Annistons homeless people hang around. Im not saying that they are necessarily a problem, I blame the local government for not finding a solution to the homeless crisis in this city. That being said not all homeless people are bad by any means but there are some that will continuously harass you for money, steal from you or they suffer from mental illnesses and could potentially be violent. It saddens me to think about all of the people in this city that dont have a place to call home. God willing if my health improves or at least doesnt get any worse I plan on trying to set up a community outreach program at the church I attend.

Beautiful, shade tree filled, perfect for kids on hot day. Located in the heart of the city, always peaceful clean latrines, near by access to all locations. I love this peaceful, down home environment.

Bathrooms are not open. So if you have kids, be prepared for that. Splash pad is basic. Park is awesome, need more trash cans. I love that its right next to the police department

Love this place, great place for children to play and dogs! Although there is cigarettes but as everywhere on the ground and my dog was picking them up, its still a great place should be a no smoking zone though !

I had a nice time without spending a single dollar. I finally learned about the things I had seen there as a child. Its quite interesting. The views from up there are definitely worth the drive. The entire park property is gorgeous.

Alittle something for everyone. Lots of green open space. Plenty for kids to do.

Theres a splash pad open from 10am-6pm for the kids, a good amount of walking space, an exercise Pavillion and lots of playground space for every size kid. Its also a park so theres a good space to walk around or people watch on the benches. And a great place to Pokemon Go.

It’s a nice place to rest in the middle of the city. Lots of old shade trees and well-cared for grounds.

Nice park but Anniston is a jungle do yourself a favor and never live here

My granddaughter loves it here. Have kid and adult workout stuff. Only bad thing is youre approached by people a lot asking for money.

Pretty place. Served suitably for a location for having our family pictures taken. Close parking can be scarce, especially at times when hosting events such as Neewollah.

It was ok a kid fell then went and rinsed the blood off in splash pad :-/

Wouldnt mind going here with other people but the number of aggressive homeless makes it uncomfortable to take the children to alone.

I used to love to take my kids to this park but here lately a lot of homeless in vagrant have been hanging out there and the cops seem to be doing nothing about it even though its right across the street from the police station

We love having our picnic events here.

Full of crack heads, panhandlers and homeless. If you go leave your kids at home and bring a pistol for your own safty.

Visited the farmers market. Kind of a weird location for it.
