The equipment is always cleaned after use, the process to book a station is easy and there is a very good selection of games and you can filter to help you navigate the game library. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Im interested in VR tech and this was the most interesting and enjoyable experience that youll find in Anchorage.If you are interested and want to have fun then you will not be disappointed! Im sure the staff and owners of this establishment will be happy to help you out.

Vortex Vr was a great experience even though I have my own headset at home. Nearly no technical problems, you can play together with friends, and they have many high-quality sounding experiences coming out soon. Very COVID safe. Only 2 employees from what I can see and you wear a “ninja mask” to cover up your face.

First Id like to address what your all thinking, wouldnt VR be unsafe during covid. The answer is, no. There procedures are very safe and somewhat genius. They have VR ninja masks that go on your face so your face never touches the VR. As soon as me, my dad, and my friend walked in the building they immediately had use hand sanitizer. The staff were wearing gloves and masks at all times and hand sanitize/wash there hands through the day. The people were wearing masks unless they were playing VR because then they were socially distanced, which was very nice. They sanitize all touch points like door knobs, counters, restrooms, etc. in compliance with the CDCs protocols. Another nice thing is that they have couches and workstations which are sanitized for adults to do there work if they are just there for there kid, and only family members can sit on the same couch or workstation. In conclusion, this is a company that is doing it right.Now to the fun part, if I were to put there whole VR setup in one word, I would say modern. For there main VR stations they have HTC vive pros which is a awesome headset. There pcs for the main area are $2200 with intel i7 and RTX2080 super (extremely nice). They have a very wide variety of games and a LOT of them are multiplayer. Me and my buddie had a blast boxing each other and skydiving together. They had a convenient counter in the vive menu so you knew how much time you had left. They had led blocks for the VR stations which gave the place a very good vibe. Once the Municipality lifts there restrictions they are going to have tower tag and racing stations. They already have the stations setup, and the racing station looks amazing. There is a lot of levers and pedals which means more to the game. There prices for the experience were very reasonable and affordable which was nice. In conclusion, 5/5 stars, this Vrcade is awesome.
