Had a great experience and couldnt have been more pleased.Brayden was a superstar at the concessions stand as was the gentleman that brought me my order.DONT pass up the lower back heated seat button... oh man it was relaxing.

Good time every time I go there. First visit since covid and still a good time. Watched a movie, ate food, played games and did the sky gym :)

The attractions were as described. Arcade games ranged from $0.75 - $4.00 each (most were $1.50 & $2). They do not tell you, but if you buy unlimited games on the timed cards you will not get the tickets for them. Very disappointed kids at the end after $300 and they only had 141 tickets, because we kept buying 1 hr unlimited play cards. Bowling was a blast and pricing was normal. 4D ride was broken and only functioning as a 2D, but it was our FAV out of the whole place. The laser tag is normal priced and my 12 yr enjoyed it. The ropes course is $8.00 and very small, and the child only gets to do it once, and my 9 yr old was sad. Drinks are very expensive and not good. Skip mix drinks at the bar, just order a beer. Overall it was very fun, my kiddos enjoyed the 5 hours we were there. If your kiddo wants a prize at the end, dont buy unlimited play card, just put the money on the card.

This place is such a fun family friendly place. Me and my family at least try to got once a month because we love it so much.

Cinergy is awesome, they are keeping the current climate in mind with being able to open, they had hand sanitizer stations all over the place, and they have moved away from taking cash at all. Everything is paid for with a card or with their activity cards which you have to purchase with a card.It was so much fun. We took my nephew for his birthday along with a group of his friends. There was a lot for them to do. We all played laser tag, and I went on the sky-walk (suspended ropes course) with my youngest nephew, and felt supported the entire time (and I am not a small person). They also played A LOT of arcade games. Bowling and escape rooms are also available, but we didnt do those activities. I would say the only thing missing from making this my favorite indoor activity center would be a putt-putt golf area. Otherwise this place is great, and big enough that you can still be socially distanced in this time.

Food and drinks are very expensive. I suggest eating before going. They also dont accept cash. Read the back of the fun cards which is what is needed to play the games. I didnt know this but you can use those cards to buy food and drinks and pay for the games.Also you get boarding passes at the service counters to reserve a time for kids to play laser tag and the sky walker.

Their food is another level of expensive, I dont understand how a 20 oz soft drink has to be $6.00 plus tax whenever I can get one for $1.00 flat at JnB ESPECIALLY when they wont give you refills! Also an unlimited game card for $1.00 wont let you play the claw machine nor get tickets! Bye, Ill have a better time at Mr.Gattis

Enjoyed the birthday party package that included the pitchers of drink, pizza, bowling for the hour & cards for the kids to play arcade games afterwards.

I was born and raised in Amarillo but currently live in Lubbock. We visit family here a few times a year and came here for my sons birthday and it was clean and the staff was friendly. There was one staff members by the name of Matthew I believe and he was simply amazing! He added some extra tickets for my son due to it being his birthday! Above and beyond!! Great customer service by Matthew!

Cinergy is one of the best places to go to in Amarillo. The atmosphere is very fun & exciting! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and respectful. Cinergy is a very clean building as well. Perfect place to take your family or your spouse too!

The most comfortable theater seats ever...even heated!

So we got the family bundle which is 24.99 for a pizza, large popcorn and 2 (1hr) game cards. First time we went the pizza had almost no sauce and was a bummer. Second time we asked for extra sauce and the pizza was the exact same almost no sauce. Also we tried playing the holotape game and they said we cannot use time cards even though the first time we went on June 21st we were able to. Also i got an old fashioned and they gave me this tiny cup with almost no alcohol for $12. Last time i spend money here.

Everyone had fun. Its a bit like Dave n busters with arcades. Four stars due to cost but Im happy there are discounts available during the weekday.

Brayden who was a supervisor failed to mention to my wife about the Family discount. As a result, we ended up spending a whole lot more money. I think that was very unprofessional on his part. Especially considering that she had told him that it was our first time there.

Games were a blast, and a great, fun atmosphere!

We wanted to do something as a family and we found Cinergy. This was very entertaining for everyone, from toddlers to seniors, everyone is bound to have fun! We definitely will be back!

Super fun. In amarillo it’s more of a teenage hangout stop but you will find families. Has a Bar, Bowling ally, Escape rooms, Movie theaters, laser tag! Super fun for ALL ages!!! (prices although can be really high for food)!

