I love that a place is trying so hard to get us some good entertainment here in Amarillo. They always keep their facebook events up to date and everything too. Just saw The Toadies here and it was fantastic! Thanks for an awesome time.

Just had food delivered - person picking up waited a long time, had to get manager to chase order - order arrived, missing items, ordered crispy chicken wings, were soggy & flavorless. Also ordered a salad, NOTE not a side salad, pretty much what we got maybe 1 TBSP of veg & we are being generous- very disappointed.$50!

Hoots was a great small venue to catch a show. We are out of towners and enjoyed being able to be close to the stage for the concert. Saw Flatland Cavalry here, and they never disappoint. Drink lines were long, but such as to be expected when a good band is in town. Would definitely go back if we are ever back in town.

You get really close to your fave singers and bands. The owners a cool guy and the place is nice. Beer is a little pricey but enjoyed every minute.

Bought tickets for a concert at Hoots, the ticket website had no mention of the show being 21+, myself and the 6 others (all 18+) I went to the show with got turned away at the door and denied a refund. The only thing the manager told me is that the owner might email the ticket seller in the morning about the misinformation.

Drove quite a ways to see my favorite band tonight just for it to be a 21+ bar. No where does it state the age limit on their website. Someone should fix should probably fix that.

Always has a good band playing, bar staff is cool as hell and have fun. My favorite spot for live Tx county music. I celebrate my b-day here every year!

It’s a very nice venue to catch a good show, I thought the music was very good. Staff was pretty good, and the crowd seemed pretty friendly. Lots of room to get around, and a nice dance floor. I also enjoyed there deck/ smoking area. Very spacious.

Not a safe place if your alone. Stabbings and the security is more than likely to jump you. The security literally put there hands on my sister. She did nothing to them and nothing to deserve hands placed on her. After witnessing that I will never go to this place again. They are lucky to still be in business.

Good place to have a few drinks and dance. The music played was a mix of old and new hip hop, with a little tejano thrown in there every now and then. The beers were cold and the mixed drinks were good. After 10:30 the crowd was mainly younger, but we still had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Nice bar, has live music. However completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user as the actual bar is up some steps, so unable to get drinks if I was there alone.

My 1st time to visit hoots all employees knew how to mix drinks was very kind and was very welcoming to a 1st time visitor clean bar nice and alot of space love the free pizza on Sundays a very professional place to hang out with freinds

Terribly slow service when they are busy but well made drinks and specials. But if you want to meet new people and dance it’s a good place. I personally don’t like the huge crowd but for young people it’s a good place to go for a fun time.

Suppose to be a live band but there was no sign of them when we left close midnight! The said they were suppose to start at 9 or maybe 10

Great night watching a friend rock it out with Data Kid with live music!!!!!! Seems like the crowd got larger later it got they rocked it out for me and Hoots pub it bringing in the new youngster crowd that is like 10years younger than me and I loved the fact that they brought in a Band that would relate to young and old. Glad they the group got to play and have a blast with all the people out to celebrate their come back home they have a few more shows

Played league pool there. Cant say it was a bad experience, cant say it was a good one. They seem to be carding everyone comming in the door, so be prepared.

We LOVE this place! Especially since Casey bought it. Great drinks! LOVE BEAU & CAMERON!!! Really clean. The new patio area is AWESOME!!! My only complaint would be the cover charge for unknown bands. Sometimes its a little high.

Always a great time here. Sometimes the cover is a little pricy for some bands that Ive never heard of or not that good. But overall a great place to catch some live music and a couple drinks. Beau is an awesome bartender that is always doing what it takes to be sure you are being taken care of.

Good place for a drinks and music

This place has come full circle, a year ago I told myself I wouldnt come back. Now I could find myself here often. What great service! It looks so much cleaner! The mens room wasnt over flowing water from the urinal! 300% turn around! I cant wait to go back!

Awesome little bar that will have some great bands come to play. It does get a little packed when concerts are playing and if you dont get their early you wont be able to see very well if your short.

Ive been around since before the new changes. The bathrooms have ALWAYS Needed an upgrade! Pleeeeeeease make it happen. We dont like spending half our time waiting in line at the bathroom.

Bleh. If you like $10 cover and nothing but country music and a puny dance floor this place is for you. My drink is mostly juice, and the songs are slow and boring. No ATM and they wont put quarters on a bar tab so if you plan to play pool byo quarters. I wont be back, not my scene.

I miss what this place used to be. Before the owner died and they remodeled it. The atmosphere now is less chill and a bit more uppity to me.On the plus side, bartenders seem to know enough to get their job done.

Some would call this a dive bar because smoking inside is permitted. None the less, it is one of the best live music venues in town drawing crowds to capacity on band nights.
