It was closed when I was there. I think an infestation of Pokemon may have been responsible.I personally captured a Lillipup, 2 rather sizeable Goldens, a Surskit, an Exeggcute and the biggest Magikarp Ive ever seen.
Im and artist and an art lover. I also love a deal, so when I was able to get my kids in for $1 each and me in for $2, I was happy enough. The lady at the front told us about each exhibit and mentioned a childrens area downstairs. She also mentioned they are changing exhibits. The entire museum was basically changing and was sitting in boxes. Everywhere. Downstairs was changing as well, I guess. There were a few climbing toys, but my kids are 10 and 11 so not a lot interesting to them. There was a bookshelf behind a lot of boxes that looked as though it had books for $0.50 and $1.00. There were boxes of supplies sitting on a table with signs about making crafts, but I felt like I had walked into someones basement and didnt think I should unpack it all. The building is amazing. Some really cool architecture. It could be amazing. Everything felt so modern, aside from the basement which felt outdated (hence the update, I guess?). I hate to rate this so low, but I just wouldnt recommend it.
Was a beautiful place for the wedding event we attended.

It is such a cool place. I attended for a memorial service and it was a perfect place to display all her art work. Loved the idea. Made it easier on everyone so it of the box.
Great atmosphere and beautiful, funny and intense pieces tonight. Most fun Ive had in years.
Beautiful venue for a wedding!
Small community centered and based museum. Friendly service and lots of opportunities for children to engage in art.
Such a neat place. We did a girl scout fairy event there and the staff was awesome, the activities well organized, and a lot of really neat art on the walls.
Small exhibits but the building is so beautiful it is really worthy of seeing.
Wasnt there....was next door repairing a roof....
I had the pleasure & honor of teaching at this beautiful establishment. Wonderful staff with spacious galleries that bring a taste of the art scene to Anderson.
