Very clean park... quiet neighborhood.

Lived here 6+ years and like how much better the park is getting. Kids like playing on the new playground. waiting for the pool to reopen for summer

I have been visiting friends in the Community for 10+ years, and I must say in the last year the improvement to the community has been astonishing!

The pool was closed most of the summer and still isn’t open, assistant manager is disrespectful! She records people with her phone without permission and for no reason

Pool has been closed for months now. Im starting to think its just there for decoration.

Management has been doing such a great job to improve our community. New playground and it’s very clean. I’ve been living here for over 10 years and this is the first I’ve seen an improvement.

This park seems like a little get away from the normal area scenery. Family oriented park and rent is comparable to surrounding parks. Staff is very friendly and attentive to any issues.

Nice family Mobile Home Park pool, jacuzzi, club house with pool table 3 laundry rooms down falls are no privacy no yards & parking is really limited

We went to drop off my ant at her house and the security gave us a ticket we didnt even stay for 2 minutes

Been living here for 16 years really calm friendly neighbors

Rent is too high for what you get and the manager doesnt have the authority from the management company to make any changes or help solve the vanalisim and other petty crime that goes on.

This place sucks

There is never visitor parking. Kids running every where like they have no parents.
