Scruffy and shabby. Lots of poorly maintained homes. Landscaping NOT a priority. Reminds me of a hippie commune from the 60s

The path and park are beautiful! The playground equipment is getting old. Some things are broken.

Swampy, lots of birds and dog poo.

Good little medium kids structure. 3-10yr oldSwing set, wood chips, slides etc.Paved nature path through swampy section.Sightings: Cattails, mallards, geese, songbirds, deer, rabbits, opposum, even a pair of wood ducks one year.
