What a great place to call home. The clubhouse and landscaping is absolutely stunning. The clubhouse remodel (including the pool, interior, and exterior) is stunning. The residents and owners of the community have strong pride in ownership. The entire community management team welcomes everyone. I truly feel grateful and blessed to be a part of this community.

THE WORSE PLACE IVE LIVED. THE MANGERS ARE NOT ABIDING BY THE LAWS. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDNT PARK MY CAR IN A HANDICAP PARKING WITH MY VALID PLACARD. THEY ONLY HAVE 1 HANDICAP PARKING WHEN THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST 5 OR 6. ALSO DRUGS ARE BEING SOLD THERE ACCORDING TO A NEIGHBOR . VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

12 2018 The most disgusting place I have ever been forced to live in. Drugs, low class living and horrible. Ive been gone since 1984 and thank G0D. I was so traumatized that I STILL refuse to ever, EVER live in a mobile home park again. Ill go into an apt first. Ill never forget my Friendly Hills nightmare.