It was beyond entertaining!! I felt so spoiled with reclining seats watching a movie!! Every worker acknowledged myself and my sister. Wow!! We are going back every week. Who cares the price. Everything IS WELL WORTH any price!! The games were great too!

Where to start?! First- so much fun!Also- It is extremely loud, like rock concert, monster truck rally, ear plugs required loud. I lost my voice just yelling over the noise to be heard by my husband and children who were right next to me.The arcade is expensive but pretty easy to get points/tickets and the prizes are not outrageous.The food is delicious! The fact that they will bring it to you in the theater while you are watching a movie is perfect!The seats are incredible. Reclining and heated, if only I could pause the movie it would be better than watching a movie at home.Laser tag was SO much fun! I completely lost to a tiny little kid, but who cares... Id play again.The bar and bowling alley A++.The ropes course looks fun- my husband and kids went and had a blast.Did I mention that there is a TON to do here?We spent almost all day and still did not do everything. Fun place with a unique bowling experience, lazer tag, arcade, movies, full bar, plenty of generic food items, and lots of friendly staff manning everything to help accommodate your entire group. Good way to be able to pass the time indoors, but a bit pricey and the food would easily be worth it if they had the proper staff to make flavorful dishes to match the prices instead of the standard choices easily prepped by untalented chefs. As long as you arent picky about your alcohol choices or food, you can easily enjoy this facility with all the fun activities and jump from one thing to another to fill out your time there.

Best movie theater ever love this place

Love Cinergy. They have bowling, laser tag, an arcade, escape rooms, and in-theatre dining, as well as party rooms and a bar. We always make a day of our visits to Cinergy, but its great for small and large gatherings, or just to catch a movie. Plus, the theatre seats are heated and cooled, so I never have to be worried about being cold (a real challenge for me). We will definitely be going back, time and time again!

It is a little loud, so if you have a headache, I wouldnt advise going in. But the food is absolutely delicious. The games are fun and easy. The rides like Dark Ride are incredible to experience. Lazer Tag is fun. Tiring but fun. The movies are by far the best. See for yourself. Its really fun.

They have lots of things to do. The movie theater is really nice, and they deliver food to your seat. The food is really tasty too. You can even take your drink from the bar into the theater. Probably my favorite place in Amarillo that Ive found since moving here.

This place was awesome. Loved the variety of activities. The staff was friendly and the whole atmosphere shined. They were so sweet and the food stand staff did an amazing, kind thing for the students I work with.

Great place the escape rooms need to be a bit better but if you are new to escape rooms this is a great place to start!

Awesome seats nice theater

We went to the arcade here. It was ok. Very crowded. The food is good except for the pizza(yuk). I wish they had more stuff for smaller children to do and play.

Definitely prefer to come here than the other theaters in Amarillo. The seats go bk further and they are heated. You can order food and its delivered to you in the theater or you can eat in the bar. There is so much stuff to do here, fun family night or date night.

Very fun place to go

Jordan one of the bartenders purposely ignored me and refused to sell me a bucket of beer that was going towards 5 people. At the end when I was done woth him I asked him to close my tab and he told me to calm down, thats just horrible customer service. The server attending the bowling lanes was very nice though.

Super awesome! A bit pricey. My son and I had a lot of fun! Loved the fire pits outside. The movie theater seats not only recline but are heated!! The Escape Room Zombie was neat also.

Lots of parking reclining comfortable chairs whats table to snack on if you dont have a Cinergy card I would suggest you get there early and use the machines to put the money in and get your card loaded they dont take money at the registers I didnt know this and I tried to hurry and no more I hurried no more mistakes I made when I finally made it back to the counter I learned that a gentleman had paid for my daughter and I and our snacks I feel very blessed. Theater has lots of stuff to do in it very noisy at times but we didnt explore it just last time were going to explore it this time seniors get in for $5 and there is so much to do for everybody I cant wait to go back my daughters already bugging me to go back staff was wonderful and food a little pricey which is normal out of theater. And fun theater to go to. You should try it I think youll love it.

It was very awsome experience.I had given a employee my card and didnt realize it had points on it but when I finally realized it had points on it I went back and they were so helpful and they gave me points back they didnt have to do it but they did. I was very impressed with the employees there!

