The Herring HotelIs a place of strong history and strong and beautiful construction. I really enjoyed my tour. Cant wait to go back to get more detailed photographs of the XIT Coffee Shop and the Crystal Ballroom. If you get a chance get yourself on the list to see it. I hope someday to see it back restored and open to the public for business!!

It says on the north side of the building it is a will be not a once was! I hope that this historical downtown building gets restored or renovated to its former glory! Its absolutely massive! If it was in operation it would have room for a luxary hotel with a couple fine dining restaurants, with huge office spaces and some luxary lofts. It would take some millions$$ invested in it to get going but once going would be a good economic investment for Amarillo!

This place is beautiful and needs to be renovated.

Went late this morning and was taking pictures took two and one theirs nothing their then the second one their is a ghost coming out of the window it was black and white

Run down old building, waste of tax payer money.

I hope someone Restores this Beautiful Building Soon!! It still has SO Much character and charm!!

Needs to be preserved not destroyed
