Peaceful, not crowded like some aquatic centers. Plenty of lounging

Nice place to splash around. Lifeguards are chill. Not a lot of whistle blowing like other pools. Good selection at the concession stand. Nice slides and diving board.

Wow! So far the best pool Ive been to around Des Moines. Friendly safe and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone. Im a senior but for any age.

Fun little water park. Almost seems like it is too busy though. Inexpensive to visit. Only $6 per person if your are SEP residents.

Pros, Pool is nice for family visit, small (ish) pool but nice with slides and fountains. Cons- hours are terrible, the one visit I took my kids, they decided to have a lifeguard in service for a half hour (no one was aloud in the pool) this should be done after or before pool hours. Entertaining my kids(under age 4) for a half hour by a pool their not aloud in for half hour is ridiculous when I paid to swim- not watch life guards train.

I failed on the diving board. Very unsafe

The summer camp kids are rude. The staff doesnt stop them from splashing, including when they splash little children and pregnant/new mothers holding their babies or just trying to get their legs and whatnot wet. Wife and I have had to say something to the kids many times, and it doesnt seem to phase them. Kids will be kids, but theres a line where theyre misbehaving too much, and the pool staff dont seem to care about anything except running children and their designated training time where all the patrons have to be out of the pool while they get to swim for 30 minutes and get paid for it.

Great place for the family. Slides for different levels of swimmers. Diving boards and most of all the Lifeguards care about their job and are very aware of what is going on in their zones. Kylie Naeve (Lifeguard) is my favorite.

So my review of the place is that it was ok. So for starters the positive stuff was it was open when all the others were closed, it was clean, the lifeguards were nice, and the food was cheap. Now for the negatives first the ice cream bar I purchased was not refridgerated enough and it was smashed. Second the larger water slides went way to fast and took me by surprise when I hit the water at that high speed. Im a teen and it would be worse for a younger person. Third there are no lockers to lock my stuff in. Fourth the clocks were not verry disable. So I didnt really enjoy the visit

Be awesome to have an adult wading pool. 35 and older.. lol

Always fun. Bathrooms could be cleaner.
