The food was great. Theyre a little pricey. Only two downgrades though, they dont have nearly as many choices as subway, or firehouse. The other is dont have a lot of seating space if you want to eat inside. But like I said their food is amazing and restaurant is clean, so that why I gave a 4

I visited this museum for the first time recently while in Anderson. I admit that I wasnt expecting much from a free museum. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this museum was. For a local history museum, they have a very extensive collection. Some of the exhibits reminded me of the SCSM in Columbia, which I love. I also loved the activity tables throughout the museum, they kept my toddler occupied. If in Anderson, this museum is definitely worth the visit.

One of the best times I had with my fiance James Neill before he passed away on May 3, 2019. He was so proud to show off his southern Heritage and I had an amazing time learning so much about the history of Anderson, SC.

Its truly awsome and goes on forever

This is an excellent source of local historic preservation and exhibition. There are many different lectures and events offered on a variety of things involving the area. And, there is a constant change on what things are showcased on the displays. Always many things of interest on exhibit. Friendly, polite, and professional staff at both the front and throughout the museum. Im looking forward to the next time Im able to visit.

Always Love going to the Anderson County Museum. The gifts are so cute and rare and the knowledge, I thought I knew everything about Anderson where I was born and raised, but I found out different. Alot of amazing information and the way the information is placed actually makes you feel like your there. Great place to go & learn about our Great Anderson SC.

A quaint little museum that lets the younger generation see the history of Anderson. Wow! How times have changed. A must see.

Great history inside this amazing building. My husband and I drive by all the time and never thought to stop in. I am so glad we finally decided to take a look. We were there for 2 hours. The exhibits were nice and very informational. I learned things Ive never known about. Im originally from Honea Path. So to learn that we once had our own currency was really fascinating. I will include a picture! Over all it was a great place to visit. Free admission, but at least donate a buck or 2.

Amazing... Lots of history

Great museum. Youll learn everything you ever wanted to know about Anderson County (AC). The AC education exhibit was especially interesting. Knowledgeable docents. And its free, but you should give them a donation! When in Anderson, check out their museum, youll be glad you did.

Wonderful event for children, great displays, extremely helpful staff, and very thorough history of the Anderson area. I love it here! Rich history and cool items to view. They have great community events! Friendly staff and warm atmosphere! great for all age ages! kids loved their movie night, we really like their holiday bazzare. Very nest place to take the family.

Love this place! You can really feel the history of the region here. I return as often as Im able.

This is a great little museum for our towns history. I love that it includes our high schools, sports legends and even war heros.I wish they would do more rotating exhibits to keep the scenery fresh. My kids love going there but now they have it memorized. If they had something new every 3 months it might pull in New patrons.

Was there to work but got sidelined by the exhibits, its a very nice museum kind of a hidden jewel. Definitely worth a visit.

I loved my experience here. The exhibit is amazing and it tells a wonderful story.

Amazing museum Near Clemson and Anderson. You can learn a lot and see many old stuff from the area. Admission for free. Donation box and patronage available.

Took 9 yr old grandson there for the 3rd time. Nothing new added to it, no new exhibit, etc. But grandson enjoyed history scavenger hunt.

Recently visited with my grandmother and great-aunt, they loved reliving the history of the area. Exhibits are well-maintained and informative.

Surprisingly wonderful little museum of local history. Much bigger on the inside than appears on the outside. Give yourself more than an hour. Free admission and parking.

Fun, educational, and free, whats not to love.

The waterfall lecture was very informative! I cant wait for cooler temps to explore the new falls that were presented!

Dont ever go to Cindy. She has a bob cut, above her shoulder. She works on Tuesday and Wednesday in circulation. She has a snappy attitude.

Lots of info of our town. Very nostalgic. They have a small gift shop. Hours vary.

Very clean and very informative. Lots to see and read. I was unable to tour the entire facility within a few hours. I will be back next time I am in the area.
