0 STARS! Rude. Lady asked to check my purse assumed I was stealing when I went in with my boyfriend and was planning on buying a variety of things for our anniversary. Without hesitation I opened my purse and shower her nothing of hers was in there. Never once attempted to steal anything. I had 300 cash to spend and left empty handed after the service I received. Everything I was holding to purchase she was grabbing away from me. I never gave attitude or was rude. Never again will I go here. First and last visit ever. Never have I been treated like this at a store.

Got what I wanted here, very reasonable prices, good selection, especially glass goodies!

The outside isnt much to look at but inside has a good selection that tries to cover all the bases. Some stuff Ive gotten online somewhere else only to find it here after the fact! Staff is helpful when you ask for their help, but gives you space to look around. Good neighborhood adult fun!

The store actually DOES accept returns. FOR TOYS ONLY. it could be a manufacturing issue THEY UNDERSTAND.and have sign posted by the registrar. keep your receipts bring back within 2 weeks of purchase, in good condition. the store will attempt to charge or apply new batteries. if it doesnt work they will give you store credit. and they offer a punch card for every purchase and on the 7th purchase its 10% off

Doesn’t work!! No refund No Exchange policy. Terrible Selection and extremely limited and overly priced, purchased my first jack rabbit calexotics dildo vibrator and only the rabbit head works. No rotation and power force is very light. No exchange no refund policy. Terrible store! I’d rather go to LA pleasure chest!!

The had a very very limited supply of toys not much of an inventory what do ever. The gentlemen working there was nice though. Not the best area either.

I like this place because its quiet, out of the way, has a good selection if youre looking for a lot attention while shopping then this is not the place for you, the sales staff leaves you alone until you need assistance. My husband and I go in there maybe once a month and we love the place!

My husband and I were under the impression that this place would be larger than it was because they call themselves a mega outlet. There service was not good, the place is extremely small and the selection Of what they cary was very small and outdated. We wont be going back there
