Well kept mobile home park. Everywhere clean and tidy

Outstanding place to live at. Very quit and every one is friendly. The management is very helpful and pets are allowed. TheMain hall can be used for family gathering. All is needed is a deposit for cleaning up ifthe place is not cleaned up then the money is used for cleaning the place for the nextfamily to use the facilities. The funds are always refunded for the Hall is alwaysleft as cleaned as it was found.

A quiet mobile home park located behind the 91 freeway.Even though it is 40 years old, it still looks great.Park Management does a lot of work in maintaining the landscaping and essentials of the Park.All residents can use the amenities that include a clubhouse, billiards room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbqs, and greenbelts.Lots of Visitor Parking, which is very rare for a mobile home park.

My sister and brother-in-law live there and they really like it. There is a Club House, Pool, and Spa for residents use. They have social events like bingo night etc. The area is well maintained. There is visitor parking around various areas for guests. There is grocery shopping and gas stations nearby. The freeway is very close as well.

This is one of the best mobile parks in the area. I truly appreciate how they maintain the cleanliness and orderliness in the community.

There is a grand Community Clubhouse with a crystal clear pool and spa, large kitchen, card room, billiards room with three pool tables. Many large community events are hosted by the communities home owners association along with the communities management. I couldnt ask for any other place for my son to play around and grow up in also it makes me feel a lot more safe to know that cars that come in and out of the mobile home park have to be conscious while they drive and cannot go more than 10miles per hour

Nicely landscaped. You can easily gauge the traffic flow on adjacent 91 freeway by the decibels.