Lots of fun, but loud and pricey! The games are all supersized and include 4 person air hockey and 4 person Mrs Pac-Man. They have a Virtual reality game, bowling, laser tag, and a zipline. It’s attached to a “sky walker” which is kind of like a jungle gym on the ceiling. If you don’t like crowds go on the weekdays. They’re still open til midnight, but it’s not as loud and some stuff is cheaper. I haven’t tried the movies yet, but I’m all for being able to drink beer and eat while reclining!

Deafly had fun with the boys would recommend it for a family outing

This has been my preferred theater since they opened the doors. The prices are the same as any other big theater, the staff is friendly, and the seating is ten times better than the rest. The chairs are heated and recline pretty far.My only gripe is the arcade portion uses those dreadful cards instead of quarters or tokens. No matter how much I try to, I will never like swiping a card to play a game. Maybe its just nostalgia..who knows.

I love everything about this place, but the person cleaning movie theater was so mead. I watch movies i dont even take or say nothing inside the movie. He or she say that i talk and both other. I wont go there again.

This was my first time at Cinergy and I was so amazed at what was in there. It was amazing and there was nothing to dislike about it. I highly recommend going here for loads of fun.

Awesome time! Me and my kids enjoyed it very much. A great place for the kids and the adults.. Spent a grip, so expect to spend some money. Food was ok but the beer makes up for it.

I love coming here with my family... Im giving yall 5 stars (only b/c I am not paying, thank you daughter). I loved laser tag, the baseball game, racing games, ACDC pinball, but as much as I love the VR games... Cinergy can lower the prices or at least bundle prices for 2 or more players in a family. Please try to accommodate families so we can all play together without going broke. Those cards blow through an easy 200.00 with 4 people. Thank you though for great times and the memories.

Wow! This place was massive and really cool. The theaters are very clean and nice. The seats recline back really far and then tilt so your looking up at the screen in a natural way. The arcade is huge and has stuff for everyone. Plus, two bars, bowling, laser tag, and escape rooms! Theres something for everyone and every group.

Great place! I’m giving 4 stars because it’s painfully loud. Like, rock-concert loud. I had a bday party for my son here. We couldn’t even hear ourselves sing happy birthday. The other parents and kids were uncomfortable about the volume. It makes me worry about how much permanent hearing damage my kids get when they play here. I’m not sure why they feel like it needs to be so loud. Everyone I know who comes here complains about the volume.If they could turn down the volume, it would be perfect!!

I think a lot of business should get together and find a good law firm to sue Google for Liable and Slander. As for my REVUEW I give them 5 stars. I found the entire place absolutely wonderful. The food wasn’t great, the games were fun and fairly priced. The bowling was awesome and the movie theater was amazing. The only complaint I have is with the Security Guards I would much rather see Amarillo Police Officers there providing our Public Safety.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. They kicked younput if you are inder 16 and it is after 8 and they wont even pet you stay in the lobby they make you stand across the street when it was freezing DONT GO THERE

Me and a few friends came to watch a movie and my friend ordered two mozzarella sticks and only got one. She went to ask them for another and they never brought it. This place is good, a lot to do and you have fun.

Great place to find entertainment. Went to watch a movie. The sound and seating were great and comfortable. Seats recline a lot and they have seat warmers in case the ac is too much. Helps me especially if my back aches after sitting for a while.

The seats make you want to fall asleep they are so comfortable! The prices are pretty good for all that they have to offer. Its a great environment for kids and adults. The floating obstacle course was our favorite, even the 4 years old could enjoy it.

Expect there to be a lot of noise. But over all, a great all in one place for most every age. Reclining seats in the theater with waiter serviced food to your seat is a lot more satisfying than anticipated. And you can order food from most of the other areas by ordering at the screens on every table. Bowling, later tag, escape rooms, sky walk, movie theater, and arcade games galore. Kids loved it. And my husband and I have went on our own for our dates too.

I went to watch a movie, but they also have games, zip line, rock climbing wall, etc. The theater is very nice. The recliners are very cushy and recline much more than the recliners at the Cinemark. I think the ticket was a little cheaper too. They serve food and drinks in the theatre. Its the first movie theatre in Amarillo to do that. It was a very enjoyable experience. Ill definitely be back. The only thing I dont like is you have to stand in the concession line to get a movie ticket. Really?

Its really good to just watch a movie with anyone and they do 5$ movies witch is really cool if you can go here you wont regret it.
