Landscaped entrance w portable potties and parking lot: open til 10pm. Perfect quick walk to watch sunsets on a bench, or you can go off on hikes in several directions. Overlooks the inlet and downtown Anchorage. A bit of a beach with sand and driftwood, edged by rocks. Lots of bicyclist and dog-walkers. Bring your camera!

This is one of my favorite parks. The wide open space makes it easy to watch the kids even when they are doing different things. Its right of the coastal trail so its a nice way to start or finish a nice long walk or bike ride. There are also tennis courts and softball fields.

Very nice park. We just sat and watched the cranes and watched the tide come in. Others were jogging, walking, biking and walking the beach.

I absolutely love this place. Coastal bike trail, beach with beautiful views. Great for hanging out with an awesome view of downtown anchorage.

Beautiful scenic walk. Can walk for miles. There are also some nice sandy beaches. Bring some bug dope.

This park is AWESOME! So totally reminds me of WII sports or something! Got a kids playground, a tennis court, 2 baseball fields, an overlook, lots of bike pathways, and last but not least an actual sand beach! Best park in Anchorage!

Very spacious and a great place to do things with groups and parties; recently went for a birthday and it was AWESOME.

This is the place that the wife and I got married almost 7 years ago. Always clean and the people nearby always take care and pride in the park. I could walk to other parks where this one takes a drive, but Ill choose is almost every time.Lots to do, play equipment for all ages of kids, tennis quarts, baseball fields, basketball course and coastal trail access. I love this park

There was a couple there that laying in the grass that seemed like they needed to get a room. It was not clean n you could tell that there was no up keep done for some time..

A family-friendly multi-use park, and a neighborhood staple for decades.

Ive been going to this park my whole life and it hasnt changed hardly at all. Its a wonderful place to go with family, kids, friends or just by yourself to take a refreshing walk or head down to the coastal trail to walk down the beach and enjoy the view of sleeping lady and the inlet. Such a beautiful place, me and my fiance plan on getting married there in the near future as its one of our favorite places to spend time together:)

An access point for the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail that is near our neighborhood. Softball fields for the younger set plus tennis courts on the hill. Beautiful views of the inlet and Mt. Denali if you are lucky!

This is one of my favorite parks because its a great place to play fetch with your dog in the baseball field before hitting the Coastal Trail to the lagoon or earthquake park (its in between the two). Beautiful views!!
